I used to go here nearly every week. I liked going here until the last visit.I normally just wash and wax my car or just rinse it in between washes to get the pollen off of it. I do a bit more when it's time for real washes. But the last time I went there, i used a couple of my own pre wash products first. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to read the instructions and get everything done for the prewash.During this time, an employee or owner came into my area to see what I was doing. The second time, he asked me if I was going to buy a wash because I couldn't stay if I didn't. He told me that keeping the bay full wouldn't let others get a chance to do their cars. There were 2 cars there,...including mine and my car is covered in pre wash stuff.I washed my car and did some detailing, but I didn't like the vibe this guy gave me.Since then, I have not been back.

Clean, great pricing, all options worked ESPECIALLY the foam brush (great soap flow) and did I mention GREAT price! LOVE this coin wash! Used to go to Cool Springs coin wash in Franklin but recently options have NOT been working, NO soap flow with the foam brush and prices increased dramatically! Just washed both cars this AM!

Reasonably priced self car wash. I always wonder how all these fully automated car washes get so much business. Getting out and getting the same wash for $2 compared to $10+ is the deal...you just have to work a little.

Not bad experience. Vacuums worked well, washing my car went well until the product I was wanting to use I guess ran out as I was washing my car. It was just spitting out " liquid " so I figured I was the unlucky one that just used up all the washing chemicals I needed . Thought that stuff was auto refilled or something lol. But again everything worked. Oh....please install a change machine that gives out money for $20 bills. Only accepting 5s n 10s really makes it difficult but then again Mayne you're concerned with theft.

This was the absolute worst car wash I ve ever been to. I did the drive-through one. Afterward my car was completely dirty still. Then I tried to go and use the vacuum. Which are not included, you have to use quarters. I put in my money but the vacuum never turned on. Since I still needed my car to be cleaned I decided to use the self-service wash instead. They had all the card machines taped off so you could only use cash, which I didn t have on me. I tried to call the phone number to get my money back for the first wash but it said the mailbox was full. Do yourself a favor and drive three minutes down the road and use Take 5 instead. I had to go there to actually get my car clean. It was excellent.Service: Auto detailing

Worst car wash I ve ever been through. Twice. Gave it a chance with two different cars a month apart. Figured the first time maybe they ran out of soap and I just had bad timing. Second experience was the same. You literally can t tell we even went through a wash. Called the number and no one answers. Texted the number and it doesn t work. I wish it worked! I d go all the time! My friend owns a car wash out of state. Sent him the pictures and he couldn t stop laughing. Said they re just running colored water through the machine and taking my money. So bad. Hope this review gets the owner s attention. I m happy to update the review if you fix it.

If you don t want to risk damage to your vehicle from the automated drive through car washes, this is the place to go. Cash only so bring a stack of quarters with you.

Good car wash. They don't clean their brushes too often, but well kept and well appointed. Always a stall open and vacuum is strong, not like those other places where you have to go over a spot again and again.

Bad night lighting, several machines didn't work, a lot of devices are out of order.*** auto wash was good *** dryer was not enough time.

I've been here many times, even though I don't like in spring hill anymore I do like to go there on the weekends sometimes. One time a machine took my money, so I called the number listed at the car wash station. The manager was out of town, but walked me through the steps of getting my money back so I could wash my car. I was very grateful! I already liked the place so this made me like it more. I think you get more for your money's worth here, and you get to get more detailed in cleaning than an automatic washer.

Touchless auto wash is good. But the hand wash stations require coins only. Most other diy washes have upgraded to card readers in the stalls by now. The parking lot entrance/exit has a super sharp bump do LOWERED CARS BEWARE!!!

It's one of the few touchless automatic car washes around that is usually clean. The automatic sprayers are fairly good at evenly coating the car with soap and blasting away the dirt. I don't like that one of the rotating sprayers for the rocker panel spray is always broken. The undercarriage wash isn't marked clearly. If it is your first time going to the wash, make sure you drive SLOWLY over the entry sprayers so they can sufficiently rinse away dirt under the vehicle. The air dryers at the end leave a bit to be desired as well, would be nice if they had a little wider reach or maybe rotated a little.

I have Ceramic coating so I do not need clearcoat the six dollar Xpress is supposed to give you a spot free rinse instead it gives you a clear coat and no rinse

Great clean place, great water pressure and everything works. Unlike the carwash in Columbia, especially the one between Columbia and spring hill. The one needs to be closed or sold to someone else. No hoses for the vacuum and just about none of the bays work. Smh, don't get me started on the one next to Kroger's in Columbia, wow.

Great for a self serve car wash. It would have been 5 stars if the card readers worked so I didn't have to get cash.

Some of the stalls take your money frequently and the spray nozzles don t work. When you call nobody answers and it says the mailbox is full every time. Half of the credit card swipes don t work neither so always bring change. They don t have a place that gives you change like most car washes that break 5,10 and 20 dollar bills so always get change before you come. So annoying.

Well kept and clean. Reasonable price for hand wash with several wash bays available. Pay with CC, cash, or coin. One of my favorite car washed in the area.

I found this wash to be a well kept, neat environment. The 3-star review was because the automatic car wash did not get my car clean at all. That doesn't mean the manual doesn't work well, but I can only speak for the auto.

I ve been coming here since they opened, it s really gone downhill. When you drive through the auto wash the equipment is not working properly, and has not been for quite some time they need to update.

Was a great car wash but owner doesn't do whatever he is supposed to so that it doesn't leave spots that may or may not come off. And this is using the spotless rinse.

Not bad for a touchless wash. Touchless washes usually don't clean your car while washes that use brushes scratch it. This one actually cleans your car somewhat.

This used to be a good car wash but sadly, it isn't anymore. The bays are always covered in mud and the spot free rinse leaves a massive amount of spots. The "wax" is just water.

OWNER IS A STALKER!!I used the car wash (the foam brush was almost out of a very ineffective foam), the carpet shampoo (which was also empty), the fragrance spray (didn't seem to do anything), and the vacuums (they work well)...I spent about $15-$20 detailing my moms car... In the process I set a small bag of trash next to the vacuum and forgot about it (my bad). So the next day I got a threatening call from the owner telling me he pulled my license plate number and was trying to make me pay a fine for the trash!! He also said he HS been pulling other people's license plates to find their information!!Here is the problem! It is my moms car... My name is nowhere on any paperwork!! How did he get my number? When I asked he got fidgety and suddenly stopped asking about that little bag of trash!!DONT GO TO THIS STALKERS BUSINESS!!! He may stalk you and your family!!!

I should have trusted the other reviews. Worst car wash I have ever driven through, the side of my car is not even clean. What a waste of time and money.

I like the Campbell Station Car Wash, because it's prices are far less than the other Car Washes in Spring Hills, and the wash is a good or better than the others.

It's clean and maintained. Auto wash works great. The dryer is a plus. Vacuum work good too. No complaints.

Great car wash. The only one that does not touch your car in town. No scratches and the car comes out clean!
