Bought a new $7000 CM skirted bed these guys that they installed for me and upon further inspection it had missing welds on the deck from factory so when I mounted my lead reels to the bed it pulled the deck loose and busted the seam sealer now it s rusted and looks terrible they wouldn t warranty it cm wouldn t either kept getting the run around about it I ll never be back and I will NEVER buy another CM product if you want a well made bed do yourself a favor and get a wil-to bed stay away from Greene s place is a joke!

Great company with good service. I had a tractor that threw a code and went into limp mode. They immediately diagnosed the problem. Needless to say they fixed the failed part (crank sensor) and got the tractor right back to me. Excellent service Overhome!

Just bought an LS tractor from Mel at Greenes Tractor Company. Best pricing around, great customer service. Their staff are super nice and listen to your needs and help fit you in the machine that works best for you. They don't try to up sell you on products you don't need. They even deliver on short notice!! Go check em out, you won't be disappointed.

From a skirted bed to a flat, we can now size up our tires! Although I d had asked if they had boxes and could install. With a shortage due to the pandemic they had installed the last two the day before our appointment. We drove about two hours one way, and with a two year old hanging out at the shop during install, you can tell when a business is family oriented or not. Needless to say this is our second truck we ve had a bed put on here. Great work, great quality material, and they remembered AND played with my son!

Took my LS tractor in for warranty work kept it for almost 4 months I finally went and got the tractor and fixed it myself in 5 minutes it was a line that had come unplugged. That tells me they never looked at it

Me and my husband have been trying to contact Greene s Tractor Company for several days with no luck to get anyone to answer! It is extremely aggravating. We were trying to give a local dealer business but they have lost that for sure.

Brought a Kioti tractor to them to have a repair done, the Kioti tractor is still under factory warranty. They charged for the work that was done and said the manufacturer didn't approve the repair. It was a powertrain issue so I couldn't understand why the repair wasn't approved with it still under warranty so I contacted Kioti to see why the warranty work wasn't approved. After a little over a week the manufacture told me that there never was a warranty claim filed after the dealer said that it was filed and wasn't approved. I tried repeatedly calling the dealer back and they never would return my calls or wouldn't answer. I bought several things in the past from them but after this I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend them.

Bought tractor online and Mel & Neil took every effort to complete the process as easy as possible. I'm located out of state and the delivery was on schedule. The problem was with PayPal releasing payment... Green's Tractor had to refund the Paypal and I then overnighted the 1/2 payment via check... COD the last 1/2 payment upon delivery. 4 star only because of Paypal.

We bought a new LS tractor from Green's Tractor, and are very happy. Great price. We had minor issues with the tractor at first, but Neal, and Mel made sure the problem was taken care of. Since we got it back, we have had no issues. Thanks Neal, and Mel.

Really nice assortment of tractors. Only thing was we waited for over 1/2 hr before the owner walked by & explained they were short handed. He gave me his card & said to call back the beginning of the following week. Definitely considering buying from them.

They made sure that I got the right size chain for my chainsaw. I expected that because they always make sure the parts I get for my tractor are correct and working properly.

Ever since the new management has bought and took over Greens Tractor it run more like a china based company you can't talk to anyone there they want you to leave a message. I'll take my money somewhere else

Mel and his team were super professional and exceeded our expectations with quality of work and speediness of delivery. Can't find that too often nowadays. I work for a automobile dealership and we incorporate truck beds in most of our Cab & Chassis sales, so we have some experience working with truck bed vendors and we are all extremely happy to have found out about Greene's Tractor Company.

Just went with a friend to purchase a tractor, trailer, and some implements from Greene's. It was a little bit of a drive, but well worth it. Great group of guys to work with. They worked a great package deal, then helped get everything loaded up and strapped down. They even had a drop hitch, ball, and straps that we needed. Pretty much one stop shop. Highly recommended

Was going to buy a new tractor that was on the lot cash money. I was visiting Tennessee and my uncle needed a new tractor. We bought ours in montana and seen the same one here. I went in and waited for someone for ten minutes and Noone bothered to acknowledge I was there so I walked out.

Update 092719:I had some issues with my tractor within the first week. Both Mel and Neil stepped up IMMEDIATELY to fix the problem and went out of their way to accommodate me. I can't say enough about their excellent customer service. The issue was just a small electrical wire that was faulty from the factory.First review:Both Mel and Neil were friendly and professional when it came time to purchase a tractor. They beat everyone's price from Knoxville, Nashville, and Atlanta! This is a small country dealership ran by "country folk."

Ordered wrong part online, filled return through Amazon. UpS tracking shows it was received on July 6th, it is now October 3rd and I'm still waiting for my refund. I have tried contacting several times, with no response. I would not trust this company!

Do not deal with this dealership. The kioti tractors are not a reliable tractor. We have a 73 hp kioti and it has been nothing but trouble. When the old owner still owned the business he worked with us on getting warranty to fix the issues. The new owner would not. Our tractor has been taken to the shop for smoking, electrical harness issues, not going into gear, not starting, and over heating. The tractor is not reliable and the dealer will not back them up.

My son ordered a flatbed and Greene's made an appt for install on Sat @9am. Traveled 5 hrs from South Carolina, he got to the appointment and was told they don't do installations on Saturdays. Waste of time & money in travel expenses and hotel.

The owners and staff of this business have always been super helpful to me, personally, and have supported the school that I work at with donations and sponsorship when asked. I highly recommend doing business with them!

I bought my New Kioti CK20S from David Greene at Greene's Trailer and Equipment. These are down home people with great service. I recommend without reservation buying from them. My Kioti has given me great service.
