We were in the market for a side by side UTV. DJ walked us through the available models and set us up with the model that best suited our needs. He was patient and we never felt rushed. Their pricing was fair along with the financing. I would absolutely recommend Southbound!

The service manager, Dane, was very thorough with my issues I was having and diagnosed them quickly and cost effectively. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

I purchased a new Kawasaki dirt bike last December. The communication, knowledge base, pricing and everything else about my experience wih moto gear was absolutely outstanding. Moto gear literally has the best customer service you could ask for, which is why I trusted in them a few days ago on another new dirtbike purchase. Once again, they did not disappoint. They really go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I had an unusual question about break-in procedure on my new purchase based off of what I read in the user manual. The technician Dane, was extremely professional and very knowledgeable , he also called and verified with the manufacturer when the wording of the user manual was questionable.I can't say enough good things about moto gear, if you're looking for a dirt bike, 4 Wheeler or side-by-side. I highly recommend giving them a call or showing up at their door to meet them in person.Thanks Moto Gear!!

These guys are fantastic! I have an old unit and needed parts. They had everything in stock. Scott had it all boxed up and ready. He went over everything I asked for to make sure everything was correct! Thank you!

I had never bought anything from Motogear until Scott helped me with my old atv. He was able to get me a part that nobody else had. Was going to scrap it. Now it runs like new. Since than i have purchased a New Teryx and a bunch of accessories . Great Job Scott!!!! Thanks Jack.

I really like Massey products for my farm and I really like Kawasaki products for my farm and entertainment. Great to find them under the same roof. Parts department is exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service. Friendly and professional. Both Laura and Scott are helpful and eager to please. Due to time constraints I need service done on my bike and they were very understanding and helpful to get me scheduled despite a busy workload.

Absolutely the BEST! Bought my new Kawasaki side x side and have put it to the test many times without a single issue. If this one ever were to wear out I would not hesitate in buying another one from these folks. Service has been impeccable. I highly recommend them.

We drove 3 hours to this place because they beat everyone in the Southeast s price on a Kawasaki Mule we were looking for. The people here are super nice and helpful. We will be returning for future purchases and i would recommend them.

I called to inquire about a new motorcycle price listed on the web site. Colin was quick to answer my questions, confirmed some details, and even sent additional photos and video to my cell phone. I placed a deposit and drove almost 350 miles the next day to pick it up. Took about an hour to set up financing, go over the bike, and load it on to the trailer (and some of that was just talking about motorcycles in general). Aside from the long drive there and back, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The staff here has lways been friendly and helpful. I've needed to order parts not in stock and they called me next day. Even though we don't ride Kawasaki... We will continue to use them and spread a good word for them. Support local businesses

I just wanted to add to this review. When I sent my paperwork to Florida to register my motorcycle and florida found a small mistake was made. This mistake added more taxes I needed to pay. This Dealership in this case Lady up and admitted that it was their fault and made it good. This Dealership has made a customer for life I will buy all my accessories and will have my service performed here. It's very seldom you find an honest Dealership / person.Thank you guys for being up front.Just purchased my Kawasaki LT fromLora she treated us very well. I would recommend anyone looking for a motorcycle or a ATV check them out before buying anywhere else. You can actually make deals here .

Brought bike in for some carb work cuz bike had been sitting a while. Was told that they were bout 2 weeks behind cuz of virus. No problem, called after 3 weeks still have not started on it. Once they dug in, quoted me $500+. I agreed. Went on vacation,come back still wasn't finished,. After all said and done; it was almost month and half. On top of that, had issue. Price went up to over $600. Charged $96 for a new battery and install that I didn't authorize because I put a new one in the week before I dropped it off.I was very unhappy with the service and will not be using them again

Parts were there on time. Super friendly people and willing to go the extra mile to help you find cheaper parts and save you a buck or two. Recommend this place for any Kawasaki Can-am needs

Brought a Polaris 800 Ranger in, ask for full service. When I picked it up I paid $152.00 for two quarts of oil and a filter. When I ask if they lubed it, they said that was extra ! Guess if I am a return customer. Not a very good business decision by them. However, after we had a brief discussion about my disappointment, they did agree to do the lube, if I brought it back the following week.
