Yesterday, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 Bronco Raptor in Azure Grey Metallic from Galaxy Ford. This vehicle is in high demand, and when I built it online, I was surprised to see that one was on a lot 70 miles from me. I called Galaxy and spoke with Janet to verify it was on the lot. She confirmed it was, and I told her I would be down there in a couple of days to look at it. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was surprised that a vehicle of this kind was sitting on a lot this small. However, the fact that it was a smaller dealership is the gem of this story.Janet greeted me in the parking lot, and we took the Bronco for a test drive. I knew I liked the vehicle and wanted to make an offer. Upon returning to the dealership, we went inside, and I was greeted by the Sales Manager, Kelly, and all the other staff. They really made me feel like I was the only customer. The other salespeople came by and introduced themselves as well. Galaxy had a natural family-like feel to the dealership, which I have never experienced when purchasing over 15 different vehicles. I would definitely buy from them again. However, with the Bronco Raptor, I will not need another vehicle for quite some time. If you are looking for a friendly car purchasing environment and ease of purchase, I highly recommend them.

I worked with Gage and Kody to purchase a Ford Transit van. These guys were awesome from start to finish. They were very responsive and were able to help me get most everything done via phone and email so delivery was fast and painless. We will definitely be using them for the next vehicle we purchase. It s near impossible to find a dealership with this level of customer service lately. Great job guys!

Janet was amazing, she knew the kind of car we were looking for and within a week she was calling telling us she found a car for our family!She went above and beyond. I have to say this place is awesome. I have had to talk to quite in the past month looking for a particular truck and of the 20 plus dealers I talked to, these guys were the only ones I liked. These guys were honest and upfront from the very beginning. There was never any pressure and they actually seemed like they wanted to help rather than just sell me something. I can't say enough good things about their transparency. They shared some info with me that no other dealer did. They were the only ones to actually offer to look up to see if I had any Private Cash Offers (which I had been hoping to get from FORD). I am in sales myself, and have always hated the used car dealer sleaze ball types, and I can't say enough how much I respect how they run this dealership.

Ashley and her team were fantastic! She got us into the perfect 2021 f150 with super low miles at a no BS price out the door. No hidden fees, no aggressive up selling just wanted to get us in a truck we loved at the lowest price I found in basically the whole southeast. Would absolutely do business with Galaxy Ford again!

Called to confirm that a vehicle was still on the lot, the guy I spoke to told me it was, I told him I would be there in 30 minutes (I live 30 minutes away from this location) I showed up 30 minutes later to be told that the vehicle I drove 30 minutes to see was being driven by an employee who was deciding whether she wanted to purchase or not. And they wouldn t know if she s purchasing it or not until Monday when she returns the vehicle, which is 3 days out. Waste of time and gas. Will not be returning.

Eric Henry and the rest of the service department has gone above and beyond to try and correct the issues in our 2023 Ford Explorer, even though we purchased it from a different dealership and originally tried having it fixed there with no luck.

Awesome dealership! I've had the chance to put on an order a few months ago with Jennifer, great support on her end. Later on before the vehicle arrived, we were dealing with Ashley - awesome communication and updates, really appreciated it. I asked for special instructions for the preparation of the vehicle and the team kindly honored all of these. We had support from Janet on the day we picked it up - just as everyone else she was extremely professional and helpful, and finally Matt supported for the final paperwork, very efficiently. Overall a great team, no hidden fees or markups, and excellent service. I'll be returning for sure for any additional service or maintenance, or any future vehicle purchase. I did go out of my way to this dealer because the one in my area had some questionable policies about forcing one to finance a vehicle without the possibility to pay cash. Galaxy Ford did not have any of these type of constraints so this was appreciated! Big thank you again to all the team =) !

This dealership goes the extra mile in sales and service. We've purchased two trucks and one Escape in the last several years and received great deals on trade-ins. Ashley continued to look for Ford promotions AFTER we placed our order, and applied them on date of delivery to further lower the cost.We especially appreciated Terry, who spent hours updating my phone so it would sync, and patiently explaining all the new technology applications.We've owned Fords for 40 years and this is the best service department we've used. Ari and his team offer efficient, competent, personalized service with a smile.

I dropped off my car an hour before my appointment. Then I received a call about 30 minutes before I would have picked it up. The got it in early and completed the work. The team is always friendly and are happy to take a reservation. Thanks!!! They deliver on their promises.

Highly recommended Galaxy Ford, especially for their mobile services. For the same price you can make an appointment and have the tech come to your home or workplace and change your oil. Very professional and extremely polite. Love the service, excellent staff

My Wife found my perfect truck here after looking all over the South East and dealing with several less than honest dealerships. John and his team worked diligently to find all the answers and best discounts available to us even though we were not local and there was no guarantee on the deal. John made us feel like we were the only deal that mattered! When we settled on numbers our family drove 4 hours up to get our new truck and just as we were almost done with our finance paperwork a huge storm hit and the power went out. Bobby (the finance manager) figured out a work around just to get us out the door and back on our 4 hour trek home; but as we were loading up to hit the road the power came back on and legally we had to resume to paperwork (UGH...) So John (God Love Him!) went across the road to the local restaurant and paid for our whole family to eat. After all of this I have still been able to get John or Bobby on the phone at a moments notice to ask questions regarding tax and tag transfers. It should go without saying that I would whole heartedly recommend John and his team to anyone in the market for a new Ford.

Recently bought a 2019 Tundra TRD. Living the dream! They went so far above and beyond to address every question and concern that I had. This was a month long process but they were patient and stuck with me. At every point that I had a problem or issue with something they worked until it was resolved and then let me know what had been done. Not pushing to make a sale but rather making sure I was completely happy with every aspect of the deal before we went further. Matt Combs the finance manager, very helpful and down to earth, was willing to work with me on the price. Gage Ervin a sales consultant, extremely knowledgeable about trucks and vehicles in general, explained and demonstrated many of the trucks features. Ashley Cole the general manager, extremely thorough to insure I I was completely satisfied with every detail and even brought the truck to me as I could not find time in my schedule to drive to the dealership. I could not be happier with the truck or the whole experience with purchasing it from Galaxy Ford of Smithville. Would and will recommend to everyone

This dealership was totally outstanding to work with. Though I purchase a used car, the staff was friendly, helpful and great to deal with. I drove 5 hours and 40 mins from Ohio to purchase just the right car from Galaxy Ford. The price was right and I used the dealership' to get me good financing, just to speed up my purchase. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready, clean and the paperwork was started. The team at Galaxy Ford knew I had a long drive back to Ohio and did everything to make the transaction fast and easy. I was in and out in 2.5 hours. I even arrived home by 11:45pm with the car. This car was a surprise for my wife at Valentines Day and the staff at Galaxy Ford filled the interior with Valentines Day Balloons...that meant a lot and was special. A BIG THANKS TO THE TEAM AT GALAXY FORD for making the sell and transaction so easy, fun and rememberable!!!!

Recently took my vehicle in to get serviced. Ari and his team did a great job of fixing the issues quickly and correctly. They're always extremely helpful every time I call and always willing to help. Overall, great customer service and experience. I definitely will be returning for more services in the future.
