Got my wife s Subaru protected for our trips in the trails and I couldn t be more pleased with how it came out. From start to finish Andy the owner walked us through all of our options and even let us feel and see the products we chose before buying. I d highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Nashville area for vehicle protection. I worry less about dinging and scratching the paint and more on the road ahead now. 10/10 experience

Entire experience was first class. From initial communications to final delivery, Andy explained and walked me through the entire process. The shop is SUPER clean so I knew they would be meticulous with their work, which they were. Price was best I was quoted and on top of that, my car looks absolutely amazing! Well worth my 45 min drive from Nashville. (Full front wrap with ceramic coat on rest)Services: Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

I don't know where to start with this review, all I can say is it was so worth my drive from Clarksville to meet Andy in person. I had no idea how many people there we're doing paint protection film! I got several quotes from middle tn to Knoxville tn. Andy was one of the first ones I had called and me knowing nothing about ppf I needed to better understand my options. I promised Andy I would def call him back before I made any decision. The process of getting quotes was really a joke and today, 2 weeks after I started, some dealers are sending me quotes requested long ago. Andy never wore me out in any way but he did follow up about 3 days after to make sure I understood everything and I really appreciated him for doing it. I run a Harley Davidson shop and follow up is key when it's done right. I agreed to go with Andy purely because of his demeanor over the phone, he actually wanted me to make a decision based off what I needed for protection not just focusing on price. He was right, I have a new GR86 and needed total front end and sides of the front, hood and side mirrors protected as the car takes a beating being so low. Andy's work was amazing, you cant even tell the film is on the paint its so clean. He is very particular on wrapping the edges and I couldn't be more pleased. I'd love to have the whole car done but right now it's not in my budget but maybe one day! Thanks Andy, it's good to work with you and you'll get as many referrals as I can possibly send to you! Thanks for the awesome conversations, your a stand up businessman!!

Contacted Andy. He worked with my schedule. I had a short trip scheduled. Dropped off the day I went to the airport. 3 days later came back in town and he had it ready to go for me. It s the best it has ever looked. I truly can t wait to get it off road. And really looking forward to the easy clean up. It looked so good. I dropped off the around the town car the next day. I recently contacted Refined Automotive about having PPF film installed on my vehicle. Andy got in touch with me and after talking with him; I knew I had come to the right place! He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and went over the entire installation process and explained how PPF works. Needless to say, Refined Automotive and Andy did a masterful job and I m am very happy with his work! I would definitely recommend Refined Automotive and will bring my next vehicle to them! Had my Jeep Gladiator 2 year ceramic coated by Andy and his crew at Refined Automotive. Jeep was in tough shape because of recent drive down from the Northeast, heavy rains, road brining and more. Upon pickup, my truck looked better than new. The Refined crew had cleaned it inside and out and the ceramic finish made it absolutely shine and sparkle. Drove home thru a minor snowfall and the moisture just slid off the car. I cannot recommend the ceramic coating process enough. Not only does it protect and preserve your car, it makes keeping it clean so much less of a hassle. Thank you Andy and will definitely recommend your service to everyone I know. I have had many vehicles wrapped over the years and I must say, Refined Automotive is the most professional business in the auto film industry across multiple states. We just bought my wife a new 2023 Tesla Model 3 and myself a 2022 Porsche Turbo S. We decided to only get the mid-level Track Package Paint Protection Film on my Wife s Tesla plus, Ceramic Coating. However on my Shark Blue Porsche 911, we went all out with the matte conversion full vehicle PPF for that wow factor!! Andrew and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, guiding me on my different options and coming up with the packages together with me. The installation was complete with tight corners and beautiful edges throughout. We could not be more excited!!
