This company fortunately came out twice on the same day! They were quick and efficient both times! The lady I spoke with in the office was also very kind and knowledgeable! Provided a reasonable quote if our roadside assistance had not work out through insurance. Highly recommend!!

Russell from Prosser towing came out. And unlocked my madza making sure not to damage the trim or the windows. Exceptionally polite and honest.Would definitely call them again anytime I had an issue.Was honest straight forward and quick.Old school business which is wonderful and almost extinct in today's age.

Russell did an awesome job with my Cadillac! He took his time strapping down the car, he took pictures and videos before and after it was loaded. He double checked himself and I was super impressed! After that he called me and told me he got to the dealership and he made sure it was locked up and even filled out the night drop box form for me at the dealership! Thank you! You did great job and i could not have felt better about the tow!

I thought the driver was a very nice guy. He explained everything he was going to do very well. He made the experience much better. I was able to drive my car off after I was pulled out. And because the ice was so thick he even followed me to a safer road. To make sure I got there ok. If I get stuck in the ditch again I would call Prosser Towing LLC for sure.

Dillon was absolutely amazing! I was worried when I got the text message saying it would be 2 hours. Within two minutes I was receiving a phone call from him. He was extremely professional, polite and most of all provided expedient services. If I had to use Dillon again I would a 100 times over and would highly recommend everyone use him for your towing needs. Thanks again Dillon you made a horrible experience better and now I m back on the road with no problems due to your quickness.Service: Car towing

My wife had an accident on Madison Street that totaled her car. Prosser towing was on the scene quickly and had the car on the truck and head to their lot in no time. When we arrived the next day to clean out our vehicle for pick up the friendly staff was expecting us and very accommodating.

My husband and I were stranded in a ditch on a very icey road Sat the 1-20-23. Mikie came out and was able to get us out of the ditch with no issues. Mikie was pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend

Mikey was fantastic. Talked to us about car stuff and which ones to maybe stay away from when we buy our next one, based on what he does, and was just really friendly. Took a stressful situation and made it not as stressful. Also, he arrived on time to the minute! Great experience.

Mickey was great. He was so kind and thorough. When I called my insurance co. To request assistance I was told it was a busy time and could take up to 90 minutes. Mickey responded immediately and was there within 35 minutes. He made sure I was safe to travel - checked all my tires.He was very polite and professional.Very grateful to have him help me.Service: Tire change

Got a flat tire yesterday on my way from Fort Knox, KY to Georgia. I didn't feel comfortable changing it. Russell arrived within minutes and provided speedy service. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me find a tire service place nearby. He even called hours later to follow-up. I truly recommend this towing company!

Garcia was awesome. He hooked me up beyond belief. Instead of making my life harder and taking me where the insurance company wanted me to go he took me where I needed to go even offered to get me to the car rental company after he had unloaded my car at the dealership. I will always use them for all things towing because of this experience.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

My car broke down while I was moving north from atlanta. Two pets and a car full of stuff. It was a total nightmare. I called my insurance and they sent Garcia with Prosser Towing. Not only did he get to me very quickly, but he was also such an amazing guy! He was very patient and great with my dog. We chatted the whole hour long drive to Murfreesboro. Russel was so kind and helpful to get me out of harm's way and get me to a safe location overnight. I was so shaken up after popping my tire and swerving off road - he was there in less time than my insurance estimated (less than 15 minutes once he called me!) and drove me from off the road in manchester to murfreesboro, closer to my final destination, dropped my car at a firestone and made sure i was queued up for first service that morning. He made sure i made it to my hotel safely and called several colleagues on the drive to make sure he was taking me to the safest possible location. Thank you SO MUCH Russel for going above and beyond in the middle of some scary times for me -- I am so so grateful!Service: Car towing

Great service, friendly and professional. I ended up with a flat tire about an hour from home. It was getting dark and a storm was coming through. Prosser towing was called by my road side assistance company and within 3 minutes they called directly to confirm my location. Within 20 minutes he was there, was polite and quick and changed my tire in the pouring rain, never complaining for a minute. I m thankful for such kind service!Service: Tire change
