My recent visit to O'Reilly's Auto Parts left me thoroughly impressed with their customer service and organization. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, and the staff were eager to assist me in finding what I needed. Specifically, I was looking for power steering fluid, and the sales associate promptly directed me to the appropriate aisle where I found a great deal on a small bottle for just a few bucks.One aspect I particularly appreciate about O'Reilly's is its proximity to my house, making it my go-to destination for all my car needs locally. Additionally, the store's layout was impeccably organized, making it easy to locate products, and the overall cleanliness added to the pleasant shopping experience.Overall, my experience at O'Reilly's Auto Parts was nothing short of satisfactory, thanks to their welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff, great deals, and convenient location. It's definitely a store I'll continue to patronize for all my automotive needs.

Spenser is the best service person ever! I thought I needed to purchase an alternator. Instead of just selling me something I didn t need, he tested it and the battery. Turns out I didn t need one after all. We had a faulty battery that was still under warranty and he was able to swap it out. I appreciate how helpful and how informative he was. I would recommend this store and Spenser from now on!

The old guy inside is polite and helpful. But they will try to sell you the most expensive model of anything you ask for, without making you aware that there is cheaper options. I had to go up there with my mom and show the employee that they had cheaper ones to offer. You could see the guilty look on his face. Told my mom all they had was a $300 battery, but when i went up there she got the correct one for $189.99. I still shop here, I just gact check haha

I have been waiting for somebody to help me and with check engine light service for about 30 minutes still haven t got any help The manager was just walking around and went back in his office!

Recently, the right rear directional signal bulb blew on the Sherwood Locksmithing service van. The folks at O Reillys were friendly, professional, and very helpful in finding the proper bulb and helping me get back on the road in a timely manner. Thank you!

Was nice had what I needed stocked on a display I wanted HEAT gas line antifreeze and ice spray for my wife's car bolth ready to go ahead of the winter storms it's nice to know that no matter what store it's always good experience thank you !!!!

The young man that works there , Spencer , was very helpful and kind. I spoke with him on the phone prior to coming and he is the one who helped me purchase the right battery for my car and he also installed it for me! I was in and out in literally 15 minutes!

Helpful and friendly to all people as I have seen. Employees will see you walking around looking and ask can they be of assistance which is good because a person can't always find what they are looking for. It's hard these days to find a parts store that the employees actually are helpful and some with old school knowledge of the older vehicles.

One person in front of house was on the phone. We wandered around the store looking for fluids, shop towels, etc.Finally, we had to ask for help, as Stock was low and not organized under appropriate signage. Once the employee was available, he was very helpful, even getting stock from in the back.As we were leaving, miraculous appearance of 4 more employees from the back. Maybe they were having a meeting etc. But, big thanks to the one guy running everything by himself!!!

Last night, I had to change my windshield wipers and Gabriel could not have helped me more. He showed me exactly what I needed and even installed them for me. We had to go through a couple of wiper blades since the adapter to attach to my car wasn't available in the first one. Definitely will be coming back

You can get the parts you need and if they don't have them they will order them amd it only takes one day if not same day

Went in today to get my check engine light looked at to see if I could drive safely back home. The young woman who helped me was very fast and kind with some of my memory slip ups about my car. I had my service dog with me and all of the employees we interacted with were so professional and respectful of him! I really appreciate when people resist the urge to try and pet my service dog and interact with me and not him in order not to distract him. Great service and great employees. We will definitely come back in again and recommend this location to everyone.

This place is Awesome!!!! I highly recommend them. I have a 2005 Ford Taurus . The starter went out 4 years ago. I bought one at O'Reilly's. The starter went out again this week. I took it back on Saturday and they gave me a new one. I didn't have to pay anything!!!! They are Always helpful with any questions I have. Please check them out we will be pleased!!!

I was there because my niece is the manager. So I am biased here. But what I am not biased about is looking at the way she worked her last store. Never a complaint thet I'm aware of. So I could expect no less from the store she is at now. Visit and buy something I do not feel you'll be disapointed.

Amber and her team were awesome! They went above and beyond with the level of customer service they provided. Amber and her associate were able to help me diagnose the problem with my vehicle and also get me the part I needed quickly. I ve had a lot of substandard experiences at auto parts stores. Amber and her team provided the best experience I ve had at a store by far! They definitely deserve to be commended on their knowledge and how they treat their customers!!

Customer service was ridiculous. I get u were helping someone but the other worker that came up and said can I help u helped the kid behind me when I was standing there for almost 10 mins. Are you kidding me. Pay attention to your customers. I know that man saw me standing there. Really. Parents need to teach there kids manners.

Every one of their stores has always had what I needed and help me solve my problem. It is nice to join their members club as it keeps a record of when you bought parts for your car such as light bulbs and keeps track of how long they are in warranty for you without having to keep the receipt. I have found it to be a real convenience

Very nice people and they had the one tool I was looking for that other stores had but didn't work. Was looking for 02 sensor socket. Most don't fit the upper sensor with the heat shield, but they had one that fit. They also have veterans discount. Thank you.

My truck wouldn't start I new it was the battery so I took it in and it didn't get checked on till the next day, maybe there short staffed but still wasn't very happy with the service I received

Needed a new set of wipers. Why is it they always go bad when it's pouring rain? Lol Had a young man check what I needed, picked out my new wipers and installed them on the spot! Love O'Reilly's!

We had been having issues with a slow start or dead battery. Turns out we had too small a battery on our car. Danny Simpson recognized this and took care of the issue. Very knowledgeable and pleasant man. This is the only store for us.

I don't go here much because I go to their competitors. I will never forget Mr Ken who greeted us with a smile & he asked did we need any assisting. Mr Ken even asked how was our day going. This is what I really liked about Mr. Ken, he treat customers like how he wants to be treated. He didn't put on a fake smile or have that look like he was forced to see if we needed assistance. Thank you Mr. Ken for your kindness. Customer service is so hard to come by these days.

This company honestly is what I imagine a good customer service. Even if people behind the counters are tired sometimes, the company as a whole offers so many free services to help DIYers. 100% recommended.

I needed a headlight and windshield wipers and the sales man helped me pick them out and gave advise on how each brand would perform. The salesman also installed them for me at no extra cost. The sales man did an outstanding job and prices were below competition
