4.5 stars ..Contrary to the one other review I saw here which scared me a bit, this is a young group of guys who took basically their whole afternoon on Sunday to accommodate and fix my alternator issue with brand new one with lifetime warranty. We were five hours from home having just ended our spring break vacation and they not only picked me and my family up but allowed us to sit at the shop while they worked and kept asking us if we wanted or needed water etc. I am so grateful to them for being open. There was quite a delay in them getting to us but they did compensate with a significant discount off the labor. Anything else would have delayed us a day getting home and would have cost us more money. Xavier and team the Gloster s can t thank you enough!

Called 3 times about price of a tire and the guy said he would call back with price but he never called. Bad experience!!
