I went into o rileys about a week ago needing a new battery and a few other things. Bryan Niccum helped me so much by helping me figure out what I needed and went and put the new battery in for me also. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable.

These individuals do their jobs with smiles and laughter. I needed a new blinker light, also help to install the thing. These young people came outside in the bitter cold, with snow blowing all around us,used the stores own tools, in the freezing blustery winds- and not once complained.I was so impressed! I was so humbled by the experience, and I just had to say thank you!I hope the team I am referring to remembers the exchange. Blessings y'all for keeping me ticket free!

What a disappointmen! 10 years with a commercial account with this O'Reilly's. From lazy employees, entitled employees, to no one answering the phones. I'll drive the extra miles to go past this one.

They helped me with finding a relay fuse quick that no one else had.Update 05/06/2022: they got some new guys in there and they are so bad that I wouldn't even let them change a part on my daughter's bicycle.

Great quality parts at competitive prices and they do price match any local parts stores. Very knowledgeable. They are out to not only serve you but to also keep your business with them whether you're buying $10 worth of parts or $5000

Although the parts didn't fix the problem that their scanner recommended, the employees still tried to help in resolving the problem

Still a valued parts store in the area but quality has tremendously gone down. There are still a small handful of valued team members. Parts selection is less then average, they offer price matching however will not honor their competitors price but a slightly lower amount from theirs. It's not a terrible place if they have your part in stock but but will no longer consider my first stop

This place disrespected my fiance and would not tell her the price of an air filter we needed for our truck. She had to blindly purchase the item and when she told me what they did, I was furious. O'Reilly u need to hire better employees and outright fire the guy that was rude to my fiance. Sorry u scored so low but after a good long thought, ..this place could be stomping grounds for someone to snap and end up behind bars. Not good.

I just want to say Austin Rogers was a great help thank you so much for hiring him because he knows what he's talking about as well as very friendly funny and just all around a great worker. Women don't much like going in a man's store much but with employees like Austin more women would shop because he helped make everyone feel welcomed...

Well, stopping here was a great experience thanks to Kory, we had a problem with our hub assembly and he took the time to help us out on late Sunday afternoon when everyone was closed, if it had not been for his friendly, understanding and caring self, we would have had to wait hours on the side of the road with kids and dogs! Very impressed

I needed a trunk lock assembly. I thought the part would be almost impossible to get and I'd have to wait forever but they got me exactly what I needed at a reasonable price next day (which was a Sunday). They even snapped a piece I was having trouble with together for me after I drove all the way back down to ask them for help.

The employees here are great. They have always treated me with the utmost respect. They do not talk down to me just because I am a woman. These guys go out of their way to help me with the repairs I need. They have been know to tell me how to fix something myself to save me a bunch of money. I completely trust these people

My experience was great the employee that waited or me was super helpful n above n beyond the call of duty lol. The part I needed was around 140 dollars everywhere I checked . Then I found some online for 75 dollars with my phone but my phone was in my truck. He used the store computer so I didn't have to go get my phone, I was having a hard time breathing because of the heat that day n I have asma n copd . Thanks a million the extra time n effort that day earned you another faithful happy costumer that will send as much business your way as I can...

I had to wait in line for a few minutes. Then I was helped by a young lady. Who was very knowledgeable about my car's problem. She suggested exactly what the car needed. I'll be going back there when the car needs more help.

Anytime, that I made need anything for my truck.... this is the ONLY place I choose. They are the friendliest bunch. They will do anything they can ( and more than they have too ) to help you and get you what you actually need. They also price match everything. That s just another plus for them.

Came out and read a check-engine light for me; later needed a new headlamp for my Kia and the clerk helped me out right away, getting the right part off the rack for me. Good staff, service-oriented.

I had very little wait. They had what I needed. I asked if they had bar and chain oil, I was taken right to it. They didn't just point and say over there. The people are very friendly and helpful.

The sparta O'Reilly's is the only OReillys that haven't given me the wrong parts before4/23 got a valve cover gasket the girl looked it up and even asked me if I needed any silicon for the corners. I would have forgot if she hadn't asked. Thanks for saving me a trip back

I was stranded in town with a dead battery. I called O'Reilly's to see if someone could help me. The manager Steve came and jump started my vehicle then followed me to the auto store where he allowed me to leave my vehicle. He tested my battery and found that I had a bad alternator, then he helped me to find a machanic. I am very appreciative for his kind hospitality and going out of his way to help me. Dedicated to serving people.Thank you Steve!

I usually come to O'Reilly's first. But person I had delt with didn't have much info for me and gave me wrong info as well. Walked out empty handed with little to no help on my vehicle.
