Drop off was quick. Follow up call before services were started. Thankfully car was ready before I left work and was on the road again, no hiccups. Appreciate the military discount.

I am always satisfied with the service. Josh always explains what they need to do. He lets me know the cost of each service and the price. I won't take my Chevy any place else! All of the young .eh are polite and respectful.

Had an appt to get tires on my daughters car, told them the exact type of car and tire that was on it. Go in 2 days after appt is made at our scheduled time for them to tell me they have no tires to fit her car. Then they ask if I could bring it back the next day and they could get them. What's the point in making an appt?!?!?

I have used Firestone exclusively for the past 6 years or so for any tire or repair needs that I have had. I am always satisfied with the quality of service. I went in Friday 02/02/24 for a new tire and was in and out in under an hour. Staff is always very nice and helpful.

My wife works for Bridestone Corp, so I maintain my vehicle services at the Firestone auto care centers. Unfortunately, Sgt Asbury location used to do a great job, but I have now had a string of issues here. I pay for the oil, rotation, and complete inspection each month. The first issue occurred about 5 or 6 months ago. I had the complete inspection for multiple months here with no mention of brake pad wear. I found out they needed to be changed when I started hearing grinding on my rotors. By then, it was too late, and I had to pay for new rotors and pads.My front tire almost fell off after my last visit. Then, only tighten 1 lug nut on my front tire.This month, they said I was good to go. I left and noticed my tire pressures were still low. I called to ask if they checked it, and they said they should have, but I could come back, and they would do it again... the tech filled them up, and the issue was resolved.I don't know why, but this branch has been struggling desperately with consistent quality.

I can drop my vehicle in the evening to be available when they open. I also can take my car to get aligned every week for a year for free. I thought this would annoy them and I would get flack, but they did not care. They cared that I felt comfortable and sure my family was safe.

Absolutely love that I went in there to make an appt for an oil change and he asked if I wanted to wait, they would get me in now. I did and around 30 mins later, I was out the door with oil change completed. Best experience at a Firestone. Thank you so much.

Was sliding all over the place during rain. They talked fleet into 2 tires to stop that. I was 1K miles short on getting oil change, but, they talked them in to that too so I don't have to bring car back as I've already been sent paperwork on new one.

My wife had an appointment at 12 noon. We dropped the car off just before 12. We were informed it would take no more than 2 hours. However, we received no info on the vehicle for 3 hours. I called at 3pm to ask about the vehicle where we were informed that not only was our vehicle not finished, but also that it had not even been worked on, AND that there was suddenly a vehicle AGEAD of us in line. There was zero communication with us. We were called at 5 pm and told our vehicle was ready. After reviewing our dash cam, we also noticed that the technician used no seat or wheel cover and just hopped in the car to move it in and out of the shop. This has been a horrible experience, and i can not recommend anyone come here. We had a ride available to get there to pick it up between 2 and 3, but they did not have it finished, leaving us scrambling to find a last-minute ride to the shop. It's absolutely horrible. The ONLY good thing i can say about this location is that the associate that answered my call was extremely respectful and professional.

Building and grounds were clean and well kept. All employees that I interacted with were courteous and professional. I went for a tire rotation. I was in and out in 15 mins. Based in first experience I will be a repeat customer.

I set up an online appointment. When I got there Josh went through my needs and I changed what I needed. He was able to get me what I needed later the same day. Then he went over some of the other issues with me. Very knowledgeable guy and professional.

I was seen same day as a walk-in with a fair list of work to be done. They were able to get a catalytic converter that at first I thought would have to be ordered and scheduled for a later date. At the end of the day I left with the impression that all the work had been completed. But a tire rotation had apparently been performed twice leaving the location of the tires at the end of it all the same as they were in the beginning. And a wiper blade replacement had been forgotten even though it was work suggested by the personnel. Of the three work requests visible at a glance, only one, the breaks had been completed and that was only after they "checked" them and said they were OK despite them needing replacement. I was an unhappy customer until they called to have the wipers and tire rotation completed. The personnel apologized for the mishaps and had the issues taken care of quickly upon my return visit. Without a call back to resolve the issues I would rate 2 stars. With the call back I would give three stars but I'm rating my experience four stars because they replaced a cracked exhaust manifold that I wasn't aware of and which if left undone would have brought me back into a shop with more expensive repairs.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I spoke with Morgan at 3:19 today about getting my oil changed. He told me to come on. I got there 10 minutes later and he told me it could be Monday before my car was ready. This location changed my wife's oil and did the 10 dollar package that includes rotating tires. They broke off and lost her transmission fluid dipstick and did not inform us. They also took apart the air filter housing to check it and left everything unhooked and open. The car actually had engine trouble while driving after being serviced and that is how we found out they left all if that stuff in disrepair. They suggested a transmission fluid flush and we chose to pass, but it seems that they drained most of the transmission fluid before they asked if we wanted the service and left it empty when we said we didn't need the fluid flush. We are honestly lucky that it didn't destroy the entire transmission. Not sure what is going on here but this location has more horror stories than anything so be very careful using this location

I had a appointment for alignment and brakes a week ahead. Got there on time and was told they didn't have but 1 employee and I would have to come back for the alignment. Not cool at ALL.Brakes work fine now. But I paid over $430 and was told I had to come back next week. Poor service without compensation for my time or their lack of customer service. I bet when I go back next week their will be another issue. Appointments mean nothing theses days .

My husband had an appointment at 4 pm. Then was told they didn't have his tires. Mind you that he called Tuesday and made an appointment for today. It states that on Fridays at this times it's about 45 minutes that a customer waits. It's been 1 hour 1q minutes and my husband's truck is still outside. Six people waiting with him. Noone in office to even sp�k too. The stars do not align. False statement as far as their info goes. Not happy at all. Do better people.

Very slow on purpose. Avoid this store if you value your time and life. Came in for a three pm appointment for only an oil change and balancing. Quinton was a nice person but he slows down the volume

I really liked that new branch People there are really Friendly especially Victor and I would give it 5 stars.Victor was really helpful today plus he is knowledgeable about everything. I would give him 5 stars about his customer service.Also I wanna Mention Tony. He is one the best technicians right there. He took care of my car and he could fix all the issues with my car balance.Definitely I will go back
