This O Reilly parts store went above and beyond to help make sure I knew what was wrong with my car. Hunter was my O Reilly worker who not only checked what I asked him to check but went above and beyond to check through their amazing system veriscan what was wrong with my car. He explained everything and showed me what I needed. Because of Hunter s outstanding service I will be buying all car parts needed from Oreillys. O Reilly is hiring people like Hunter who actually help you solve the automotive issue. Thank you O Reilly s of Shelbyville, Tn!

I've had great experiences at all O'Reilly's, although this one, I don't feel like the staff have the proper training. My battery was almost dead. I drove straight to O'Reilly's to have it checked. They said battery & alternator were good. I had it put in the shop somewhere else, only to find out that my battery was dead. I spent more money than I needed to because of this. Three stars because I did end up buying a battery from here. It was in stock.

Good service and although I got a part that was missing a part they had no problem returning it and making everything right. That meant allot to me that nobody tried to hastle, herass, or question me over it.

I really had a good experience at this store, I had to stop there cuz the alternator of my truck broke down, they were like 30 minutes before they closed, and these two gentlemen helped me without hesitation, and I was able to make it home, since I live in Nashville. Thank you again for the huge help.

Very disappointed in the folks who helped me last week when I went. I was going out of town and my car was having problems starting. So on a Thursday at 6 pm I went to this location to get my battery tested and if I needed a new one. They came out and tested it and told me I had a bad battery so I went in bought a new one at over 200 bucks which in it self is more than what the dealer charges for a battery and installation. I went out and truck started fine and it was fine for my hole trip which was over 1300 miles in 2 days. So I was lied too about my battery being bad. Only reason I know is cause they said they couldn t install the battery for some odd ball reason so I kept the new as a spare for the trip but never needed it.Today I took my car up to the dealer to check the battery, the battery is fine and working, only thing wrong is the thermal cable was slightly lose causing hard starts once and a while. I don t know where they got the ideal that the battery was done for, meaning I was lied to so I would buy a overpriced battery from them.

Went in with a friend to get sum parts for his truck and the guy that was helping us acted like he hated his job and didn't want to help at all before he helped he just stared and smoking his vape in 1 of the iles

Took rotors in to have them turned. After about 4 hrs they were finally ready. Took them home husband placed them and it was worst experience ever! My car has never bounced so much. Later found out that the rotors are composite and should never been turned. You would think O'Reilly would have known that and told us beforehand. Now 250.00 later after buying new rotors and the cost of having the old ones turned , it's finally safe to drive. Not happy at all with O'Reilly! You should have known better!!

These people are wonderful for help amd service. They treat you with total respect and care and are there to give their full time and service. I had never been there before and had broken down on the road. They came to my rescue and had a Customer that volunteered his time and came to get me. Thank you Jeff and Jack for your help

O'Reilly's is just wonderful I would go there sometimes just to go there very knowledgeable staff Pleasant and very helpful and the place is just immaculate you could eat off the floor but I suggest you don't do that unless you're really hungry and you don't have any other place to eat

A lady with dark hair was very very rude she act as if i had no right to ask questions about transmission issues. I don't remember her name she was Hispanic. Maybe you could re train her so she knows the customer always comes first , i was being respectful . All customers she be treated as they are welcomed in the store.

I came in tonight, in the dark, rain and wind, to get the correct bulb for my headlight. As another employee had sold me the incorrect one, one can imagine my mood wasn t very pleasant. Enter Carter. Not only did this young get the bulb situation corrected, but noticed that my high beam bulb was also going out, when he came outside to replace the first. This amazing human being, stood in the rain, wind and dark, and replaced both of my headlight bulbs. He was so kind, and so patient. O Reily s need an entire store of Carter s !!! I sincerely hope he is recognized for going WAY above and beyond!

The Shelbyville store is by far the best one I've been to in a long time. The staff are friendly and willing to help, but not pushy or rude when I spend a while browsing the aisles. Great selection of LED toggles Vs my local parts stores.

Had a unique situation with an alternator I purchased in another state. Both Asst Managers well exceeded my expectation for customer service.I always go to Oreilley's because I have never had a problem with them.

Ive noticed that if you dont get a specific part number from their website you will be given a more expensive than necessary part but once ye find out to get the specific part numbers i havent had a single problem from them and i usually have oreilly for my go to parts place

Typical store. Never had any problems with the parts I bought there. The prices are the highest compared to the three main chains in town. Only use as a last resort if no one else has what I need and I really need it now.

Takes forever to checkout,good selection but dam! I dread waiting in line! They are Slower than slow! N have a very antiquated computer system ,so take half the afternoon to check out 4 peeps ,only step foot in there ,if you really have to,get a part Nobody Else! Has!

Great people but do not know anything about vehicles. Told me wrong oil for my brand new truck and almost destroyed my engine luckily I had an actually mechanic catch the issue.
