I am still sitting in their lobby. I was told it would be just about an hour. It's been and hour and 30min so far.Do NOT use the Sparta Auto center.They are rude. Can barely get anyones attention and the mechanics here are SUPER SLOW because they stand around and talk most of the day.Algood walmarts auto center took 30min

They will take the time to service your vehicle.My daughter and I took our vehicles in today and they were both done within 30-45 minutes of us arriving. We are very pleased and will return for service.

I needed four new tires , they got me in and out within a hour. Couldn't be happier.

Came here when I had nowhere to go on a Sunday for a tire replacement and this location was the ONLY one nearby which had the correct tire in stock. the young man who helped me was extremely helpful and quick. If I hadn't come here it would have seriously wrecked my plans for the next couple of days.

Vehicle sat inside the shop untouched for a good amount of time. While I was told there were 2 vehicles ahead of me which there was only one. Once they started changing the one tire. A vehicle pulled up behind mine they proceeded to talk and not work then fixed the tire for people in the vehicle behind mine which was not even in the shop before returning to work on mine. I'll go to another Walmart next time.

First, I do not know a lot about cars and I knew I needed tires (so it was bad) I only had enough to replace 2 but the guys talked with me and like each time I am learning more. They let me know what I need to get done next and understand we are all struggling. The main guy I set up with even helped figure out how much it be with tax so I wouldn't go over.

After over an hour I find out they put the wrong battery in my truck. I heard the service writer tell them what battery but the guy wasn't listening so I had to wait and have it done again.It's a simple case of incompetence meets lack of care. I've used Walmart twice and both times there's been problems.Never again

Most of the people there are very professional and courteous. However, I had my oil changed there today and Daniel, an auto care team member, saw it acceptable to play with the ball on the steering wheel, turn the wheel from side to side while maintenance was being performed, check himself out in the mirror, as well as fiddling around with my center console. The ball on the steering wheel was installed for my husband who has broken his hand and has a hard time turning the wheel. Luckily there was no money in the console or anything of value as I'm sure it would be missing now All of this happened while 2 other techs were completing the oil change and filling the car with oil.

Slow and unprofessional. Watched 2 people spend 90 minutes to do one rotate and balance. They spent more time socializing and walking in circles than working... I decided to take my business elsewhere. Poorly run business and I get the feeling they just don't care.

They don't do wheel alignments or brakes. I had to go elsewhere. Otherwise they seem to take care of other car needs.

Spent 5 and a half hours to get tires put on and then they tell me they couldn't get the 4th one to mount from lack of air pressure. Very unprofessional. Will never go back to them again.

Got new carry-in tires installed at the Cookeville Jefferson Walmart the day before, they didn't balance them properly. Took them to this Walmart in Sparta, Roger got them fixed up perfectly for me.

sometimes they can be slower that a bunch of sloths. you can expect an hour wait for every car in front of you.
