Was very very knowledgeable and respectful. Knows his stuff. Been driving our Volkswagen dune buggy for over a year now, with the rebuilt transmission he did for us, and it is flawless so far. Gave us a 5 year warranty on the rebuild. Put in a taller 3rd gear and new 4th gear and the thing looks and runs better then expected. Great down to earth guy even when he is busy he still stops and takes time to talk to me for a minute and help answer my questions to were I understand it help guide me in the right direction even if I think I know best he still gives me other options that may be better
