Great experience here at 10 Minute Oil Change here in Spring Hill, TN. Blake was very helpful, kind and professional. He knows his stuff and it was a pleasure meeting him while he took care of my girl s car! My place for oil changes on all of my vehicles.

Josh and the staff on the service side are great. Needed tire repair, then a week later tires on my other car. Both times were great experiences. They greeted me as soon as I got there and were professional and thorough. They made sure I was satisfied with the service. I already tell people about the great service. They are the best!

I just had the best experience! Thanks so much to Dominic and DJ (I hope I got their names right). I m from out of state and needed to get back home. My car started giving me problems. It wouldn t turn on and no lights would turn on. I was told by others that it was the alternator which is why I went to express in the first place. They were so kind and ran different tests which all came back with good alternator-instead it was a bad battery (which I had just come from a place I had a warranty with) they called up the shop and told them to replace my battery. What could have cost my hundreds of $$, ended up being free. Now I can get home (7hrs away) safely. They were all so kind and helpful!

This is a great place to have service dine on your car. Ms. Brooklyn, who doing my oil change, was very professional fast and entertaining me through the process. I felt like having spent only 10 minutes with great advice, too. Love this place.

Amanda, Tina and Evan made my experience seamless. Best customer service I ve ever experienced getting my oil changed lol. Appreciated their help and answering my questions. They were extremely knowledgeable and kind. I know it s just an oil change but when tasks have to get checked off of my to-do list and are met with kindness, it means a lot. Thanks guys!!

Absolute perfection! Dominic was super nice, really helpful and so fast! Really helped me out of a jam when I needed a tire patched and in a hurry to get to an appointment. You re completely silly if you go anywhere else.

They quoted us $87 for a synthetic oil change and then charged us $144, which is more than the VW dealership, would not honor the coupons on their own website, and didn t reset our service light. Despite us following up with them on these concerns they were unwilling to resolve the situation. I can t recommend doing business with a company like this.

I ve been to other quick oil change locations, but this place was hands down the most efficient. Brooklynn and the team were kind, informed, and helpful! Also, they brought ALL the joy singing along to the radio while they worked. It was such an unexpectedly pleasant experience for an oil change!

My positive terminal was corroded and my car wouldn t start unless someone was holding it tight against the battery. DJ, who was the mechanic there said they didn t have any terminals for my car, but he at least wanted to clean it off for me so I didn t have to order a new one. My car is starting no problem now. Shoutout to DJ for the best experience I ve had with Express Oil Change! Super helpful and nice. Thanks bro!

I called in after a bad experience with another shop across the street. They very quickly told me to come in and they would get me started. I did wait a little while but I didn t mind. Once I was in the bay Brett was so awesome. He listened to everything I needed and promptly took care of me. Amanda(I think that was her name) was awesome and making sure I was taken care of during my wait. I have a diesel car which isn t very common and everyone worked together to ensure everything was done properly and with the correct parts. After so many bad run ins with rude mechanics, they made me believe good ones exist. I will be back!

This is a super late review we got our oil changed right before Christmas. They were super quick but they still took the time to explain to me what my car did or didn't need work on. They were also very patient with my toddler who loves cars and tools. He had to know everything they were doing and why. Thank the Express Oil Change team for your time, patience, and thoughtfulness.! You made my son's day!

I m not one to leave many reviews, but I want to share my great experience at Express Oil Change.As a woman with minimal knowledge about my vehicle, I tend to not enjoy taking my car in for routine maintenance. It can be hard to filter through what s a sales pitch or do I really need that particular service today or not feeling comfortable enough to ask questions.That was not experience today. I do not remember her name; she had short dark hair and a little nose ring. She was great!! She was professional and clearly knowledgeable. She was quick and efficient, and equally as friendly. Had anything been outside of just a routine oil change, her personable demeanor would have made me feel super comfortable to ask questions or to get more information. It s the little things that will make people keep coming back.Thanks express oil change!

I made an appointment for a wheel alignment for the next week after purchasing 2 rear tires, but I completely forgot that appointment. So, I went online apologized and rescheduled for today (10/21) at 8 am. I was so glad to get multiple reminders,and I also set my phone to remind myself. I arrived early. As soon as Express Oil opened they were ready for Me! I was in and out in no time.Thank Youuuuuu so much for your services Express Oil and JLW!

I'd like o take the time to speak on the customer service Jacob and his shop treated me with. I'm not one for leaving reviews but felt Jacob was deserved of this review. I was referred to this shop because of the quality of work, but also because of how personable the employees are. I had a custom set of wheels I wanted a specific set of tires for to have installed on my 1984 Chevy K20. Jacob had me make a list of tires that were of interest. One set he mentioned they could get but would cost a lot due to not being from the supplier, which most companies would not give an option to continue purchase or not...he gave the option, which I appreciated! Jacob continued checking into my list of tires, and found 2 manufacturers with the required sizes I was wanting. My decision was for the Toyo Open Country 38x14.50r20. He then got and moved forward with the order. A few days went by and I received a call from Jacob informing me the supplier failed to process the order and sold them to someone else. Jacob was aware at how disappointed I was, but at no fault of his own and took it upon himself to find the tires I wanted. The following days he called me saying he found 2 in California and 2 in New York. Jacob asked if he should proceed with the order as it would another 5 days before delivery. The tires arrived on time. He then asked how I wanted them mounted. I was very leary about just allowing anyone to mount and balance because I did not want wheel weights on my expensive wheels, so I purchased some self balance beads and told him to use those, in which he replied not a problem. I felt the need to explain this because companies and employees have forgot how to treat customers and the fact he knew what I wanted and took it upon himself them and communicate the entire time says a lot about the integrity of Jacob and what customer service means to him and his business. I did have to pay a bit more because he ordered outside of the supplier, but I didn't mind simply because he did not have to have to be so adamant at finding those specific sizes. He went above and beyond my expectations. I could not be happier with the outcome of how my truck turned out. This could not have been accomplished without his due diligence. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a great Asst. Manager, customer service, trusting, personable, and just genuine individual, Express Oil and Tire Engineers in Spring Hill is the place to go! That says a lot seeing as I reside in Smyrna. Well worth the travel time if one can. Sorry this is so winded but I needed to speak on my experience. Thanks!Service: Auto tire replacement

I needed an oil change for my F150 the night before my long drive across multiple states. Ford didn t have any openings so this was definitely the savior of the day! Sure I paid a little more than the dealer charges, but I was in and out within 10 minutes. They showed me recommendations for my mileage but some I already addressed with Ford already. But they doShow you your air filter if you want it changed while you are there. They don t push for additional services and even offered to put my windshield wipers on for free that I had sitting in my passenger seats. I declined but the offer was appreciated.
