We had them replace the glass of our 20+ yr old shower that had a lot of complicated cuts and angles. The result is a beautiful shower. They were very professional, worked quickly and left no mess behind.

Had a chip in windshield that lead to a crack and eventually ran across to the driver side. The cost was more than I expected so I called a few other places. Every where I called was $80- $100 more than here. So I went with this place. Both ladies and the guy that I spoke with was very friendly and answered all my questions. When you go in your greeted with a smile and how can I help you. I'm very please with the services and would highly recommend calling this place first.

Office gals were super nice. Work was not as expected, but I'd never had a chipped windshield fixed before, however, the work was professional and complete in a few hours. Chip is now filled and looks better than before.

Preferred Glass supplied and installed windows in our house. They are soooo nice. The installers kept buckets with them to keep their trash in as they went along, so no need to come back and clean up later. They even had a mini, cordless vacuum that they used on the inside as needed.Very professional from sales, through installation, to final billing.I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Very professional and pleasant. Made sure my vehicle was ready by a certain time and also replaced a sunroof trim while they were in it. Definitely appreciate their patience and efficiency!

Absolutely gorgeous work. They replaced all the windows on our home and repaired the soffits and facia. The crew was respectful and efficient, and we couldn t be happier with the level of craftsmanship and care taken for our home. Fantastic job guys!

There great , they installed a sliding glass door for my shower a few years back and just recently a couple of my brackets had broke they came when I called with no charge I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks again.

Didn't expect them to replace my old Mercedes window but they did! I just had to go and find one at the junkyard and bring it to them.

They were not very helpful, actually. My windshield is completely broken, and they told me to just bring it in and they could fix it. How am I supposed to get it there?? Their price was also the most expensive estimate.

They replaced a rear window in our car approximately 4 years ago. The window glue started coming loose and we had to tape it to the car to prevent it from falling off. They refuse to fix it and claim to only have a 1.5 year warranty on their work. That s not a very long warranty when you are dealing with car windows. Now we have to pay for the same window twice.

They did awesome good replacing our back window to our Durango. It was priced reasonably plus the accommodated us awhile we waited. They went above and beyond

I called on a Tuesday to have a chip in my windshield repaired. They told me it would be the next week before they could repair a chip. By that time I may have needed a new windshield! Lady on the phone couldn't wait to get rid of me. Not recommended.

This is the only place you need to go for all your glass and mirror needs. They do all our auto glass work and they do it in a very professional and timely manner with Customer Service being Mr. Pitts number 1 priority!!!

I have been waiting over a week just to get an estimate on replacing the glass for two windows in my house. Who takes that long just for an estimate? I gave them one star cause I can t give them none.
