Working with Spring Hill Collision was the best experience. John was super nice to deal with. This was the first time I had to ever deal with and accident claim and he made it super easy and had me feeling confident that we made the right choice in picking Spring Hill collision. And we certainly did. My car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier with the work and the overall experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing body work done. And if we ever need any work done, we will definitely be using them.

This company kindly helped me through the process, booked my vehicle onto their busy calendar and, after I dropped it off, they had it repaired and ready for me to pick up in about six or seven workdays. They did great work and my vehicle looks like new. Thanks!

Can't say enough good things about Spring Hill Collision. Had an awkward dent under the door from a parking mishap. Potential customers beware!I brought in my car for repairs. John told me on the phone that I didn't need an appointment and that I could come before close. When I arrived the next day, he said I needed an appointment. He didn't even want to look at my car, but my wife convinced him to take pictures and give me an estimate. I sent the estimate to the insurance company, but when the adjuster called, John refused to give them any info or speak with them, forcing me to go to another company. He then said if my car wasn't gone by the end of the next day that he would have it towed.He was incredibly unprofessional and the lack of care is real. He said because the insurance company would total the car that he was unwilling to do anything or talk to anyone.It's all about how much they can make off of you. They don't care about you or your vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

These men are so honest, kind, down-to-earth, and do quality work. I brought in my van yesterday for an estimate on repairing a terrible DIY repair from a previous owner. While they could have charged me thousands of dollars to fix it, they advised me that my problem probably involved way bigger underlying issues and it would be in my best interest to make it more aesthetically pleasing and trade it in. They said to come back today and they would see what they could do to help me get it trade-in ready. Well, not only did they fix the major issue (back hatch wouldn t close), but they did it for FREE (worked for an hour) and taught me how to do a few other things that would get me by for now. Wouldn t let me pay them. I m amazed you don t see that kind of generosity and honesty in business anymore. I ll definitely be coming back if I ever need to!Service: Body & Trim

Spring Hill Collision Center does awesome, speedy and high quality work! I was in a collision and needed my passenger side quarter panel replaced! They did such great work that my car looks like nothing ever happened! The paint color is a difficult color to match but they matched it perfectly! They had my car for less than a week and everything they did is very precise and of great quality! I highly recommend they re work! The gentlemen there are very professional and very informative! Thank you for the great work done on my car!!

I have a 2016 Kia Sportage that needed the inside door handle fixed or replaced. I took it to the dealer and was quoted $199 to diagnose the problem. I took my car to Spring Hill Collision and he ordered the part and repaired it for 1/4th the diagnosis price from Kia. John was amazing to deal with. Nice guy! I l highly recommend this business. They are ethical and definitely customer service oriented.

Fast friendly service once I got there. I needed a new bumper and they got it fast and had it painted like new within a week. The color match is good and they even touched up a few other spots along the way. Great job. Highly recommend

Oops John and his guys are awesome! Fair prices and always great work! When you leave the body shop you ll know it was worked on! Plus they re preferes shop for many insurance companies but they ll have your back to make sure it s fixed right! Not using junkyard or second hand parts!

Picked up my Mitsubishi Outlander today, and they did an amazing job! We are relatively new to the area so I chose this shop based on reviews only. I m so thankful we used this family owned business verses the body shop referred to us by insurance! They take pride in their work, and it shows. The damaged area actually looks better than it did before the accident!

I have to give a shout out to John Usher at Spring Hill Collison. He truly exemplifies the true meaning of honesty and integrity. I have to keep my cars in tip top shape and he always comes through. If you are in an accident or need bodywork on your car, he is the go to person. You may have to wait a bit but it s worth it.
