Mel and Kate were so honest and nice when I made my first contact about repairs being needed to my Horse living quarters trailer . I brought it to them on a Monday and by Wednesday they have everything fixed perfectly. I could not believe how fast the repairs were made. I highly recommend them as the best RV shop I have ever been to. Thanks so much Mel and Kate.

Greg came out and was amazing, fast, knowledgeable and is sure to be one of this places biggest assets. Fixed my furnace in less than 30 minutes. Pricing was great. Kate, who answers the phones was knowledgeable and nice. Mel was also a great person to speak with. I would recommend this place to everyone that I know that owns a a camper

OMGOSH, my husband and I are giving Mel and his team a 10 ! They are very knowledgeable, very thorough, and reasonable. We were bringing in our 2022 Sierra In to fix the dining room floor that had gotten ruined even after Camping World supposedly fixed the slide. Anyway, we were trying to bring the slides in, and we struggled for about 30 minutes, then the hydraulic Jack's didn't want to come up, we wrestled with that for about 20-30 minutes. Pulled it out only to find a leak coming from a pipe in the back. When I got it to Above and Beyond, Mel came right out explaining to him the extra issues we were running into (explaining to him we were trying to leave for FL by Sat. 10/28/23 He knew exactly what was wrong with the slides and Jack. I had given our warranty paperwork to the young lady inside (sweet young lady I forgot her name. My apologies. I just had a lot going on) I left and realized I had the keys in my pocket, drove back about 15 minutes away, and they already had the unit in the bay working on it. We still got our coach back as originally planned, even with the extra added issues. Wonderful people, we definitely need more RV service repairs throughout every state like this company. We give a two thumbs up to Mel and the crew at Above & Beyond. We have used them for routine service and emergency services. Most recently we even called them from out of state to get a slide out repaired when passing through. They have gone out of their way to accommodate us when needed. Service is excellent, price is fair, and the staff is super friendly. You won t find better people or better service. Rob & Liz Harrison

We have used Mel's services 3 times over the past 18 months. Two were mobile calls and one at his business.1. He responded quickly to my call.2. He arrived as promised.3. His pricing was fair.4. We discovered a previous fix to our front gray tank had failed and was leaking into the underbelly of our Bighorn. Mel and one of his men came out and attempted to fix but was unable to. Worked with our extended warranty and Heartland to get us a new tank. We did have to extend our stay at Spacious Skies due to a week delivery. Once the tank arrived at their facility Mel contacted us and got two of his guys out right away the next morning. Took about 4 Hours to replace but they left it better than factory as they installed extra support so it wont fall again like previously. We were able to hit the road immediately and we feel whole again. Mobile service might cost you extra, but A&BM is worth the extra cost. Would use again, if ever in the area.

Experienced a broken slide motor/gearbox while at Fall Crk Falls SP. Mel was veryhelpful, quickly diagnosing the problem and would have made the repair if we could have stayed in town for another 24 hrs for the part to arrive. We felt very well treated and would have preferred to get it fixed there but we had to move on north, unfortunately.

I was in a bind with a new Sandpiper we bought and couldn't get it level, so I called for an appointment. They didn't have anything available for over a week but offered to come out as an emergency for $163. Mel came but said he didn't know much about Sandpiper leveling system and would need to contact the maker and get back with us. 2 weeks went by and I called him back and he said he would work on it that day and get back with me. I still haven't heard from him. So we spent $163 for nothing. I wish he would have told us before taking our money that he didn't know enough about them to diagnose it because that's exactly what we paid for. Would not reccomend!

So, if you are looking for someone that definitely goes above and beyond for there services this is the company. Purchased a new park model that I was beyond disappointed in and they came out, worked with the warranty company and fixed everything! If you are in the TN area and need someone to help with any repairs I highly recommend them.DT

We didn t end up using the service but he did try and talk us through some troubleshooting and was quick to reach out/respond.

If I could give this business 10 stars I would! Mel is very knowledgeable and professional, he was able to diagnose our problem right away and able to make the repairs needed. I highly recommend him for all of your rv repair and maintenance needs!

I seldom write a review, but Mel deserves a great one. From my fisrt call to him, to the last handshake, he was responsive, attentive, honest, knowledgable and simply AWESOME.My wife and I are fulltime RV's and I wish there was a Mel in every city. If you need RV repair do not hesitate to call him. He is superb. 10 out of 5 stars. Thank you Mel. My wife and I are very grateful.

Outstanding service. My air conditioner motor was not working. They came right away and ordered the parts and had everything running in no time. Saved our trip. Lucky to find such a qualified and polite repairman. Answered all my questions and concerns. He really went above and beyond and the prices were very reasonable

Outstanding. I was in a bind timewise, and had to get service the day I called them. (I was leaving the next day). They squeezed me in the day I called and took care of me. I never thought I'd find anyone who could or would do that. Thank you very much, Above & Beyond!
