I had damage to the front driver's side of my vehicle due to a deer hitting it. I took it in for an estimate, which only took minutes. I was told they should have the parts in two weeks. They gave me a date (March 11th) to drop my vehicle off. They had received all the parts. I dropped it off on March 11th and it was ready the 15th.

Over $8000 for repairs to my car. Over $4000 was labor don't see it.

I hit a buck that caused a lot of damage to my vehicle. Payne's body shop and the technicians were able to fix my car in a timely manner and it looks amazing! The car doesn't look as if it was ever hit. Very pleased with the service that I received from Kenny in Customer Service, to the full work done by the all the different technicians. Suggested by a friend to use them for an Infinity collision repair and I am beyond satisfied. Chris advocated for me against the at-fault driver s insurance. The repair was done very well. They followed up with me after the repair with questions. I will now use them for all of my paint and body needs.

After spending well over 100K in vehicles the past 6 months, I went back for some body work on a new vehicle.. After Kevin ask me to drive 1.5hr for an estimate he simply waited to tell my wife "He doesn't like Farmers, will not work with them, and does NOT need Farmers business (or mine apparently) after I get there". To top it off, he wouldn't even walk outside for a quote on it. Just tell me that on the phone and have some respect. Sales dept is great here, but Kevin needs an attitude adjustment and after calling around town to locals, I received the same feedback from them. Hit a deer with minor damages. Had the wrong grill installed, but they didn't give any grief over it. They reordered it on the spot, and fixed it in a few hours after it came in. Over all great service Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I was in an accident & when I finally got my car back 2 weeks after I was supposed to she shook really bad if I went over 30 mph & they just said it was due to the tire being almost bald. She would not shake to the point it feels like someone is shaking the whole car due to tire.
