I just got new brakes, spark plugs and an oil change! As you can assume with all that work, it was quite a wait, but the seating was great and I was in for the long haul When my car was ready, it was pouring rain and Bailey brought my umbrella inside from my car so I didn t have to get wet!!! What a freaken gentleman! I dealt with Bailey and Angel for my visit today and they were both great. Now I m braking like a pro and I m ready for the races

We have been trusting Firestone with our BMW since they opened and they have always taken great care of our vehicles. They are kind, professional and honest. I love when I bring my car in they never find hidden costly issues like another car place in town that was less than Honest. Firestone, keep up the great work! We appreciate you

They saw me coming from a mile away and took FULL advantage to upsell me on unnecessary auto care, likely due to me being a woman and single mom. My oil change went from $40 to $205 and that s after I declined the air filters they wanted me to buy. They told me my brake fluid tested bad and that was an additional $150 or so.I will NEVER be returning and am disgusted by my experience today. Do yourself a favor and find a mom and pop shop that will take care of you vs trying to lie and profit from you at your expense!Do NOT recommend this business to anyone.

First time my wife went was to get the cheapest spark plug replacement for a car we explained that we were selling. Never got a call to let us know what it would cost, just got a call that it was done and they did all this extra system cleaning and other unnecessary things to run the bill well over $600. Second time she brought the new car to get checked out and got the tires filled and rotated and these guys filled them to 50psi instead of the recommended 32-36psi. Either they are ripping people off intentionally and setting themselves up for our cars to have near future issues that way we come back or they are simply that stupid being nice only goes so far when you can t or won t do your job properly.

We arrived more than an hour before closing and wanted to purchase two new tires. We were told they didn t have time , and that if we absolutely needed at least one tire they could sell it to us and put it on the wheel, but they wouldn t have time to put it on our car. After about 45 minutes they said the tire was on the wheel. Tried to check us out at the same full price as someone paying who would have received full service (tire on wheel, wheel on car). Firestone had an opportunity to make our Sunday a lot better by assisting us in a professional manner and giving us the same service quality that someone would receive at Monday at 10 am. After asking at checkout if they were going to help get the wheel back on they reluctantly sent someone out front to put the wheel on outside of the work bay. I ve been to lot of Firestone s and while they did inevitably get us on the road and taken care of, it didn t feel professional, and it also felt like they didn t really care.Update: Manager called me back and offered to make things better by taking money off the next appt, I made an appt and called two hours prior to confirm my appt, they didn t have my appt in the system. They asked for my information and then played it off as though they had found my appt and then admitted on the phone once they thought they had ended the call with me that they didn t have me in the system but they just told me it was fine to come in anyways. I would much rather the store be honest with me that they dropped the ball, again, and didn t have my appt in the system than to lie to me. Integrity matters more to me, and I would have rather they just admitted they didn t have the appt in the system and then we make a new one than try to save face and lie to me. This store clearly is lacking something, I won t be doing business there anymore.

I ve been a customer for this brand for quite awhile. First visit at this location was great. This time was not so much. I called a few days ago and a guy was saying he has an opening on Sunday at 2 pm, so I showed up for my appointment just for him to tell me I might have called a wrong spring hill location. He asked me if I got their phone number from google and I said yes. How else am I gonna get your number from? I open the map to make sure it s their location. Then told me I probably called the one is Florida. Is FL area code start with 615 as well? Thats interesting. And instead of offering me other day or see if there are other opponent he kept saying stuff like we are the only one in spring hill. You might have called the one in franklin like ok. Great job on making people feel stupid I guess.I was gonna make another appointment on Tuesday, but not anymore. Wont be going back there.

Even though the lot was full of cars, these people took a look at my tires and diagnosed the problem. We were traveling through on a long trip. They squeezed me in and sent us on our way. Great people that went above and beyond.

Don t go here for repairs. Total rip off. Basically paid 3,000 for them to put spark plugs and a tire. I told them to do my brakes and they seemed the same when I got my car back. They also told me they had a complication putting my spark plugs in. So don t ever go here.

I am not happy with the service I am getting here. They told me I needed new rear shocks and 3 new tires when I did not. I got two rear shocks for 497.00 . Then they told me I needed 3 new tires. I got taken this time but there won t be a next time. They charged 112.00 for an oil change. A few months ago they replaced my motor blower and did NOT put the glove department back on correctly. I asked them to take care of and they did NOT on this visit. It s very discouraging to be getting ripped off with work that doesn t need to be done and for very high prices. I am filing a complaint with the attorney general and the FTC. Adding another issues. I got my oil changed here and they put the oil cap back on to tight. The new place that changes my oil had to put on a new one that cost 26.00. In a 3 month time span they messed didn t put the glove box back on, they sold me shocks I didn t need, and then I had to take it back because the shocks were not put on correctly and a new squeaking sound was heard that was never there before. They also put my oil cap on to tight. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!

