My recent experience at AutoZone left much to be desired. I simply stopped by to purchase some oil for my 2015 Kia Soul, a routine task that should have been quick and hassle-free. However, what should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal.After grabbing the oil I needed, I passed by the mini fridge and decided to grab a Powerade before heading back to the counter. Upon reaching the checkout, I was served by a different staff member who questioned whether I had paid for the oil I had just picked up. This unexpected interrogation made me feel uncomfortable and inconvenienced, especially considering I had already paid for the oil at the same store just moments ago.Although the issue was eventually resolved after verification, the overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth. As a customer, I expect a certain level of trust and professionalism when making purchases, and this incident fell short of those expectations.While I appreciate the convenience of AutoZone for automotive needs, this particular encounter was not a pleasant one for me personally. I hope that steps will be taken to improve customer service and avoid similar situations in the future.

Went to get a tail light replacement bulb but they were out of stock. I asked when they would have some and was told they didn't know then I asked if they would install it if I bought it at another store. I was told NO. I've bought parts and other items at Auto Zone off and on for years and I never had a problem with having anything installed that I knew was simple. I guess the pandemic has changed the way businesses operate.

BE AWARE OF BATTERY WARRANTY SCAM!!! I went to the store and had them recharge my battery. They told me the battery was not able to charge so they told me a needed a new one!!! I told them no problem!!! I bought this battery, in the same store, February 2022. However, when they looked up the warranty, it said I had bought it February 2020!!! I was not even living in this area at that time!!! Please check your battery warranty after buying!!! Don t be a victim!!!!

went in to get a wiper blade replaced and some rain x. got the rain x, could not replace the wiper on the prius because it was not a snap in (FYI, lol). took the wiper to firestone but only use their own products.. Mickey was great, helped me out, and no problem returning the wiper. i always go there, they are great.

Just got my 2012 Toyota Rav 4 car battery replaced here, the whole process took 30 minutes or less. The guy who was helping me was very nice and respectful, the battery itself was a little over $200 and came with a 2 year warranty. The car didn't start properly at first but when I turned it off and started it again, it was working perfectly. That was the first time the engine turned on and actually sounded right in a really long time lol. It's still running fine now and I'm grateful for the help.

I used to work for AutoShack and Autozone after retiring from the military; things have sure changed. Today I stepped in looking for some adhesive remover and after walking through the store with not so much as a greeting, let alone offer help I left. Not one customer in the store being helped and employees hanging out at the commerial counter. Autozone's customer service has taken a serious dive, such a same.

GREAT customer service! I was in today to get my battery replaced.Ms. Becky was super helpful to look up the part, check the old battery to verify, assist with checkout and line up a staff member to complete the work.Mr. Edward did a fantastic job disconnecting the battery, cleaning the connections, and installing the battery with ease.Thank you, Smyrna Auto Zone for a smooth replacement and attention to detail.

so very thankful for store manger Charles and store associate roger!!! the heating hose in the truck melted off and we needed a part or something to try to fix it. although they could order the specific part we still found something to try and fix it. they did every thing they couldn t to help us INCLUDING staying open late for us!! they were super sweet and super nice !!

I came in today to switch my car key battery out . The manager quickly clipped on the new battery for me in 2 minutes . And the cashier was so nice too . I'm definitely coming back to this Auto Zone branch for any needs .

I've always been a fan of Auto Zone. I've always received good customer service, recommendations, etc. Tonight, their employees really went above & beyond!!!! I had a june bug fly in my window. I completely panicked & tried my hardest to remove the bug from my car, to no avail. Desperate, I called the store to see if an employee could help me. I didn't get his name, but an employee came out to my car & removed the bug. I thanked him a million times!!!! Forever grateful, as I am terrified of bugs. Needless to say, I will continue to shop here for all my car care needs

Service here has always been excellent. Most importantly, the senior staff are very knowledgeable. It seems like there's always at least one guru on duty. It's also pretty easy to get in and out of the store and the parking lot - a big plus if you're towing a trailer or driving a large vehicle.

I won't bother using this location again. I went here to get new bearings for my new rotors for my ranger, the clerk insisted I needed a new hub assembly to get the races not just bearings.i tried to tell her that this truck doesn't use hub assembly its built into the rotor. She spoke to me as if I was mental. Then she turned to her co worker, threw her hands in the air and proclaimed (you can deal with him I'm done). I never once spoke with a harsh tone or attitude .... what's happening to Smyrna???

Good store setup. Very clean, the guy put on my new windshield wipers in the middle of a storm & didn't complain about it. Saved my butt that day since I had to drive 2 hours in the rain.

Staffing are always helpful. They start with a greeting and if not with another customer they say how may i help you to day plus great attitude . their is an autozone right down the street from my house but i will NOT go back because most of the employees don't like to be bothered

The manager, Matt, was a lifesaver. I originally went in for some coolant, and the gentleman at the counter (I wish I d caught his name) was very kind and courteous helping me find exactly what I was looking for and where it was in the store. After I filled up with coolant I tried to start my car again and wouldn t you know another problem popped up, my battery decided to give out on me. I went back into the store and there Matt was, like a lighthouse in a storm, I asked for help and he graciously brought his little machine out there to try to jump off the battery. He hooked it up and I turned the key and BAM we were back in business. He helped me get back on the road and saved the day. This AutoZone gets an A+ in my book.

Bought a battery 3 months ago. Had to jump my truck off yesterday morning after sitting for 2 days. When I got my battery it didn't start when he first put it in, I asked if I needed a new terminal, he said "no looks good to me" When I went there yesterday after jumping my truck off she checked my battery and said its 100% Then told me, maybe it's the terminal, so I asked if they had it and do they put it on. No they didn't have it, and no they don't put them on. Then told me to go to o'Reilly for a 2nd opinion cause I think they will help you put it on. Lol!HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

Dirty and somewhat run down. Often very busy and under-staffed. The people that have helped me there were nice and courteous though.

Great folks. They checked my battery and found it was bad. Then they checked my record and found out that it was still under warranty by a few months. I left with a new battery that they put in for me. The whole thing took about 15 minutes! Super service.
