Wife s Ford Edge has a break failure at 2:00 in Sparta. Checked several close by garages and tow service but no help. B and L said to bring it in. I nursed it to the garage and we picked it up at 6:00 on the same day. Great work with friendly service Service: BrakesService: Brakes

A little far for service, but we weren't familiar with the area yet after our car broke down on the highway and we had to have it towed somewhere. Turns out, the owner was very helpful and was able to get a replacement part in a couple days and install the next. Dependable, knowledgeable, friendly staff and they come highly recommended.

Just all around amazing folks. Have had work done on multiple vehicles and will be bringing the new one by probably on a regular basis. Great prices, fantastic work, and some of the nicest people around. Would definitely recommend and have to anyone who needs repairs. We were traveling through town for vacation and had low tire pressure. Admittedly, I know nothing about cars. I had my kids and dog in the car. They stopped what they were doing to help me and get me back on the road. Thank you!

B and L came highly recommended by several people and they didn t disappoint!! We were in the process of moving to the area and have not one but two vehicles with issues. Brian was great and was very helpful and fit us in quickly and also offered guidance on the phone. Cindy was very friendly and helpful as well. They seem very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them! We are very happy to have found a great place to bring our vehicles!

Always friendly and professional! They will work hard to meet your demands! Brian will even stay late into the night to ensure your vehicle is complete on time or before scheduled. My most recent visit was scheduled on a Wednesday, but I dropped it off Monday afternoon and it was ready first thing Tuesday! WOW!

We were recently in the area on vacation and got a flat tire (at the end of a 9 MILE day-long hike). We usually get a vehicle check-up before trips, but this trip was last-minute. After rolling to our cabin on a spare, I called B&L and left a message because it was after closing. Brian called me back first thing the next morning. He fit us in to his already full book immediately. Turns out the flat was a sign of major premature wear issues on all tires due the vehicle being out of alignment. We felt so dumb once we saw the wear, but they were very kind and reassuring. We learned my vehicle had to spend the night at the shop because it requires specific tires that had to be ordered. Lisa graciously offered to drive me to a town (30 minutes away!) to pick up a rental car so I didn't have to wait on or pay for an Uber ride. Brian ordered tire replacements and had my vehicle done the very next day before noon, which allowed us to check out of our cabin on time and return the rental car on time. My partner's father is a mechanic and said our final bill was very reasonable for the amount of work done. Cannot recommend B&L Automotive enough. You will not get this kind of hospitality just anywhere. Wonderful people. Thank you, Brian and Lisa. You saved our vacation!

I wish I had known the part he was installing was 99$ when he charged me $230 for it, then tacked on $450 for labor. I ended up paying $680 for a fuel pump replacement which is ridiculous the only reason I went for it was because I was trapped in the state and he had the soonest availability. Yes it's my fault for accepting it but just reminding anyone to always get a quote before you tow your vehicle somewhere. This place is on the very expensive side and he did bare minimum, just the fuel pump, I'm assuming no seals or anything because he just handed me a little box with the fuel pump in it, no seals or gaskets or anything which hurt my wallet for no reason.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They got me in quickly and fixed the issue that I bought my vehicle in for at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, when I got in my car to leave the check engine light was on and has stayed on. If not for time constraints and the distance from my house I would have left my vehicle there but I did not have that luxury. Not sure if they did not notice but had I known that the light was on I could have changed my schedule and left the car there

I m from MI (on vacation) and needed a mechanic ASAP for sway bar links, and wheel bearing. B&L was very professional, did excellent work that was done right and quickly.Since MI weather is hard on cars, I take my Pathfinder in for repairs quite often. B&L is by far the most knowledgeable and competent mechanics I ve met. Great service!

We stopped here with our motorhome with a brake problem. He was extremely busy but took a few minutes to fix our problem. Thanks to him we went to pigeon forge without any more problems. We stopped at several places on I40 but they wouldn't even look at it. My wife saw their sign on the way through. We thought if he can't do anything then we would just go back home and forget the trip. Thanks to B&L, we are here. He went beyond expectations and charged us nothing. It may have been small to the nice man that fixed it but it was huge to us. Thanks again and God bless you and your staff.

I Had a flat tire. They were able to fix it even though it was poorly patched previously by someone else -- and they saved my tire. And they charged me only $16. Their shop is clean and organized. 5 stars

Experienced mechanic and a clean shop. We have come to B&L for all vehicle repairs. We recently had the power steering module go out on our 2011 Malibu. We called the shop, made an appointment to drop off the vehicle the next morning, and it was ready for us to pick up 24 hours later.

This is the best place to get work done on your vehicles. When you schedule your vehicle they are ready to start to work on it. My truck will only go to them for any preventative or repair needs. If you don t use them you are probably paying to much for your repair. Thanks B&L

I've looked for a long time for a honest and reputable automotive repair shop. When I found B&L I found a home. From now on we will be taking all our repairs and maintenance to B&L. We are very impressed with their work.
