Amazing Company! 1st Class Service! They are so Organized and Professional. Enjoyed working with the staff. The guys helping load & unload the boat at the water were top notch.Such a big help to us. They deserve a Big Tip! And they give military discount. Thank you JBeez!

We had an amazing time during our jet ski adventure! Devin our tour guide for the waterfall excursion was fantastic! Would absolutely recommend this trip for anyone looking to have a great time on the water!

We had a great time, it started to rain so hard right at the time to load up. The two guys that were loading up the boat worked super hard in the rain to make sure everyone was safe. I appreciate the hard work guys! We had a blast and will be coming back for sure.Thanks,Kyle Wilson

JBeez has some of the best customer service in Nashville! After an accident caused damage to the boat I had rented two days before the reservation, I called every marina on Percy Priest to find an alternative. Everyone was booked, but since JBeez has multiple locations, they agreed to bring over a boat from a different lake to make the day possible for my friends and I. Huge shoutout to Jason, he was so kind and so willing to help. The rental process was easy, the boat was clean, and everyone at JBeez was super communicative. I would absolutely rent from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a boat rental in Nashville!!

Just gotta say this last Saturday was a wonderful day, Jbeez hooked us up with a pontoon rental at a really good price and it was absolutely a wonderful time with a day at the lake. i am still kinda new to watercraft and the time came to get the pontoon back on the trailer and instead of dealing with the stress of that you just dock it up and they will put it on the trailer for you! No stress required! Thanks y all you were amazing! Even though all your staff was amazing from start to Finish, one of your staff members that really stood out to us was Chance! He was awesome! He had no problem talking with us and enhancing our time with his experiences and humor! Thank you so much for that chance ;) lol! Y all are amazing and would recommend this to everyone and anyone, we might come back for your haunted kayak ride if Chance is still there <3- thanks again!!!Sincerely,The Medina familyHodges familyAnd Van Dorn family

We paid $700 to rent a deluxe pontoon boat one day over Labor Day weekend. The boat was in terrible condition. Seats were ripped, pontoons were badly damaged, ladder was damaged, and overall the boat looked like it went through hell and back. I ve rented many boats over the years and I ve never 1) paid that much and 2) paid that much for that condition of boat. The staff is very nice and helpful, but don t rent here if you re looking for even a halfway decent pontoon boat. We are very disappointed.

I went on the jet ski waterfall tour excursion for my birthday and it was an awesome experience! My instructor/tour guide, Devon, was personable and fun. I hope to jet ski more in the future! It was an experience that I'll remember for years.

We rented a Jet Ski from Jbeez Watercraft for a day this month while houseboating on Dale Hollow Lake. We all loved the jet ski and Jbeez even arranged to deliver it to us the evening before so that we got a few extra hours of fun. I would have given them 5 stars, but we did have some communication problems before the trip, phone calls not returned, no confirmation email, that kind of stuff.

The staff at JBeez are so helpful and friendly. The check in process, drop off, and pickup was so simple and seamless. This was our second year renting a boat from them and we will be back!!

Sadly the fuel gauge malfunctioned and we were stuck on the water and had to pay to be towed in. Disrupted the afternoon and the owners refused to refund. Additionally, the general manager threatened to find damage on the watercraft after raising his voice yelling about his 24 years of doing this . We will not be using JBeez again or be taking our student groups to Canoe the Caney.

Wow! We had the best time! Nick was our tour guide and Jason gave us all the info we needed to plan an excellent excursion! We picked a day where the weather predictions for rain kept changing rapidly and Nick called us that morning to go over our options. If you re riding a Waverunner, you re going to get wet, so it really wasn t much of a deterrent for us. We decided to go for it and we re so glad we did! There wasn t another motorized craft around, the temperature was pleasant and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous! The tour guide, Nick, is very knowledgeable about the watercraft, the lake, and he paid attention to the whole group as we rode, hiked and explored. We were able to go through some low spots due to his expertise to get to some of the most amazing waterfalls which can only really be appreciated from the water. It was a great mix of riding and sightseeing to some of Tennessee s most beautiful creations. It was really perfect. Pack a small lunch, like a sandwich and a snack that each person can carry on their watercraft the storage space is very small and put it in a waterproof bag. The destination stops are amazing and great for just sitting and appreciating their beauty. As a sidenote, I always include a little something for the tour leader since they are a part of your group; maybe it s a southern thing but we figure they look after you so we look after them. Everyone in our group enjoyed every aspect of the outing and we will definitely be looking for another opportunity to explore with this outfit again!

Absolutley fantastic team! Everyone was super friendly and helpful & accomadating with our challenges, even if they didnt have the immediate answers to our questions.Boat performed well and we had an unforgettable blast. We would definately highly recommend them & use them again & again!

Boat was great. Workers at the store were very nice. Guy on the jet ski who met us at the marina was an absolute jerk. Unprofessional and unable to relate to customer's. If it wasnt for him I would have given them a 4 star review.