Have gone here a few times to get my oil changed, times before today it was just slow and unprofessional but nothing to make me immediately concerned, but tonight I dropped my car off at 2:30 after making an appointment, they said it would be ready by 5. At 4:50 they called and said it was ready, I drove down to get it and it was just now on the lift, fine I can wait a few, the issue was when we were done. I paid and was handed a Nissan key, went outside and clicked the lock button to find my car and was surprised when a white Sentra responded to the lock (I drive a black Altima), clicked it again a few times to make sure I wasn t just hitting it the same time as someone else and yup, I had the key to someone else s car! I went inside and they checked around for a few minutes trying to find out what happened and then the guy said oh, maybe your keys are in your car, so they walked me out to check and yup my car keys were in my unlocked car! It could have been stolen they didn t apologize or seem like this was any concern at all that 1 they don t have their paperwork together and gave me someone else s keys and 2 they left my vehicle unlocked with the keys inside. I will NOT be returning to this Firestone and will find another place that will have some concerns for their customers. Beware of this location.

Not a bad experience, but I don t think I ll be going here anymore. Went in for an oil change and was told I needed new back tires. They then quoted me a bit more than I d ever heard before, so I declined and starting comparing prices online. Everything was at least $20 less than what Firestone had told me. Their own website quoted me $40 less, for the same tires, and I made sure this wasn t just a subtotal by getting to the very last page of the order process. When I was told my car was ready for pickup, I inquired about what kind of tires they intended to put on my car. They were the same ones that I had been quoted much less for online. When I told the employee this, they broke down the pricing and mentioned it also included a protection package, and that the quote i received must have been before tax. I picked up my car, took it to Discount Tire, and they priced me at $10 less than the online quote I got from Firestone, including their protection package.

Guy was kinda rude. Didn't seem like he cared about his customers at all. Had to argue with him to get him to put the tire that I was buying on my car. He wanted me to do it myself. Crazy.

I got in my car on the way home from work, and my battery had died. I bought the car in November of 2022 from Enterprise Car Sales, so I knew it was used. A co-worker at the school gave me a jump.Then, the real problem began.I started calling places close to my home that carried my type of battery. I called four different places and no such luck. Then I remembered a Firestone right around the corner from my home!I was told if they didn t have the battery, one could be delivered in 45 minutes. I arrived after 5pm and I was able to drive away with a new battery installed a little after 6 pm!Thank Youuuuuu Firestone for your services!

On a road trip from TX to MA and got a flat tired on the road. The staff here was beyond amazing and helped us fix the tire with 10 min before closing. We called them and they waited to help us. I can t explain how thankful we are for them. I HIGHLY recommend this team, they will make sure they do the best they can to help you out.Service: TiresService: Tires

They charged me for 4 wheel alignment and weren't able to do it because they didn't have the proper software and parts/tools required to do it. I wouldn't have known this but I spoke with the technician and he told me that.

The manager of this store is completely unethical. My wife attempted to have them use our extended warranty, the counter employee took the information and sent it into the company via email. The following business day that same employee was not on duty, the warranty company needed more information. Not only did the manager refuse to give it to the warranty company, he said he could not email it when their employee had emailed them just one day earlier. My wife had to go to the store, get the paperwork and scan it to the warranty company. Then the manager refused to work with them and then increased the cost of the repairs by $500.00. If you don't want to get ripped off don't go here.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair

Andrew, Kody, Gary, and Cayce were the best team I have experienced in a while. This team special ordered my Nitto Ridge Grapplers for my 06 Duramax. Took about two weeks to come in (no fault of this store). They kept me updated and right when they arrived they called. I dropped it on a Sunday morning and was ready to go after lunch. Great crew! I scheduled an appointment for a wheel alignment, tire rotation, and balance. 3 hours later my alignment was done. They didn t do anything else because apparently performing a balance and wheel alignment was against company policy. Glad to find out after wasting that much time in the lobby. After my experience, take your money and business elsewhere. You ll be glad you did.

I have used Firestone for 20 plus years. About a month ago I purchased tires for my dually from the Columbia, Tn location.They are fantastic at that location and I expected the same from Spring Hill. I noticed while running errands that I had a low tire and stopped in. Gary apparently was having a horrible day as his attitude was terrible. I told him I needed a front tire checked because it was low. He immediately stated that they didn t have those tires and I needed to go somewhere else. I explained that I shouldn t need another tire because I had just driven it there and that I had just spent $1800 on new tires from Firestone. He told me to give him my keys and they may work me in. I waited over an hour, which was no big deal, until another customer with a tire issue came in and was seen right away. After the interaction with Gary and the fact I was skipped in line I decided to leave. I went straight across the street to Discount Tire who got me taken care of right away.

Made an appointment on Monday for an oil change on Thursday. Came in and waited an hour for my oil change. After the hour they said they can't do it today and rescheduled me for Saturday morning when I get here they ask if I can drop my car off and get it later its a 15 minute oil change, absolutely the worst exppunctuality

Forgot to put air in the tire they put on my car. Didn t believe me until I showed them how I measured the air pressure. Poor customer service (said they could get to it same day, but then didn t. Said they d take care of it first thing in the morning, but didn t. Forgot to call me when r it was done). Limited selection. They only had one kind of tire available that was expensive and lower quality.
