Who doesn't love to go to Big Lots and see what they have now?! It's always an adventure. We like to go and see what new stuff they have. The prices are great!

I needed a battery and stopped in the store this evening and was greeted right away by Eli and he tested the battery! Showed me my choices and even installed it and explained everything he was doing and why!! He went over and beyond!!

Listen,this is where you want to go. Best customer service in TN. Jake took the time to help install a tedious part with my shifter cable I couldn t figure out. Thank you for going above and beyond and having more patience and expertise than me and being willing to help! God bless you!

I wasn't feeling well and had been in bed part of the week with a recurring ailment, but our battery died after just 2 years of service. I had to find a new one and gut out doing the install in spite of my pain. I managed to get it started, took my tools with me, and headed over to Auto Zone after calling to confirm they had my battery. Upon asking about the core charge, they asked if I wanted it installed, to my surprise. "Sure. How much do you charge?".The reply: "Three dollars.". I said "Yes!" and they put in the new battery right in the parking lot. I offered a tip, but the gentleman declined. He had no idea how much I appreciated that installation option, not feeling well. As a bladder cancer survivor at 68, things aren't always as easy to do as they used to be. Thank you, Auto Zone Sparta.

Wish I could give lower... Store manager was the one helping me if you could call it that. He was trying to make things harder then need be. I went to O Reilly and the same question I had at Autozone they helped without haste. It was a fuse problem but y'all were too bothered to help...

Justin was a huge help when I came in to test my tractor battery. Not only did he help out with that, they offered me to recharge it. When we determined that the battery was too old, he took the time to check out the pictures of my tractor and helped pick out the best battery for my needs. He also tried to help me figure out what kind of tractor I had, then agreed with me in what was my best guess. I'll definitely come back again. EVERYONE at this store are incredibly helpful and out and out nice people.

The staff here are all very nice. On multiple occasions, they have gone out of their way to help me and even walk me out to my car and assist with things like changing my brake light and swapping out my old windshield wipers. I am loyal to Auto Zone just based on their employees!

The guys at AutoZone are the best they went out of their way to help me get brake lights It was getting dark and I needed them. The service there is the best in town . AutoZone is my parts store always has been and will continue to be. I'm giving my business where I'm treated with respect and politeness.thank you again guys .

Eh. I hope next time an older lady is in there that the associate would be willing to assist her rather that just telling her a part number and saying it is in aisle whatever. Customer service skills lack.
