After shopping at another family owned Ram dealer I was not impressed with the way the new corporate owners treated customers. I was referred to Gupton Motors. Ken Gupton was able to have Bo Gilmore and Taylor Ayers assist me with a VERY FAST purchase. I was treated with respect and feel like I have my new dealership. Thank all of you for making a large purchase feel so right!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. It was worth the 8 hour drive from Ohio to pick up our Jeep Gladiator. Renee and Daniel were super responsive and helpful through the ordering and tracking process. When we did get there, we were in and out super quick and on the road with our new jeep. I highly recommend these guys if you are buying a new vehicle. Don't be scared to work with them if you are out of state.

I m extremely upset with Gupton motors my mother who is 66 years old. Bought a truck in 2015. Doesn t even have that many miles. She s been taking it to Gupton in Springfield every time it s more of a charge than what she would expect but this last time we took new parts up there that I ordered for her and they broke all the old ones and told her that she was gonna have to order this from them or they couldn t do it. They held her for extortion. They broke our stuff. I m done with it. You owe a public apology And I m not going to deal with the insubordination of somebody breaking things. You will hear from a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau I m done with you. We have been here for 40 years and the fact that you took advantage of my mother all bets are off. All bets are off , you were nasty people who don t understand the way things work. I watched y all fix that truck doing the same thing five times last year and never get it right because your mechanics are underqualified and not certified in what they re supposed to be at this point you need to figure out what you ve done wrong and you need to fix it or you need to get new management or you need to shut down because I ll be damned if you re gonna take advantage of the older people in my city I ve been here my entire life I m Point-blank never go to Gupton never trust Gupton. I hope that Gupton shuts down for the atrocities that they have caused to peopleThought were stupid and do understand we know

Probably the best experience I have had buying a car. Renee was so nice and the most knowledgeable dealer I have ever worked with. Her pricing was far below any other dealer (we are in Georgia and it was worth the drive). If I am ever in the market for another Jeep, there is no question where I am going.

Very disappointed in what happened. I ordered a new Jeep Wrangler in August 23 for roughly 7% under invoice (10% under MSRP) and was told Gupton required a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit.I gave the deposit then never heard another word from the dealership until about 1 week ago. During this long waiting time I just assumed the order was forgotten so gave up on it and frankly even forgot about my deposit.When the Wrangler came in they called me immediately and asked me to pick it up. I explained about never hearing from them since placing the order and asked if I could receive my deposit back as they will be able to sell the Jeep for more than what they would sell it to me.They said the deposit would not be refunded and they remained true to their word. I was sad to hear this large dealership needed my money more than I did. Since I am in my 70's and on a pension I sure could of used the $1,000 I gave them for a deposit.

My buying experience was exceptional, Joe Mcpherson from Gupton worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. However, If you plan to get maintenance performed seek that else where. The maintenance department continues to be problematic. Until the the owner gets quality leadership in the maintenance department it will continue to frustrate patrons. I turned my Jeep to have a trailer hitch installed, when getting in my vehicle; I found white paint on the passenger seat, someone trimmed his finger nails and left them on the floor board of the vehicle, ad grease stain inside of the door handle and lastly that same individual had some oily substance on them and smeared it on the the door panel. What s most disturbing is the owner would not even come out after my sales man addressed the situation to the owner. He told me that the owner would only look at the vehicle after I left the car lot to avoid any confrontation. He was to ashamed to face me and say I m sorry. We had to make arrangements again to get both of us to work, not once was there a" hey use this car I'm sorry will get if fixed. My wife called to see if the vehicle had been cleaned up, and the service manager had no clue what my wife was talking about. She had to repeat what happened. He also refused to talk about anything other than the jeep was cleaned up of the four above mention discrepancies. Never once even apologizing for what happen. Once I shared with my salesman the story I was going to post, he called to delay that. He said someone would and get with us and call, cal? for what say you were sorry. Its important for customers to support the community of businesses it keeps our community surviving. I really think you fail to understand the importance of customer service, It means everything to us, especially Disabled Veterans. I can not be a repeat customer.

