.. my 3rd KIA and been with Discount Tire for 10+ and they have never let me down! The best in customer service and I strongly recommend their own road hazzard coverage for your tires! Just did the same for my new K5!

Came in with 20 minutes to spare before work with a low tire. Michael assisted me very swiftly with a plug + patch AND I made it to work on time. As long as I live in this area, this will be my tire shop! Great and FAST service!

The staff is very friendly and will always great you with a smile on their face. I love how they plug you're tire free of charge and do an inspection of your vehicle as well. They usually can get you in and out in less than an hour most days and no appointment is necessary, however on but days you may want to make one.

Wow. This is the best experience I have ever had going anywhere for anything. I was on my own for the day with my 6 month old and of course, got a flat. We went in to get it taken care of, but had no one to pick us up in the meantime. When we got there it was going to be a 4 hour wait until the flat was patched. They got my car right in and had it done in 30 minutes. It was the kindest thing any one has done for me. Spending 4 hours at discount tire with a 6 month old didn t sound ideal, but it was our circumstance and their team was so kind to get us taken care of so fast! We are so thankful and will always choose them in the future!

Popped a tire Friday night, called Saturday morning to set an appointment for the next week, but they told me I should just come on in and see them that same day. I got there 45 minutes later, they took my car back within 15 minutes, and 15 minutes after taking it back, they were already parking it back in the lot with 2 brand new tires!!! Everyone was super helpful and kind; Adrian is who helped me and I can t say enough nice things! Absolutely returning here and sending everyone I know!

Took my car to have a screw removed from a tire. Wait time was hour and half but I didn't have an appointment. They were very busy but that's not unusual. Service has always been good there.

We had a flat tire today and pulled into Discount Tire in Smyrna, TN. They were outstanding! They checked all of my tires. The flat had a nail and they fixed it in no time and remounted it. They replaced the spare tire but first they had to remove a bunch of stuff like presents, 3 suitcases, a desk and chair, golf clubs and a cooler. We were really pleased with the service which took less than 30 minutes. On top of that there was no charge. I didn't know there were free services these days! Kudos to the people at Discount Tire!

I'd say this is one of the best buying experiences I've had. They were open to questions, friendly, fast and helped me out a ton. Everyone was friendly and made the process easy. Blake and Adrian were rockstars.

Have had really good experience with this Discount Tire as well as the one in Cool Springs. Customer service is top notch and treat you as family. Waiting area is clean and they seem to be quick to get you on your way. If it is going to be a long wait, at least they will let you know. I highly recommend Discount Tires.

Free isn't even worth it. I gave only two instructions at my tire rotation, don't change the air pressure and make sure the tires are rotated (this time) on opposite sides. They have the tires 8psi over what they were, not all tires at the same pressure and the tires were, again, only rotated front to back.After more than a decade going this store, more than 50 'hits' in their system, I have watched this location get less and less worth going to. They use to hustle, now more talk than doing. I'd rather do my own rotation than wait at this store anymore just to come away with it not done right.

Had a 845 app for my camper. Dude at the front was Hella rude after we made the apt last week he all of a sudden didn't have my tires. He finally found them and took everyone else b4 us even though we had an appointment. The guys putting them on were nice but dude up front with the 5 hairs up front needs some customer service training.

One of my tires kept losing air so I brought it in to get checked out. I ended up buying a whole new set of tires after the sales associate offered me a great deal. They got my car serviced quickly and I was out in about an hour. Thanks for the excellent service!

Man, These guys here set the bar for the rest of the stores in the area. Between this one and Mt. Juliet, they are both on top of their game. You are in trusted hands at both locations. They aren't after money, but safety. Hard to find in the market these days.

I had never been here before. I had an unknown problem with a tire losing air slowly. I stopped by to have them check it and was told that a flat repair was free. Service was great and I was out within 45 mins.

My husband had a flat and was on his spare tire. Discount took off his spare tire and did not put it back in the trunk. We did not realize this until after we got home, so he went back and asked for it back. They did not give it to him, nor did they offer to replace it without charging him. Other than contacting corporate, this is the last interaction I will be having with Discount Tire. How asinine.

A friend and I were traveling from Joelton Tennessee to Murfreesboro Tennessee. We began to have a leak in the rear tire of our truck. We pulled into this discount tire location at 10 minutes till 5 on a Saturday. Which they close at 5. Brian John immediately came out to help us. We just wanted the tire patched but it was beyond repair. As we weren't prepared to purchase new tires at that point, Victor Mendoza approached us with a used tire and offered it to us free of charge. Explaining to us how he couldn't let us leave without knowing we had a safe tire to drive on. I believe these gentlemen went above and beyond to help us. They are credit to your company. We were able to continue our trip and get home safely. I will highly recommend discount tire and specifically this location. Great job guys!

Came here today to get a nail pulled out of my tire and get it patched. Service was fast and easy. Other tire store don't even exist to me anymore. Will be back soon for a new set of tires.

I got a flat tire on the highway while I was traveling to Georgia. I was in a pickle for sure. Brandon helped me out so much! He got me in and out of there quickly and safely. I was very pleased with the service offered here. I hope I don't have to go back again because I don't want to get another flat, but if it happens again, this is the place to go!

Had appointment and waited in line 12 minutes past my appointment time while associates were with customers on the phone. The counter associate I finally got was Jake. He does not represent what DT is known for. Absolutely lifeless, not friendly at all. Made a large mistake entering mileage and didn't even apologize when it was pointed out. Seems like customers are a bother for him.

I blew 2 tires on the interstate 60 miles outside of town. They made it very easy for me to make arrangements getting the car to their store, and did a great job on my new tires. They were friendly, helpful, and professional.

I want to give a big thanks to the employees and the store manager at discount tire in Smyrna Tennessee these people really saved me, I was in a real tight situation and only had limited financial resources. even though I do not have enough to buy a full set of tires I was treated with respect and the dignity of any other person that would have had that luxury I'm very thankful for discount tire they put me back on the road and help me provide for my family. Lyft is my only source of income and I am now able to help my wife provide for our family. May God bless and each and every one of those workers who do their service with pride. from the Espinoza family to the discount tire family thank you so much and have a happy holidays.

I wouldn't buy my tires anywhere else, great deals, you might wait a couple hours because most people go there but it's the best deal, I drop mine off a come back when they're done

I have been a customer of Discount Tire since 2011. Buying tires, rims, tire rotations and repairs. They have always been very accommodating. In the last year or so, the service has been not so great. You can stand in line forever just to get assistance even if you already have an appointment. My issue lately has been that each time I went to get my tires rotated, their tech has cross threaded the lug studs. This happened last time I had my tires rotated and then the other day when I was advised to buy new tires, they did it again. I had to take time off from work to go wait on my car at a vender they select to do the repair. I'm not sure if it is just this location or not ( Smyrna,TN) . If anyone from corporate is reading this review, please get some techs that know what they are doing, have more training. I sat and watched the tech struggling to get the last bolt on. I knew it had happened again. I'm not a mechanic but I was told that this happens when they don't start the bolt manually before using the power tools. I'm writing this review in hopes they will fix this issue with the lack of training and experience with their techs. I will remain a customer, but I will be going to a different location.
