Done with Hollingsworth! I went in for an oil change like i have done many times before. I have never had an issue with them previously, until today. I told Chris that I would like to use 5W-30 full synthetic oil instead of 5W-20. He said that "we can't do that". Now mind you my manual says 5w-30 or 5W-20 can be used. Fine. My vehicle also calls for 5 quarts of oil(actually 5.1). Well their computers state that it only takes 4.5 quarts. So again when I asked for 5 quarts instead of 4.5, Chris says "nope, can't do that either, we have to go by their computer ". Well besides my manual for my vehicle, there are plenty of other sites online that agree with the numbers that I mentioned. And I'm sure there are plenty of knowledgeable mechanics that would agree with me, their experience and the manual that my manufacturer created for my vehicle and engine size. The funny thing is that several months ago, Chris granted my request to have 5 quarts of 5w-30 to be put in my vehicle when I got it serviced, and it was to the "full" line on the dipstick after that service. I was born at night, but not last night. I don't know, maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he or the crew didn't feel like working(since the lobby was pretty empty when I got there), or maybe he thinks he knows more than me because I don't make a living as a professional mechanic. Who knows what the reason was, but it was unprofessional and lacked customer service by a mile. So I will find a new place to take our vehicles to even if it costs a little more money. I will find a place that will take care of the customer requests, especially when they are backed by what the manual calls for. I will be sure to tell my in-laws, friends and neighbors to think twice before using Hollingsworth Tire Pros. Word of mouth can be the best friend or worst enemy of any business.

Hollingsworth has always been great to do business with. Had to have a new battery duing this cold spell and they were willing to send someone to help get my car to start, but was able to jump it off with the help of my wife. What I am simply saying they were willing to come to my house if needed..----Will.

Had my own tires mounted and balanced a couple of weeks ago, that went smooth and was a fair price. Today I had a front wheel alignment. Only took thirty minutes, car drives nice and straight. Thanks guys!

Bought full set of tires last year, it was time to rotate after 10 thousand miles. Vehicle was taken back to shop area but noticed no sound of air wrench. After 20 minutes, Vehicle was brought out and ready to go, I thought. It had not been worked on. I told them and they took it back into shop and 5 minutes later brought back out and now my seat had been adjusted all the way forward and armrest was down. I guess it wasn't the best time to bring my vehicle to them.

Best decision I made was to compare prices with this location. Tires were $30 more BUT I did not have to drive to Goodlettsville. Oil change is $50'ish. I choose not to sit in line at the one down the street just to be overcharged and more recommended services. Always a great experience!

They were so friendly and so helpful with my tires when I went in. They will be the only people I will go to from now on. They were so honest too. They had ordered my tires and when they thought they were in. They weren't!! Yet still they helped me get a different tire on one side. I work for the post office and definitely needed that one replaced. Cause I had left this morning and it was flat. Thanks guys you were all so awesome!!

A shop that is chain owned gave me a $2900 estimate when I went in for a R & B and oil change. I brought my car straight to Hollingsworth they didn t find anything wrong. So thankful for these honest and knowledgeable men. I won t be taking my business anywhere else.

I been with Hollingsworth ever since I was 18 years old, and now im 42, they are wonderful blessing people to work with, so God willing I hope they will stay around 100 more years

Fast friendly service. Made a same day appointment to have a front end alignment at 3pm and we were finished up and out the door by 3:40. The shop is super clean and organized and extremely professional. The knowledgeable technicians and the clean, comfortable waiting area will make my choice for future automobile maintenance needs an absolute no-brainer. Thank you guys.And they sold me a bottle of Lucas gun oil. Nice job.

I have been using Hollingsworth Tire as my go to auto service shop for years now. They are always friendly, helpful, and honest. They are usually pretty busy but try their best to get you in and out as quick as they can.

I always buy my tires from here and always will! They will take care of there tires no matter what! I ran off the road, blew out two tires and had dirt and mud all in the rims! I got it dropped off there and they fixed it for nothing!! They stand by there customers and product!

I was born and raised here and know all the Hollingsworth family. They are all good people . If they tell you something you can bank on it they will keep their word. Looking for a good deal. Go to Hollingsworth Tires.

I ve been frequenting Firestone for years. Today, I went for a visit to fix a flat on my Mazda. The folks at Firestone had 0 customer service or urgency and tried (right as I walked in the door) to short me on service and upsell me on something I didn t need- plus they quoted me hours for the service. I called over to Hollingsworth, they said they could take it immediately. They grabbed the tire the second I walked in the door, took it straight back, fixed it without any upselling or haggling and put it on my vehicle in a matter of minutes. It might look like a unassuming local mechanic shop- but they re serving 5 star service and giving those big guys a run for their money...literally. Thanks.

Went to get a flat repair, they blew my tire up, but it was common with what uad happened to my tire, they replaced it free of charge with a used tire which I thought was awesome

So come in today for a simple alignment I already work two jobs and barely scrape by as it is and had to miss two hours of work. 30 mins into it they snap a bolt and I am now made responsible for. They go and get a couple bolts to just hold it all together while they order a part that is going to take almost a week to come in. My alignment right now is totally horrible and steering wheel is completely crooked 2 hours go by I get told no work could get done I have to pay for the cost of the broken bolt some labor to fix it and then cost of the alignment. My mind is absolutely blown I have to wear out my tires for a week. Absolutely devastating and furious

I didn't have to have an appointment , for oil change and tire rotation. There was a little wait but a lot quicker than a dealer. It doesn't take all day.

They did a super job with my 4-wheel alignment on my Saturn Ion. I was thinking I was going to have to pay big bucks to get my power steering repaired, but after the alignment the power steering works great!

I have brought my car to Hollingsworth for a number of services in the past, including new tires and oil changes. Their services has always been prompt, inexpensive, and quality. Most recently, I filled up my tire with air at a gas station, the air nozzle on my tire knocked off with air bursting out of my tire, and I was able to screw the cap (barely) back on and drove straight to Hollingsworth. Within 15 mins they had it fixed and charged me only for the part ($8). I was barely late for work. It's like bringing your car to family.

What a great experience. Friendly, fast, helpful. Blake Was excellent. I can see why they re busy.....because they are good at what they do!
