Quality glass came out to my fire department to replace some damaged windows on our marine firefighting boat. They were quick and professional, and came back very quick with newly cut glass. I highly recommend them!

Invaluable fantastic service. We drive tractor-trailer and hit an owl in the middle of the night, shattering the driver side windshield. The next morning our insurance company called these guys, here with in an hour, very friendly, efficient, and skilled.

They ask me to bring my van to them and drop it off so they could check for leaks, said 2-3 hours. 4 hours later I called and they hadn't even checked it. 6 hours later I got my van back and I just had a sopping wet floor, where they 'checked' it.

Recently we had a rock hit the windshield of our vehicle, leaving a significant chunk of glass missing. We were able to make an appointment with Quality Glass, a drop off and return, within a day.This crew did an amazing job of applying the crack sealant to our windshield. Now, just over a week later, we can barely see where we had the missing glass. The service technician did a great job of explaining the process, how the material worked, and what we can expect.The front desk staff are so kind and nice. You can feel both the experience and care that Quality Glass provides with every experience.

In the past year, I have used Quality Glass for multiple projects (installing security film on windows, a ballistic barrier at reception, removing & reinstalling windows, etc.) and have been more than satisfied with their quality of work, customer service, communication, and flexibility in scheduling. I work with A LOT of vendors for my job (so suffer a lot of headaches) and good companies boldly stand out. Quality Glass is certainly one of those companies and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone interested.Service: Blast retention window films

I made an appointment 1 week in advance, and was asked to drop off vehicle early the day of appointment. They did not have windshield and their techs were out on mobile apps until noon. Also I was charged an additional 31/2% for paying with a debit card. Not happy!

Fantastic place for window tinting. Had two vehicles done here and with my last experience, there was a tiny flaw in one of the windows and they quickly and politely corrected the issue the next day. They were apologetic and super professional during the transaction. Their prices are great and the quality of service is second to none. The best glass company EVER! I can not thank them enough for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for us when we had a "freak accident" down the interstate that broke our left rear window. These wonderful people saved our vacation! I wish I could get them 10 stars!!! The owner and staff are AMAZING!!!

Communication skills are very lacking in this company! The office Manager was not very nice at all hung up on me several times while I was trying to find out why they had not keep my appointment kept throwing it back to me that I was not answering my phone an I did not call in?? They ordered the wrong windshield showed up to my house with no appointment made had to come back next week but had wrong windshield ! They sent me a text later in week had new one in but couldn't come for 2 weeks then didn't show up at appointed time! It took over 5 weeks to get my windshield in hope it doesn't leak an I have problems!! Servicemen were not friendly either!

Above and beyond! They got my windshield in one day! They fixed it is right in just a couple hours! I am very very satisfied! Super friendly people and they did an AMAZING JOB! I will be referring this place to anyone that needs glass work done!

EVERYTHING was GREAT when 1 of my BEST friend's Tony & I'd stopped by to see if they'd be able to FINALLY help him out with putting the replacement passenger side window in= WHY they're HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!
