My wife called on 04/02/2021 to inquire about a radiator repair to our daughters X5. Male on phone gave an hourly price for repairs. My wife explained situation with vehicle to wit Male responded "I already know what's wrong with your car". When asked for price for replacement parts male hung up on my wife. She recalled several times that just went to voicemail. I hope this is an isolated incident and not indicative of their treatment of women who dont have a full understanding of vehicle mechanics and repairs.

Very helpful, reasonable prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have dealt with him for 20 years. No tires, glass, domestic cars.

I have always worked on my own cars (vintage era porsches, bmws, etc..) and have first hand experience with how a lot of service places operate. Many places will try anyway they can to rip you off.A few weeks ago, the clutch bearing on my e39 bmw started squealing, then started chattering, and well....you know where this is heading. I begin to mentally prepare and budget time to do a clutch job. Then I realized, no way....too many other things going on. And I don't want to mess around with some heavy assed BMW up on jack stands with kids running around and all that.So, I stopped by and spoke with Elias, and right off the bat, told him I would like to provide the clutch kit for him to install. Without hesitation, his response: "oh, you're going to supply the parts? Yeah, no problem." I was not expecting this, and was very happy with his quote. He told me to bring the car and kit by the next week.I dropped it off Wednesday evening (10-18-17) and Thursday, he called and left a message saying my car was ready!! Elias discovered a part (not included in the kit I provided....an important high stress part) to be less then par, and found one in his inventory, and installed it....NO CHARGE. He did the job for what he quoted, no additional line items, and with next day turn around!!I am hoping this review/write-up conveys how satisfied, even enthused, I am with Mountain Service Imports, their honesty, and quality of work/work ethic.And this is probably why his lot is almost always filled with a constant rotation of high end cars!5 stars!

friendly and helpful. just called about a car i bought they've previously might have done work on and were happy to tell me off the top of their head all the important stuff i needed to know ... all because their oil change sticker was still on the car. thank you!
