This is a great place. Staff is so helpful with your needs and answer all your questions. The newer staff are still learning but i m sure they ll be as good as past staff

Yes it's a better looking place but more expensive and they fired the old staff and replaced with younger ppl who don't know anything. It's worth driving to Lowe's.

This place is sooo much better than Galloway. Its night and day difference for the better. If you need something the staff help you and there is alotnof staff there willing to help vs other hardware stores you have to look for someone to help.Even though it's part of a larger chain it has not lost that small town mom and pop shop.

Lumber Prices at your store are outrageous. I paid 75.99 for a sheet of plywood when the same item was priced 39.99 at the Lowe s in Harriman! Needless to say I will not be purchasing any more lumber products from your store.

I stopped in at Elder's after relocating my camper from Michigan to here in Spring City. Just previous, I had made a purchase of some RV supplies from an Ace Hardware over in Jasper, TN that I ended up not needing, and I wasn't looking forward to the several hour round trip back over there in order to get a refund.As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by a girl by the register, and I noticed lots of help available. After explaining my situation, they took care of it without a question, and soon, I was out the door with a few things I needed and some credit back on my card!! Wow! They alleviated every concern!!I was very pleased with the entire operation once I had a chance to check it out. Lots of stuff and very well organized. Kudos to the mgmt!! I'm so glad to have a good hardware store so close by to my new home! Yay!!

Don't understand why the price of items are extraordinarily more expensive. T post at 8.99 when 10 miles down the road 4.19. Over 100 percent difference. Small town,but not stupid.

The employees are not the friendliest people and they didn't know where anything was located in the store without asking another employee. This isn't a large store either. The young woman at the register had a sullen look and rude attitude. She was doing good just to make eye contact with me. A bit of advice for the owner of this particular Ace Hardware Store, hire a bright, cheerful person that is willing to smile at the customers, AND train your employees to memorize at least the basic location of most items.

Buyers beware this is one of many stores that I walked into where they are labeling items for sale but when you get to the register they will charge you full price. Stores all over are overcharging customers for items that appear to be one price under the label but when you get to check out because your face is in your phones or in the sky and not paying attention to your receipts you are clearly being robbed.. I had to return five items to this store that purposely mislabeled items up on checkout and once I walked out the door I had to return to the store to get a full refund for items that I was overcharged for. The deepest part about all of this is upon asking for my money and return the cashier was not surprised. As if it happens all the time.

Very nice store with a huge variety of product. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Propane service is great also and the guys pumping actually help load!!!!

They have great prices on stuff. It beats driving to Walmart. I go in this place 3 to 4 times a week sometimes. To me they are more then just a place where I go get my tools or wood. They're friends in my eyes. Great customer service and will do everything they can to help you find what your looking for

I m from out of state and this is the only place I have felt like I was discriminated against and I think it s because of how I was dressed and my makeup -shorts,combat boots and sleeveless purple shirt that read the struggle is real, Purple eyeliner ,blue mascara and pink lipstick. I went in there the other day to see about some torx bits for my motorcycle and the man told me he would be right with me after he would help the other women in there. Me and my son waited and waited. On the way out there was no one else in there and he had just answered the phone and was laughing and chit chatting. I gladly went down the street to NAPA auto parts and spent my money where they actually helped me and were nice to me.

Always explain to me how I can fix my own leaks on my pipes at home. No matter how many times I how to go ask them to help. I just show them a pic of the problem they gather everything I need then tell me how to do it.

Always has what I'm looking for. And I'm liking that they carry a Quality paint in Benjamin Moore. The Clark and Kensington is also a fine paint with there own ACE paint to round out the Quality Paints that are being show cased.

Very friendly atmosphere. 99% of the time I can find what I'm looking for there. If I don't find it they'll gladly order it for me. Great group if ppl.

Love this small town hardware store they have almost everything you could think of for any project in your home or business. Lumber plumbing paint electrical bolts pins tools bot too many things you wont find there and the staff is knowlegeable abd curteous and they kbow what they have and where it is! If you want a truely small town enjoyable experience stop in and get what you need to finish your project or get your dad or the man in your life a quality case pocket knife because yes they sell them too! Love tgis store and so will you!

There's not too often that I go to an Ace Hardware and can't find what I'm looking for and then some. Good place to look for those hard-to-find items. They also have a good supply of hand tools for the yard.

Very expensive, items marked up 5 to 10 more dollars...I guess it's convenient because spring city has nothing
