Had a problem with my car after work. Took it to North East Transmission Shop and Charles Baker worked me in even without an appointment. Very experienced, pays close attention to detail, honest and upfront. I highly recommend this place of business.

Charles is a down to earth step by step kinda guy. Especially with the way things are with getting parts he tries to have you done and back on the road in a timely manner within his ability. Always looking for the best approach to a job and most cost efficient way for a customers budget. Highly recommend

In July of 2018 took my vehicle to Northeast to get my transmission rebuilt the charge was 1400. On August 18th 2019 my transmission started slipping from 3rd to overdrive i stopped by Northeast and talked to the owner Charles Baker and he told me he had 2 vehicles ahead of me. On Sept 4th contacted Charles told me to bring it in i thought he was gonna get it in from Sept.4th til Sept. 27th my truck set at his shop he never pulled it in never even look at it. I would call him through those 23 days and he would make up some kind of excuse and say he would get it in! I spent 1400 for the rebuild which didnt last little over a year! Charles lied to me about getting it in i went up yesterday to get my truck and take it somewhere else and came into contact with Charles and he told me to take it somewhere else he didn't care. Folks i am posting this because to let everyone know about Charles Baker shady business! Please look around anywhere else before you take your vehicle to this business hate to hear from someone else on this review he did you guys like i was done!

Cause Charlie is the man when it comes to a transmission. Straight shooter. Great guy!
