I love this store. I go in, remember I'm female, this I was walking around looking for stuff an this gentleman named Stacy, asked if I needed help. WHY OF COURSE I DO. I asked about a lot of different items. He was so kind and patient. He looked everything up an explained straight up about the items. I like it when someone knows what they're talking about. Now I'm inquiring about a battery for a Harley Sportster 08. I know nothing about anything dealing with this bike. He actually told me what he used an it was very helpful. He helped me in floor mats an seat covers an steering wheel covers. He actually went to my vehicle to see what kinda seats they were. Mine have to be special ordered so I'll just use a blanket for now. I purchased a battery. He carried to my vehicle which I thought was very nice. If you have a GF or a wife I hope you are as kind an patient with her as you were with me. Thanks Stacy, I appreciate your help.

To get discount you must order online and ship. To get correct part you must go to store to verify. Helpful staff

Our car battery died at Walgreens. After investigating, we realized it was six years old! Googled auto parts near me and found this Autozone. The manager, Stacy came to Walgreens and jumped the car so we could drive to AutoZone for a new battery. He installed it immediately a few bucks and a new battery later we have a new friend (Stacy) and a car that starts!

I go to AutoZone and I was going to quickly run and get me a jug of windshield fluid and it is like 8:57 PM and the place was already closed.To say the least I was not happy and another customer tried the door to.The sign says 9:00 so if You need something You might want to call ahead or go somewhere You know they will be open at least till 9:00

Austin was very helpful. He knew exactly what I needed to fix my truck (power steering fluid) and even came out to help me fill it up. Very polite and very knowledgeable

One of the best AZs I have been to now. They have had some staffing issues in the past but boy do they have them handled now.Walked in around 4:45PM and 6 ee s said hey welcome to Auto Zone. I replied thanks! I walked over to the wiper section and started flipping through the book and Chad said, Hey brother, what vehicle are you looking for I replied 2020 Tacoma . He then asked my budget, told me what I needed and mentioned RainX that I needed was on special. He then said come on, I ll ring you up. Found out I was his last customer of the day but made sure he took care of me. Top Tier Customer Service a rarity in this day & age was greatly appreciated.

Came in for a part that was being held , stood in line and the lady kept people letting people cut me because they were in the building first but not in line. My foot is wrapped from surgery and was extremely rude.

the staff was very nice and helpful. I we as returning an online order and there was some confusion on how to process the return. Three employees later they were able to process the return.

Great service! The staff was fast, friendly, courteous, very helpful, and knowledgeable. After purchasing a windshield wiper blade, the installation was free, even in the rain. I have been an AutoZone customer for over 20 years. I like their service, their warranty tracking system (one of my favorite features), their easy return and replacement policy, their commitment to helping me get the right part by testing the parts in question (battery, alternator, starter, etc.) and their tool loan program (occasionally I need a tool that I'll only use once in a lifetime). I am usually acknowledged and greeted as I walk through the door with a friendly welcome. If I need assistance finding an item in the store aisle, someone always helps. If a part that I need is not in stock at their store, they will locate one at another Autozone and have it delivered to their store or have the other store to hold it for me to pick up the same day. I have been to other auto parts stores when there was no AutoZone in the area; no other store compares or comes close to the efficient service of AutoZone.

Most every time i shop at this location the staff is extremely helpful in finding what im looking for. Havent had too many issues with them not having what i need on hand either.

Well I called to check to see if they had my part and I was very nice an telling the associate what make and model my vehicle was as soon as I started talking.Well He started off very rude kept asking over and over questions that I already told him It was the worst customer service I have ever had over the phone EVER I will never buy or send a friend to this Auto Zone And I didn t even want to give a star but you have too to explain your experience 0 stars for me

Most of the employees are well knowledge. If they don't have what your looking for in-stock they can order it and most of the time it is there within 24 hours.

Normally I do not reply to these , but I wanted everyone to know how helpful the team at AutoZone was. They helped me with a check engine light qith no pressure to buy a part from them. Thats professional and what you can expect from our Springfield location.

The guy had no idea what he was doing... gave him a piece of fuel line he gave me the wrong size didnt give me back the piece I gave him wrong size clips and one didnt work...
