Chris,Will and jay are the most fantastic people to ever do business with! I have always took my vehicles to Perry s. They don t stop until your vehicle is back running as good as new if not better! Reasonable pricing and great communication with the customers. Would recommend anyone and everyone to check these fine gentleman and their shop crew out and give them your business.

Take pictures of what you can, don't call ahead before getting a second opinion from another shop. I had work needed done, $700 quote on parts they'd already handled and magically ended up damaged after taking to another shop. Quoted for a $15 part they said was $65 a long with(what I was told later) could get the vehicle to move so they put it in gear and used the ignition to back up a hill. Don't waste your time and money here! Your vehicle will always have a reason to take it back to them

I don't know where to begin. I've delt with many different mechanics in my life time, but Perry's Performance Automotive stands above the rest. I took a vehicle I was interested in for a pre-purchase inspection. They inspected the vehicle top to bottom and front to back. They tested everything and were very time efficient as well. When the inspection was completed, they left the vehicle in a position where I was taken on a walk through, explained everything, and shown what they found. I trusted their opinion to the point I felt secure enough to purchase the vehicle. I live all the way in Nashville and will be making them my new mechanic for all of my automotive needs.

Brought in my ram for a leveling kit expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the installation. Ended up leaving with a leveled truck, oil change, and a full diagnostic the prices were too great not to get it done.

Perrys performance installed a remanufactured Jasper engine with in 1week my check engine light is on I had 3 shops diagnose the problem the biggest issue was code po325 - knock sensor a certified mechanic told me the 15 year old knock sensor should have been changed when the top of the engine was excessible .Now they want to charge me another $1170.00 to install a new knock sensor for something that should have been done during the installation of the engine.

Thanks Mr. Perry for a great job taking care of my Sprinter. Took my 2014 Ram 1500 in for an oil change. Will, and the rest of the staff were awesome! Made an appointment the day before, and they got me right in and out. Great work, price and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them for all of my future repair needs.

My light duty truck was giving a check engine light and warning limited speed was going to happen. Perry's got me in the next day to not only look at it but they got it fixed as well. The mechanic, Chris, told me there were 2 different codes and instead of pushing that both needed fixed, he was confident the first code was the issue and just started there, basically saving me a lot of time and money. A couple days later and no returned codes. The service advisor, Will, was great to work with and everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.

Chris and Will are amazing!! I took my car in for an overheating issue. They found the most likely culprit; a busted reservoir, and replaced it. I took my car home. The next day I was out driving and it began overheating again. I waited until they opened on Monday morning and called the shop. Will asked me to bring the car later that day. It was a bad thermostat. Will told me on the phone if it was a misdiagnoses that my car would be fixed at no further charge to me. I was able to walk out of the garage on Monday with a car that no longer overheats. I was also able to walk out without having to pay even one additional cent!! They are amazing mechanics and the office staff is absolutely wonderful!! Will and Chris are AWESOME!! I will never take my car to another shop!! Thank you both so much. Thanks to the wonderful staff.

Very pleased with the service I receive from Perry's Performance. These guys shoot you straight and really take care of their customers. I was so depressed with my F-250 before I brought it to Perry's. My rear air suspension went out on my car & had taken it to the dealership originally who turn out to be worthless & had the worst customer experience. I found this location & spoke Matt who not only was able to find & order the parts but installed them. Save me the headache & took care of my issue. Great customer experience! Took my vehicle there after it had spent a week and a half at another shop. A technician called me for details pertaining to issues and said they would call me back with what they found. Maybe an hour later called me back and not only found the issue, but had it repaired and ready to go. Great service and great turn around as far time goes. Will definitely be back with any automotive issues in the future.Services: Electrical, Engine repair

I was looking for a performance shop close to home and went here. I had 2 previous estimates for the exact same installation ( absolutely no difference, I made sure to be exact). These guys gave me an estimate over 3 thousand dollars above my highest estimate. So I called the manufacturer of the product I wanted installed they said that price was ridiculous. FACTS!

Will and Chris great! Up front about everything. Chris is a great tuner. Both are every professional. Chris talked to me on the phone about what I had done to my motor. To make sure he knew what performance alterations had been made too it. He knew what I was talking about. And what to do to get it right. Will rock as a front desk man. Great person to work with. Let me know what was going on. Even put me on hold for a min to go back and check it again. After I missed his call and I called him back. The customer service is about as good as you could ever get. Honestly and up front about all there work. Even give a warranty on there work that's nationwide l. They have check list of thing to check. From your oli to your window washing fluid. Had them try to put exhaust headers on my pickup.They failed to tell me they broke off 2 bolts!!! The gasket blew 3 days later. Shiesters!

Unfortunately it's VERY hard to find a fair, honest, and trustworthy mechanic nowadays, however, I believe I found this in Chris Perrry at Perry's Performance!! I had no plans to take my car to Chris, however, I had to last week. Christ diagnosed my car right away and explained thoroughly the steps he planned to take to fix the problem. I was very impressed with how professional, yet down to earth he was/is. The service was top notch and I will definitely use Perry's Performance again---Thanks again Chris!!

We just had FANTASTIC service from Chris Perry. He was very personable, took time to really explain all things diesel to us, and even stayed after hours for us. He was very knowledgable, patient with all our questions, and obviously highly skilled at what he does. Thank you very much!

They did a timing belt and water pump on my frontier about 4 years ago. Still driving it with no issues! Chris is a great mechanic! I live in Dickson county and take the drive to shelbyville cause I trust them

I had, what I thought was, a complicated problem with my Volkswagen Jetta TDI. Just because of the make of my car, I know I m usually going to have trouble finding reasonable pricing, a local shop or the correct fix. These guys were all three!! Excellent service, listened very attentively to my problems I was having, gave a nice professional and informed assessment, and saved me a lot of money! I can t recommend them enough and I will definitely be returning in the future if problems arise. Thank y all!

Mr. Perry did great work on my 2011 F250. It's nice to have a high quality diesel shop in town. I highly recommend Perry's Performance he is a great guy to work with. I will be back with all our cars gas or diesel.

Definition of Professional Technicians! Knowledgeable, Skillful, Honest, and Fair! They are very personable and very informative on issues. They look for what caused the issue....not just fix the issue so you'll be back and spend more money! The ONLY place that will touch my car and truck!
