Stagecoach Auto took really good care of me and the alignment of my 1956 Corvette! My car is a unique situation as it sits on a custom chassis, so I know it wasn t an easy task. They got it done same day in only a couple of hours. The staff were also extremely professional and friendly, and didn t make you feel like just a number. If you re looking for a top notch Spring Hill auto repair shop that does it all, I absolutely recommend Stagecoach!

The staff at Stagecoach Auto Repair is phenomenal. They offer a superb experience and are professional. They deliver timely and valuable communication and have the customers best interests always as a priority. Their workmanship is second to none! I have never had to return a vehicle for a second look on any of their repairs; in 7 years. Frankie at the front desk is knowledgeable and trustworthy helping in any capacity he can.

TWO majorly bad experiences here, so hear me out.The first was with an old corvette of mine that needed a front end alignment. I got a coupon in the mail for a $20 or $40 alignment, can t remember which because I didn t get it. I took the car in for the alignment and they called me to let me know the tie rod ends were going bad so they didn t feel comfortable doing an alignment. I understood that, asked how much for tie Rod ends. It was somewhere around $400-500. The parts are $45 and I have done the job myself in 1.5 hrs. I said no thank you I ll handle it, went to pick it up and was told I had to pay the diagnostic fee. What diagnostic fee? I understand that is standard when I bring a car in for a repair. But I brought the car in for a $40 coupon that wouldn t be honored and paid twice that just to be told they can t do anything about it.Experience 2:I was selling a town and country van from an online listing and the buyer requested to have it looked over by stagecoach. I agreed, as far as I knew the car was in good shape other than some body rust which I informed the buyer of with pictures. He had made an appointment so we wouldn t have to wait long. We ended up waiting around 3-4 hours.Finally the mechanic brings us in the back to show that there is considerably more rust than I was aware of, and it was effecting the frame. This understandably deterred the buyer. But the mechanic decided to point out a freeze plug repair that I had done by a Chrysler dealership mechanic, saying it had been done wrong and was going to destroy the motor because it was not a stock OEM part. He then accused me of trying to pull one over on this man saying if you buy this van from him we won t ever work on it. Plot twist, even the buyer defended me saying he could tell I was being honest.I never write reviews but this has irked me for years and I never got the chance to pen it out.Avoid stagecoach at all costs.

What a great place! We are moving from Michigan to Mississippi and our car decided to over heat and have some issues. We looked up shops and found this one. Pulled in at 4:30am and when then opened at 7:30am someone approached and asked if everything was ok. They looked at our car and within a few hours the work was done and we where on the road again. Very friendly and helpful the whole time.

Stagecoach was able to diagnose the issue with our Jeep within a couple of hours. Got our quote to us and repaired the next day. They were very nice, reasonable and easy to work with.

In my 60+ years in various states of car ownership and maintenance I have never found a better auto repair and maintenance shop than Stagecoach! Frankie and his team there have integrity. Their analytics are excellent and they do not push for work to be done that is not necessary. I have taken my vehicles to Stagecoach since discovering them 10 years ago, as have other family members. They never disappoint. I am thankful for them and would without reservation heartily recommend Stagecoach to anyone seeking auto repair and maintenance in middle Tennessee!

I have been trusting these people for a very long time and have always been satisfied and very happy with them. I will always take my truck to them and no one else. Would not consider anyone else because they are honest and dependable and always get the job done in short order and I'm back on my way.

Took my car there because I had some wear on my tire, thought my alignment was off. Turns out it was fine but there was a small different issue. They fixed it quick and I didn t need an appointment. Real good group of folks over there. Thanks a lot for fixing my car!

Previously had good experiences but I will never go back. We brought our vehicle in after hitting a piece of wood and busting the oil pan. It took over 2 weeks to repair and came out with additional problems and not running properly. We immediately took the vehicle back in and was told it was a mere coincidence and nothing related to the repair or the damage from the accident.

This is just a review to address a bad review someone left. Someone named Parker Mattes left a very bad review you will see below. I am the manager here at Stagecoach. I have been here over 10 years. This person has NEVER been to Stagecoach so I am not sure why he would leave this message. At the end of his review, he states "This experience has 'IRKED' him for years." I have no idea who he is and there is no record of him in our system dating back 17 years.

Super friendly, courteous, and very helpful staff; the job was done quicker than I thought possible and the rates are very reasonable. All around pleased with their excellent service and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

We have used Stagecoach for the past two years & feel confident in bringing in both of our cars for preventive maintenance, repairs, etc. as needed. Frankie has not given me any reason to think that he is less than honest. As a bonus, the shop is located less than 2 miles from our house.

I have used Stage Coach for my last 3 repairs and plan on doing so indefinitely (yes, even if I moved). Their customer service was wonderful, shout out to Jackie! When I went in this time I knew I had a lot of upcoming maintenance that needed to be done. They gave a detailed list of things that needed done as well as listing them by level importance. I felt like they valued me and listened to any concern I had which was a breath of fresh air. 10/10 recommend!

My truck broke down the week I was taking it out of town and I had to have it towed to Stagecoach. They had to fix lots of things but got everything fixed so I could go on vacationon time. These guys are the best. Honest and trustworthy. All wheel alignment performed as scheduled and included a printout of the before and after settings. I go to Stagecoach because I trust their experience and business ethics. Hard to find these days.

While I was in Spring Hill visiting family, my car randomly wouldn t start. After trying to charge the battery with no luck, I had my car towed to Stagecoach! They had told me it could take awhile before they got to my car since they had quite a few cars they were already committed to making repairs on. I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me within 24 hours with a quote. The repair went well, they did not try to upsell me, but did mention including a new belt that was okay-but would need to be replaced in the near future. Cadillacs are notorious for requiring in-depth labor for simple repairs, so I did have it replaced and appreciated the opportunity to make the decision to replace it since they were already in there replacing the alternator.Although my family had not yet needed to use Stagecoach, they came highly recommended by several friends. I add my recommendation to the list!! The work was timely, thorough, and reasonably priced!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I've been impressed by everything about Stagecoach. They are fast, honest, and dependable. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else if I have the choice. Highly recommended for all your auto and truck needs. I've taken my car and truck to Stagecoach, and never been confused by their diagnosis or billing, or disappointed in their service. Highly recommend!Update. 5/8/23 I have been taking my vehicles to Stagecoach for years, and have zero poor experiences. Frankie is an excellent communicator, and tells it to me straight, which I appreciate even when I don't like the answer. I won't go anywhere else, and neither should you.Edit 10/6/23 Flawless work and service as always! My only disappointment is that they don't work on diesel engines. But they were upfront and honest, and the work they performed is exceptional! I expect nothing less from this shop. Highly recommend!Update 12/12/23We had another excellent experience with Stagecoach in a long history of excellent experiences. The issue we had turned out to be minor, requiring just labor, no parts. It was handled fast, efficiently, and we couldn't be more satisfied maintaining our patronage of this shop. Always a pleasure! I had the cooling hoses rupture while I was driving which caused the engine to overheat very quickly. and had to have the vehicle towed to get it repaired. Stagecoach was recommended by a mechanic friend and they did not disappoint!! Very quick to get us in and completed the repair job for a very fair price in just two days! Friendly team as well great experience with them and will be going back whenever we need auto repair work done again!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

A great find in Spring Hill. honest auto mechanics are as rare as last years Easter eggs but the good folks at Stagecoach are just that. They do what they say they are going to do, are exceptionally professional, have Certified Mechanics , all at the most reasonable prices. As a car guy for life I have zero issues recommending Stagecoach for all auto maintenance and repair requirements.Service: Auto maintenance
