Called Chosen Towing and Ms. Toni answered with urgency and professionalism. I explained the road where I was stranded and she knew exactly where I was. She advised me to take pictures and leave a note. I did what was asked and a few hours later I was receiving text messages about the status of the towing. I was really impressed with this. I was kept "in the loop". This really eased my nerves to leave my car over night in a ditch due to icy and slick roads. The next day I text to check status again and was told they're assessing the area and will be updated with my vehicle status once the tow is done. By 2 pm I received a call from Ms. Toni asking me where I would like to have my vehicle dropped off. I came out and meet Josh. Very professional and friendly. The few minutes talking with Mr. Josh I was very Happy with my service of my car getting towed. I will call Chosen Towering again for towing services. It's nice to know customer service is still has a personal touch with its customers.

They are a rip off preying on people in bad weather. Why are you charging 375:00 for tow utterly ridiculous. Chicago doesn t even charge that much. Towed a car that was not even 12 hours long sitting. Law states you have 48 hours but you towed way before that!!! Evil works. The car was not a danger to anyone in a ditch from sliding off because of ice on the road lies lies lies!!! Please be careful of this company preying on innocent people.

Great service! They saved me and my baby we were stuck on an iced road and I was ready to leave my truck behind for a tow. Road was too dangerous for a tow but they would not leave me stranded. Me and the baby waited safely in the jeep while my truck was backed down the hill and I was able to drive home! Thank you so much you saved us!

My tire blew 25 minutes away from my house. I called Chosen and Josh Jr was at my location within 30 minutes. He was very nice and professional and the price was great too. Thank you so much again for the help.

Great guys! Came out on a Sunday morning to help me get a track loader out from the mud. They were very quick and got it out without issue! Highly recommend.

We needed to get my husband's car from Ridgetop to Springfield, Josh came out and in no time got the car on the rollback and on it's way to our house. This is a great, local, family-owned business. My 20 year old daughter was involved in an accident o 21st and main the cop that arrived said we had to call this towing company we were charged $225 just to load her car on the truck then it was $6 per mile I didn't have that much cash on me at the time so they impounded her car and started charging $45 dollars a day 1 hour after it arrived on their lot they charge double of any other towing company in springfield so if you choose chosen your choosing to be ripped off

I loved my expirence with Chosen towing. They were beyond helpful and attentive to my car being stuck in a ditch after days of being snowed in. Definitely go with them for all of your towing needs!

I locked my keys in my car at 445 am in Springfield TN.I called and woke the driver up. He was at my place in 25 min and had me going in 10 min.Awesome Service...Grateful

Hands down the most professional towing service I ve ever used. My daughter was involved in a wreck and within 10 minutes of calling, they were on their way. The younger guy was super professional. The owner has been great to work with between us and the insurance company. I ll definitely use them again if I ever needed a tow.

I had spoke with another towing company before I called Chosen Towing and they were rude, put me on hold twice and acted as if I were a bother to them. No price quotes, no help at all and said they would call me right back which they never did. When I called Chosen they answered right away with kindness and gave me a quote! They also told me an employee would call me back to find out location and I received a call back in less then 2 min! My neighbors truck was stolen and the police used this service to tow it. I took him to get it as soon as he found out where it was. They charged him over $600 to get it back. When I asked the owner if he could work with him on the price because he's a disabled vet. He said not his problem the price is the price. They also informed me that they had already started the paperwork to keep the truck should he not be able to afford the $600. Not a nice person.Service: Car towing

They helped me out with my Jeep this morning. Couldn t have asked for better customer service. Friendly, quick to arrive, reasonably priced. Hope I don t need them again anytime soon, but would definitely call them up if I did.
