Just wanted to praise Ashley at the Springfield store for being so great and helping so much when my new battery was improperly placed. She spent a while fixing the first mistake of someone else and was really nice and pleasant to be around. I hope she's nice and warm now because we were COLD.

Came up here needing a few things to do some repairs to my hub assembly and pitman arm/idler arm. Needed some larger sockets and was struggling with finding a 34 mm to remove the axle nut bolt.Ashlee was downright amazing! She came through for me on more than one occasion today and helped get me where I needed to be while also juggling other customers. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Pretty decent O'Reilly's.They do tend to get backed up at times, not always have things in stock when their website says they do.Some of the younger employees could be a little more knowledgeable about their job, not vehicles. Let's face it, autoparts store employees nowadays can't be expected to know much about vehicles, but they should know their jobs. Maybe spend a little less time on their phones or talking to each other about their life drama or their trucks.I know this review sounds negative. It's just constructive criticism.Overall, it's still an okay location, just needs a little work.

Went into O'Reilly in Springfield, TN on October 9th, 2023 at about 4:00 p.m.. When I walked through the door, I see 4 workers,1 was already standing to the side, 2 others workers head to back, 1 person named Rain acknowledged me and helped with the front brake pads purchase. She had a look on her face like really. I was a black customer and the other 3 didn't want to help me. This is 2023 and there is still that going on. Just wanted to let management know this is what is going on in your company.

Terrible attitudes. We walked in. Every employee up front was on their phones and just kept looking at each other while we were standing there waiting to be helped. One of them finally walked up, slammed his phone down and asked what we wanted. Good thing all I had to do was pick up an online order, cause the disrespect was unbelievable, who knows how mad it would ve made them to have to actually help a customer find a part on the computer or to answer any questions.

I've been buying my parts from O'Reilly's for 20 years, it used to be you got Quality Parts. Now all you get is Chinese junk. I'm tired of Chinese junk I'm tired of O'Reilly's

I needed a number of parts for my Camry. I called all the main auto parts in the area to see when they could have my parts and how much it would be. O Reilly was able to have my parts next day and had the cheaper prices. There staff on the phone was kinder than the other stores who sounded like their were BARKING at me. I also needed a refund on a pricey part, and they gave me no trouble. O Reilly will be first on my auto needs list!

Employee lack knowledge of store's battery warranty. Did not seem to want to learn it. Would not ask someone. Just said he didn't know. This used to be my go to parts store. There are a few employees that are very knowledgeable and helpful. The new employees just don't seem motivated to learn. Now I order most parts from on line companies.

My alternator died I was 35 miles from home and it was late. ilene called 8 mechanics and did not stop til she found someone to come help us. The dedication she showed was amazing. And the mechanic who came to help us Santana had it fixed in less than and hour. Springfield O'Rileys never forget your kindness or Ilene. And they gave us water while we waited and other staff checked on us and was so friendly.

Didn't bother checking Amazon(should I have to?) before getting an oil change special. Filter and oil are 40% cheaper online. Don't trust this place for anything price wise.

Locked their doors early on a Sunday!!!It was raining and my wiper blade fell apart, I m 8 months pregnant, and couldn t see out of my windshield.It would have taken 2 minutes of your time to take care of me! I m very very disappointed- as your workers could clearly see me outside!

Great auto parts store. Worthless as can be if you need to call them before making a drive for parts. If they answer you get put on hold and they never come back to you. Set the phone down for almost 15 minutes and they never picked up after putting me on hold.

I am giving it a 3 because this particular visit was after 5pm. I went to pick up something my husband ordered. It was ordered through his business name and paid for via phone. No one had a clue what i was talking about. Until a gentlemen whose name i will find out and edit here asap, came in and happen to know what I was talking about and retrieved it for me. The other fellow rings me up and i paid for it again and left. My husband had to return next day to get our money back.Not the first time this has happened. Very grateful for the gentlemen who came back in that assisted but really if the day crew isnt there make sure you know what you are going in for and dont send anyone that doent have a clue to pick it up even if you ordered it and paid for it before hand. Maybe I will be able to change star rating and give a good review next visit

This place is terrible. Called up there about a part, they said they had it in Stock over the phone, get there and he said they don't have it and the person on the phone looked up the wrong thing. So we said okay to order it. First told us it would be in by 10 the next morning, call up there that morning said it'll be 10:30. When we went there at 11, he brought the part out and they ordered the wrong thing. I would not recommend going to this place ever and I never will.

Clean and nice on the inside but the employees could have been nicer and more helpful but I guess that's what you get when you have young people working by there self there. Overall it was a good visit this time.

Got to say I enjoy shopping at O'Reilly's because it's an inexpensive place. However I went to buy brake fluid and coolant. The guys look up my car online sold me green coolant with Dot 3 brake fluid. When I go to work on my car there's a big warning that says Dot 4 brake fluid only. Then I noticed my coolant is orange after a little research the guys sold me both incorrect fluids for my car. I usually enjoy orileys but the guys here we're clueless and with just sell you something to get you out the door. Chris is the guy that sold me everything. Another guy Karl (maybe) that refused to return anything. Extremely untrustworthy employees

O'Reilly's is the place to go. BUT suggest going between 7-5 on weekdays. During that you'll get good service from friendly knowledgeable ppl. After those hours you'll have the 3rd string tryin make Thierry way thru it for you!Daytime Daytime Daytime! Steven, John, Selena, and Noah are the ones you want assisting you.

I was told by a springfield employee u cant just buy a specific sensor u have to buy a whole part...however i go to another oreillys in a different county that actually goes beyond expectations to help customers...springfield oreillys needs to get with the program or at least employ people who a vehicle knowledgeable

Went in for a collector gasket guy at the counter wasn't sure what it was, but figured out. Once he got it the product had a great value.

oreillys is a good store, but the staff that contracts, is bad, they insult you without knowing who you are or talk, especially a person of black color, this happened here in springfield tn
