Nice guy, got my car back after friend borrowed it and didn't come back cuz got arrested in it so it got towed away. He was fair priced and had me on my way home in 5 minutes...

If I could give a 0 I would horrible experience the owner yelling and screaming at me over the I sold my vehicle for junk and because it was on the side of the hwy as I said before hand I got screamed at bad business

On this particular day, my transmission went out. I limped back to a safe place near the interstate and called BAR&T for Towing. They had a truck to me in 25 minutes and towed my car to a designated location. They have their own tow lot if you need that. The driver was experienced and courteous, giving us a ride in his truck. They take credit cards. I rate them "5" in all categories.

I m not sure what kind of business these people run, but they love to take advantage of other people s jobs to get cheap labor. I work for DoorDash, and they repeatedly place part orders from part stores and only pay $0-$2 for over 12 mile deliveries. This is very unprofessional and honestly quite pathetic. Not only are my ratings for my job being affected by this, but it s also costing me time and money out of my own pocket. Disgusting business. Pay your delivery drivers or go pick up your own parts, it s ridiculous.

I live just down the road from Bryan's, and no longer have a regular mechanic since our old one relocated. Took my little Bubba truck to them with only a vague idea of what was really wrong with him. They have him running happily again, and the price was exceptionally fair for the amount of work he needed. They're not just good neighbors, they're good guys who didn't laugh at my extreme attachment to my old beater, and took great care of us both.

They were supposed to come tow my car on Saturday they never showed up. I call them on Monday and asked what happened? The answer Oh uhh we forgot then they said the tow truck driver is in Murfreesboro right now but we will have him come tow your vehicle today and then nothing and now today is Wednesday..! How is this place still in business? Bryan s Auto sucks!

Bryans auto and repair are the best around wether you need towed or mechanic work.Bryan is a very nice person and always makes it a point to answer any questions you might have.A****

This is top service. On a Sunday night my self and a friend were stranded van would not start left a text message for Bryan , but was not holding out much hope for a replyA few minutes later I was shocked not only a reply he was on the way and he saved me from a cold night in the van. He is quick, knowledgeable, and his prices are very, very low.vHe's the best and he has the sweetest family.Best break down of my life.

I tried calling them to tow my car to be fixed. I talked to Bryan in the morning and he said he would need the key to tow it. I told him I would have to meet him when my mom got off work because I don't have another car. He said that's fine. I called back and the other girly said Bryan would call me back in 20 minutes. We went and ate supper, 35 minutes passed no call back. I called again it went to an answering machine. I left a message. Waited anotger 15 minutes and no call back. I finally just had my mom bring me home. I will never attempt to use this company again!

So this guy was straight awesome. Very polite picked up my truck and towed it to the shop picking the keys up from my wife. I had baked my clutch in my 89 nissan pickup and this was my only way to and from work into Murfreesboro. I thought about doing the work myself but then called this company. He allowed me to bring the clutch i had bought from O'Reillys and he installed it for a fair and great price! (Considering its transmission work and i dare you to google that average cost) The only critique I have is needs to work on communication. Had to call him to see if truck was done and ready for pickup. Other than that i have no complaints and plan to do repeat business with this company.Thanks again

They was very friendly and got to my car fast. I was going to get my car towed to a dealership but they said they could fix it. They had my car fixed in to time. I am so happy I called them. The price was just right.

We was 5 hours away from home and broke down, he came to get us, our truck and the trailer We was pulling. Very quick response. He stopped everything he was doing to help us. Very reasonable price.
