I have been bringing all of my vehicles to them for years now, and they have always been fair and honest with me. It may cost a few dollars more (not much), but they have never hit me with a bogus charge or tried to sell me something I didn't really need. Paying for honesty and expertise is something woth buying!Also, the customer service is excellent! Highly recommend...

This is the first and last time I will be using this business for work on my vehicle. My initial conversation was wonderful but come time to complete services they had no clue what was going on. Was told I wouldn t be charged a diagnostic and then was. Then told, 9 hours after my scheduled appt, that nothing was wrong with my car except being slightly out of alignment, and the mechanic did the repair without confirming with me it was ok to do. Then the owner stated after that there actually was an issue with my car and it would be about $1,600 to repair. Then they acted like they were doing me a favor by taking off the diagnostic and alignment fees, when I shouldn t have been charged from the beginning. If I could give zero stars, I would. Y all should be ashamed of taking advantage of people and freshen up on your mechanic abilities in order to actually do your job accordingly.

Brought my vehicle in 2 different times for two different issues. They couldn't get it to replicate the issues I was experiencing, so they were kind enough not to charge me and even referred to another repair shop that could possibly find the issues. Great guys... honest and fair!

Kelly and his employees always do great work and take care of us, I feel like they care that our car is safe to drive and don't make up fake charges like some shops do. I would highly recommend them.

Went in for an oil change and rotation. Picked Honest-1 based on cost and positive reviews. The work met my expectations but their customer care exceeded my expectations. If you haven t experienced it yet, give it a try.

Brought my vehicle in to replace a part I had suspected was bad. They did replace the part very quickly but also suggested that I needed a lot of other services that I didn't seem necessary. They quoted me over $7,000 worth of engine repairs for my vehicle when it didn't even have a check engine light on. Also suggested replacing parts on my vehicle that had already been done just a few months prior. They are quick to respond and got what I needed done but didn't appreciate the upselling at all.

I had an appointment and they started working on my car right after I checked-in and signed the paperwork. My car was finished pretty much at the time I was told. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

This place does great work, and I love their communication. They send a diagnosis report that includes pictures and their recommendations, which is helpful before you provide authorization to proceed. I highly recommend them to anybody that is need of auto service.

I am VERY pleased with my service. I have a 2003 Cobra that I do NOT trust anybody barely to touch. I have used Honest-1 through our company for years, and it was time for the Mustang to get some TLC. Not only did they do an ABSOLUTE AMAZING JOB, but they went above and beyond to take care of some things while they were already under the car. They did full suspension in the front end, rack & pinion, inner & outer tie-rods, power steering lines, all 4 Struts, alignment, oil change, and even, at my request, they tackled a high output starter that is very hard to get to, due to long tube headers. They made my 2003 ride like a Cadillac. Honest-1 is an amazing company and ran by the best team starting with Brian up front. The tech worked his butt off, I appreciate every second. Like I said I don t trust anybody to work on this car, but from now on Honest-1 & my guy Brian are the only ones that will ever touch it from now on. Great experience, kind and courteous people, quickly helped me and service the coolant system for engine maintenance. Fox it before it breaks by doing biyearly & milage maintenance is important. Thanks for your great price, quality service.

Honest 1 put in an alternator in my 2004 Sprinter this week and provided professional care and technical repair services. They delivered my vehicle back sooner than expected and the pricing was very fair. I feel I have found a home for future repairs. Brian did an excellent job keeping me informed and obtaining the parts required to do the job in a timely manner. Wonderful lounge area. Very comfortable. I ll be honest and say I didn t have my car worked on here. My engine blew on 65 and this is where the tow recommended to bring it. They looked at it and in 10 min told me I d need a new engine. I m not from anywhere near Spring Hill so they helped me figure out where I could stay and even drove me to the hotel. This is all before a holiday weekend. Their kindness and patience even when they weren t making any money off me is why they deserve 5 stars.

Honest 1 is amazing. AAA has them listed as a trusted provider so we had our truck towed here when it wouldn t start up. We found out from the mechanic that someone put a foreign substance in our gas tank over April fools weekend and they were super great to work with throughout the insurance claim and repair process. Brian and Kellen went above and beyond to keep us informed on what was going on throughout the whole process and when the repairs were completed, the owner even spent a few days driving the truck to make sure the fuel system wouldn t give us any troubles. The truck drives better than it ever has and I appreciate all the hard work everyone at this shop put in to get our truck back up and running. Thank you!

Honest 1 staff has always been kind and welcoming when I bring my vehicles in for regular maintenance. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and HONEST! I ve had what I thought was as a problem with my vehicle. They checked it out and let me know all clear and no need for the repairs I was expecting to pay $$$$ to fix. Great service, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Great Service! We had some concerning noises coming from our car on the way to Florida. They took it for a drive and hoisted it up for us at no charge. It ended up being nothing to worry about and they said I m not going to charge you for doing nothing. They obviously put labor into it and were very gracious to not charge out-of-towners. Thanks Brian and the mechanic who took the time to explain the issue and eventual next steps to me.

I walked in for a coolant leak and the front desk lady was very rude and condescending towards me. I assume it is because I am young. She just seemed very annoyed that I was there so I just left soon after. I will not be coming back and I will tell everyone I know to stay far away from this place. My father has also had bad experiences where he was charged over $800 for a $75 air conditioning fix. That kind of overcharging is nearly robbery. Not to mention, they tried to charge me $100 for a coolant leak diagnostic

They called me once they diagnosed and gave me a price. The parts had to be ordered but I have my vehicle back 2 days later! Great job! Very honest and up front about repairs.
