I appreciate the straightforward response and explanation when discussing a quote on a repair for my vehicle. I felt that they were honest and worked with me to get the best price and fix for my needs. They were patient in explaining everything and quick in their work to get my vehicle done within the time frame they said. Also an extra plus for me that was a pleasant surprise was that they even cleaned my windshield. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle!

Thus far, I have had good experiences with Billy. I think he is fair in his charges. I do comparisons and he seems to be in the guidelines of fair. I would, and have referred others to Christian Brothers for auto repairs. Billy is very nice to deal with.

Very friendly people. I had been given the run around by another business on diagnosing the problems with my AC system in my truck. These guys were quick to diagnose the issue and even saved me money by fixing the actual problem. I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs.

Stay away from these scam artists. They invoke the name of Christ to reel you in and gain your trust. Then they'll try to play you like a fiddle if you're not smart enough to know better, and let's face it- most people aren't.

Honest &reliable, helpful with great advice as well with all Hard working team of mechanics. Fair very reasonable go above & beyond to get you taken care of to fix any issues your vehicle is having. My truck ended up here due to water in the gas from a local gas station. We ran into a few issues during repair but Billy made sure everything was made right. Very happy & appreciative for his service.

I was in need of a mechanic because my ex husband told me my water pump was about to go out. After being married for several years I had no idea what to do since he always dealt with the vehicle maintenance and now as a single mom Christian Brothers is HIGHLY recommended by me. I called and talked to the owner, Billy, about my issue and he told me come on in and he can look at it but isn't sure if they would be able to work on it today or not. I brought my vehicle in and had a very nice man look at my truck and even show me what the problem was and explained to me what was going on. We went back up from to talk to Mr. Billy, who gave me a quote for the part and labor and I asked when this can be worked on. We'll, this OUTSTANDING business found a way to squeeze me in and take care of my water pump that same day. They didn't have to do that especially because they had a parking lot full of vehicles, a waiting room starting to fill up and staff running around working on the vehicles in the bay. Christian Brothers will take care of you and your vehicle and be honest with you as an individual. I cannot express to this business how thankful I am for what they did for me and ultimately my sons. Thank you Christian Brothers, I will be back if I need anything else in the future.Service: Auto maintenance

I had an intermittent problem with the A/C and decided to use Christian Brothers after checking reviews. They called me and told me it was ready. I went to pick it up and was very surprised at the cost! Way cheaper than anyone else. Definitely my go to mechanic from now on. Billy is the best!

I took my car in this morning thinking it might need a new alternator and water pump. Billy checked it out and even took it for a test drive. Nothing showed up diagnostically, or on the test drive. When I went in to get the car, I asked him what I owed him - "nothing, he said, I didn't find anything." I'm grateful he didn't find anything, but I found something - an honest mechanic that can be depended upon when I actually do need him. Great to know that Billy and Christian Brothers Auto Care are here in Springfield, TN.

Awesome people with great prices and service. Had no idea what was wrong with my vehicle. Everyone else was trying to sell me on a transmission, they took their time and make sure to give me the proper diagnosis to fix the problem and had it done in a timely manner with a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed car repairs. I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else with mine.

Dropped my truck off to get the A/C repaired. Called 5 days after it had been dropped off and it had not even been looked at. I understand if a shop is busy but don t make appointments to have a vehicle looked at if it s not going to be seen. After $400 for a rental for my truck to sit I ll be taking it somewhere else.

They charged my father almost 900 dollars for a alternator and battery plus $50 to install the battery. They are crooks and take advantage of anyone they can do not go here any true man of God would not take advantage of their customers let alone a loyal customer.Service: Auto battery replacementService: Auto battery replacement
