Had my tire repaired here. Love to support my community businesses. Wonderful and knowledgeable professionals! Last time purchased a new battery and was installed with courteous folks and great conversation!! They got my six!!

Awesome parts store and garage. I've been taking my vehicle to them for a few years now and couldn't ask for better service. They do a great job and have good prices and are always very friendly and accommodating.

Locally owned and also affiliated with O'Reilly's, so sales and flyers are the same. Very well stocked and counter folks are very knowledgeable.

They have provided us with good service on our vehicles and timely service. They are very knowledgeable about parts so this helps as most parts houses now know numbers only. Prices are fair great customer service

Thank you so much for jumpstarting my car today. At an appointment with my grandkids whose mom had just passed away a week ago. Didn't know many people in town because we are new. Cars battery drained down. They came to us helped was so polite . I thank God for your help. God bless y'all.

Love this place. If you need anything, they work hard to find it. If they can't find it, it most likely doesn't exist. They are a very friendly group of people. They have always took their time and done all they could to help my husband and I. Their products are good quality also.

They really do an excellent job of helping people with making sure they get the right parts for what's broke or won't work, needing information on ur vehicle and has super mechanics. There prices are great for being so close to home also being open a half day for the weekend where you work all week and can't get what you need cuz they're closed when you get home, so I'm so thankful for parts City of Sneedville Tn for being here!!!! Keep up the excellent work U All do!! MANY THANKS