We ordered my wife s Jeep in February and just picked it up from Gupton. Working with Daniel on the initial order was easy and convenient and done all through email (a plus in my book). He answered all of my questions and was patient while we learned what options existed on the various models. The prices were the best we found across many other dealerships. While the wait for it to be built was a long process (This is on Jeep, not Gupton) they were cordial and helpful when we reached out for any updates on the status. Renee and Daniel both responded quickly to any inquiry we had.Once the Jeep was delivered, it took less than a week for Renee to reach out and get a scheduled time for us to come pick it up. Once there the process was quick and easy. We were in and out in no time and my wife was ecstatic. Renee, Walter, and Daniel were all awesome to deal with through the whole process.If you are looking for a Jeep I highly recommend reaching out to them!

Gupton Motors is a great dealership. I worked on a deal through email with Daniel Gupton and everything went smooth as glass. Daniel was very responsive during the entire process. During delivery Renee helped go over the vehicle to show us all of the features and functions. We were in and out in about an hour. Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had.Do your self a favor and give Daniel and team an opportunity to earn your business. You won t regret it.

Shout out to Daniel Gupton and Gupton Motors for an amazing order to delivery process for our new Jeep 4xe. We have had our share of vehicle purchases throughout the years and this experience stands at the top.From the start, the process was smooth and straightforward. I provided a link to the custom configuration for the exact specs we desired, and Daniel sent us the exact price that we would pay. Daniel also provided helpful hints along the way to ensure we could maximize any available discounts.To set expectations, if you thrive on a clear, concise and no-nonsense car deal where your communication is almost 100% via email (so you have it in black and white), Daniel and Gupton Motors has mastered this process.As I mentioned to Daniel in an email after our Jeep was delivered, slightly paraphrased the process was so smooth, it almost makes me want to order another vehicle from you right now!

Took my Vehicle to this dealership to get a diagnostic test as to why my taillights weren t working and the dealership charged me upward of $500 for what they claimed was the problem after initially telling me it would only be $300. Upon picking up my vehicle the service member conveyed that all of my lights were now working and that there had been a shortage to the wires that were replaced. As I left the dealership my wife noticed the taillights still were not working so I immediately called the dealership only to be left on hold so I turned around and took the Vehicle back. The staff came out to check the vehicle stating that there were other issues that may be the problem but that it would cost an additional $500 for repairs (a complete rip off). I then asked to speak with a manager regarding the work performed on the vehicle and the end result was to be refunded as the problem wasn t corrected. I later purchased the control module they informed me was the actual problem and returned to the dealership for repair and dropped off the vehicle. About 20 min later after I returned home I received a call stating they didn t feel comfortable repairing my Vehicle because this may not resolve the problem despite paying for and being diagnosed by them that this was the second reason for the issue. This appeared to be another way to get money from their customer. Diagnosis and recommending repairs that aren t the issue in order to obtain extra money then compiling more issues on top to further convince someone without any knowledge that all of these repairs are needed to correct a simple issue of a non working tail light. Beware if you ever have to take your vehicle there. Apparently they knew that making this repair wouldn t resolve the issue either and didn t want to do it because they knew they were just attempting to take my money.

Sam and his whole team took us in with whole booked scheduled. Took us in like family and took care of us. All we needed was starter. We got in and out in swiftly manner. We back on the way home to IN! Been here stuck due to towing company but they made it happen!

Most incompetent service technicians. Go in for miss fire they say I need an entire new transmission. Come to find out it was just low on transmission fluid. Be careful they re out to get your money and not actually help

I had always driven a Volkswagen but after experiencing a year of back and forth and a warranty VW wouldn't uphold, I turned to Gupton and am soo glad I did. Everyone in the office was so kind. They were not pushy, remained honest throughout the entire purchase and went above and beyond to accommodate me. I have been looking for the right words to post regarding Walter Lee and my experience at Gupton Motors and it hasn t been easy. They set a high bar for buying a vehicle. I was fortunate enough to meet almost every department. Sales, Finance, parts(Walter s deal was so good that I also bought a soft top) and Bo himself even came and spoke with me. Great people all around and I m only sad that they aren t closer but it was worth the 600+ mile drive back to have such a first class experience. They really made me feel like family.

