I was unfortunate enough to wreck a 2022 dodge challenger, needed all new back left suspension parts. Because the car was so new at the time of the accident, it understandably took longer to find parts for the car. They did an amazing job on the car itself, and it s just like brand new again, but the communication was not there, I had to call them on several occasions in order to get some updates. They would have received the fifth star if they had just kept me updated on the situation, however I will most certainly return here for more maintenance, just need to work on communication.

Very knowledgeable and professional. We had a Jasper reman long block installed in our 2012 Yukon. Drove to FL with no problems. Engine oil is still full and clean.

I called Brant Jones yesterday. I asked the lady if they would work on a 2014 Toyota Prius. She replied "yes, we have a guy that worked for Toyota for like 20 years." I said great from my initial tests I believe my Prius is going to need a head gasket soon, would this be a problem? She replied "the guys would have to diagnose it and let you know." I said okay no problem and agreed to the diag cost and I setup a time to bring it in.She calls me back 10 minutes later and says she spoke with the mechanic and that the Prius would require special Toyota tools and they could not repair my vehicle. This repair does not require any special tools as I have looked at performing the repair myself.This shop either doesn't have a basic tool set, lacks the knowledge of repairing a head gasket, or flat out doesn't want to do the job. Regardless why lie to a potential customer and tell them it requires a special toyota only tool? Be careful with these guys.

These guys are great , I have been to them twice and they don t just through parts at a disabled vehicle, they truly get diagnosed what they are working on , excellent communication And they explain everything well . Thank you guys .

My truck needed a starter, I was stuck on the road 72 miles from home all mechanic shops in the area were a week to ten days out before they could look at my truck. The tow truck guy recommended Brant Jones to me and I agreed. I told the shop my situation and the hopped right on my truck repair. They not only do a great job at a reasonable price they expedited my repair so I could get back on the road. I recommended this company to anyone who is looking for a shop that cares, and is reasonable with their prices, especially in an emergency. Everything we needed them to fix the did wrong or poorly and we have already had to go to different mechanics to repair the same issue one year later. They charged a lot and took forever for the end result of bad work. Will not being going back or ever recommending them.

My 2002 Ford F 150 was over heating and I just had the water pump replaced and come to Brant Jones to have them look to see why it was running hot and they found out that I needed a new thermostat. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs they vehicle repaired. Very friendly people and knowledgeable. And I will be returning when I need my truck repaired. We have been coming to Brant Jones for several years now. They just recently underwent new Management, and Spencer is amazing. He will definitely make sure your needs are met. He is very honest, and trustworthy. I will recommend them to anyone!

Great place ! Shout out to Ridgetop Collision for the recommendation. They do great work and there are no surprises. The bill is what they say it is. The lady that answers the phone is nice and informative and if she don't have the answer she will get it.

Had brakes repaired on my 2012 Expedition. Completely satisfied. Owner is honest and makes a great effort to see that each repair is to done correctly and that the customer is satisfied. Brant Jones has been my mechanic for 18 years. An honest and helpful mechanic is a good find. Any one star reviews are most likely written by someone who cannot be pleased or by a competing auto repair shop.

Waited four hours on them to show up. Had to call to get an ETA after 3 hours. Finally got a call from the driver. Was told he was on the way, 45 minutes out. Was then told. due to the ball joint failure, that I shouldn t watch when he pulls it on to the flat bed because it was going to be violent . I expressed my concerns for his verbiage and methodology and explained that I had used a 3 ton jack to raise the car off the ground and add supports so that this violence that he was speaking of shouldn t be that violent. He was calling his boss. Get a call from the insurance road side assistant 2 hours later verifying that the service was completed. I confirmed that It had not been and I was still sitting in my car waiting. No showed, no called. Wouldn t recommend this third rate business to anyone

I have an air conditioner problem in my Mazda Miata. I visited Brant Jones Automotive around 081518 and told them I had it charged with R134A (At another shop) about a month prior and it had leaked out and I just wanted to get it fixed. I had to make an appointment with Brant Jones Automotive about a week in advance. 082318.I had my car there at 08:00am on the day of my appointment. At 3:00pm I had not heard anything from them so I called. He said he was about to call me and they had charged it with R134A, put dye in to check for leaks and it was cooling. He said if I would leave it with them, they would check for leaks. They should have already done that. It does not take 7 hours to charge a AC and I had an appointment (made a week prior).I should have at least gotten a call from them by 10:00am. I would expect better service than this anywhere, especially when I have an "appointment".The A.C. worked for a few days and is not cooling again. Another $90 waisted.I don't think I'll go back to them.

I first went to Brant Jones a few years ago when he worked on my brakes. He has also changed an engine for me on my Honda Accord. It runs great. It's very difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic that you can depend on. Brant Jones is the one.

Absolutely fantastic! I work for a roadside assistance company and I called then to help us with a tow the other night, Blue was amazing. He got there quickly and was super pleasant on the phone. If I can even get more business their way they will get it every time. #teamblue

They did a quality repair job on rusted brake lines on my truck. Brakes work much better now. Fast service. Very reasonable pricing. I plan on going back for anymore service needed for my truck or car.

Lou was friendly and informative when he towed my vehicle. The repairs done to my vehicle were fast and inexpensive and the women at the front desk was great. Cannot recommend these people enough.

I am a mail carrier in springfield they do work on our mail trucks and when i had some trouble with my toyota tacoma i took it there. They did good work at an affordable price. They will continue to get any future work that my vehicle may need very honest and dependable mechanics. DO NOT believe the negative remarks these guys really do care.

We were new to Springfield when we started having issues out of our Jetta. Took it to brant jones who fixed our car in just a couple days at a very reasonable price. He's helped us since then and always been very honest and timely with the repairs. We have dealt with many mechanics who were unreasonable but the guys at brant jones really do just shoot straight. We will def be using Brant jones from now on.

Beware, this business is not looking out for your best interests. Took car in last week bc of a noise we were hearing around the front wheel of the car and was told that nothing was wrong. Found out this week that there is something majorly wrong after breaking down on the side of the road. The problem was easily seen after removing the front tire. Told owner about problem who refused to take any responsibility for the problem. Will not be taking any more business to this company.