I have bought several vehicles over the years and always research features and specs before i buy so i generally know more than the salesman about what im buying, not so with gupton motors. The guys and gals at gupton are a rare group of people that are enthusiastic about jeeps and all the vehicles they sell and their knowledge is amazing. I would recommend this group of people to anyone looking at buying a jeep they drive jeeps and are true jeep people that you have likely passed on a trail. the price i got from them was also considerably less then anyone else but regardless of that the buying experience was easy with absolutely no games or tricks or trying to push me to a higher priced vehicle. Absolutely the best dealer i have ever been to. Go talk to them and you will immediately feel like you are talking to an old friend. thanks again Daniel and Renee and Walter for helping me get exactly what i wanted and nothing more.

We ordered our Sahara High Altitude on 7/1/21 and received it on 9/4/21. Overall experience was awesome, no upsell nothing during the purchase process, Daniel was very prompt with the email responses and during the day of delivery Rene was very friendly and helpful. Since we came from out of state they also picked us from the airport on time! I recommend Gupton Motors to all seeking for a Jeep as they have the best price and a great team!!! It was a great pleasure to do business with Gupton team!

Walter was amazing! He was so welcoming and informative during the test drive and car buying experience. The staff at Gupton Motors are so helpful and they treat you like family. They are honest and will answer any questions you have and do not beat around the bush or pressure you. I am so happy with my Jeep, thank you! Walter took the time to show me how to take the top off my jeep and even connect my phone to bluetooth on the Uconnect audio system. He even gave us awesome dinner recommendations for our upcoming trip to Destin. Thank you Gupton Motors for making my dreams come true.

The service department went above and beyond to help me fix an issue with my 2022 wrangler. Tim, Ronnie and Dave! Ronnie and Dave have years of experience with jeeps and that shows in their quality of work. The whole teams effort into my issue resolved was great. Tim was very efficient in keeping me updated until the Jeep was ready to be picked up. He's great and very easy to talk to. I drive over 45 minutes to and from Gupton just because i trust this service team with my jeep. I know that my jeep is in good hands. Even for an oil change, ill make the commute. I recommend this dealership, both sales and service to anyone looking to start their journey owning a Jeep.

Absolutely. Incredible. Business.That's it. Not much more to say, but I will anyways-Greg was fantastic. I bought my truck from him, at a great price, and he and I sat and talked and had a good time. I brought my own check for the truck, and he was still just as awesome as could be- He was just happy to get me in the right vehicle.I cannot recommend Gupton Motors enough. I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for some time- they are tough to find and led to some unpleasant experiences at other dealerships. Then Jacob reached out to me from Gupton with a Rubicon that he thought would be perfect for me, based upon my wish-list. The Jeep had everything I wanted. Dealing with Jacob and the team at Gupton was a comfortable, "no-pressure" experience. They listened to my needs, kept the process as simple as possible, and even found slightly better financing for me. They also took care of a small upgrade on my Jeep quickly and professionally. I would recommend checking-out Gupton when you are looking for your next Jeep (get that Jeep you've always wanted!!)- you will enjoy the experience.

We had an exceptional experience. Bo, Richard, and Kemmy were honest, helpful, patient, great listeners, and very responsive. A huge plus for our busy family was the entire buying process was technology-enabled, meaning we primarily communicated through text messages and even signed all the paperwork electronically from vehicle selection to final deal terms. In fact, the only reason we went to the dealership was for a test drive and delivery.Every step of the process was consistent with what we had discussed no surprises. We highly recommend Gupton!

Fabulous experience buying a jeep from Walter. We flew from florida to Nashville then picked up the jeep. Worth our time and effort for a much better price.. when we got there it wasn't long before we were driving off the lot! Thank you we will be back
