I don t think I could have found a better experience with another dealer. Nathan made this process very quick and easy. Nathan and Chad were incredibly helpful in every aspect from beginning to end and delivered on every promise. Thank you both so much. I will be telling all of my friends and family to come to them. Also, I live in Nashville and it is worth the drive over closer dealerships.

Me and my fiance bought a 2021 f150 through Ken Smith at Newton and had an amazing experience. Right off the bat he wanted to know everything we were looking for and was incredibly knowledgeable. He helped us get to the exact number we were looking to spend and made sure we could go home with that exact truck the same day! Would definitely buy from him again and is going to recommend him to others!

Nothing but the very best customer and personal service anyone can ask for.Service department was able to quickly accommodate us as we had a roadside emergency while traveling. Rather than taking advantage of our position, they had the problem quickly diagnosed, fixed and on our way again in no time. Speaking with other locals waiting on their cars in service also showed how THIS is the place to get service.Thank you Eric and the entire service department team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I've had my 2013 F250 down to the service center twice now and both times I had an absolutely AMAZING experience. Josh is fantastic! He is super easy to coordinate with for an appointment and is so patient in answering all of my questions. Even when we had a minor hiccup after one service appointment, he took the truck back again and had everything double checked for me. I believe it was Carlos who was working on my truck and he was also extremely professional and I can't say enough about how prompt and clean he is in his work. Lastly I want to give a quick thanks to the shuttle driver, he makes the whole operation a lot less of a hassle to come and go for my longer appointments! These 3 gentlemen deserve a raise but I appreciate the whole team at Newton Ford. Everyone is always so friendly and I would highly recommend working with this location. I look forward to doing business in the future!

Newton Ford South Sales and Service Department go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. I was very hesitant to go to Newton and purchase a vehicle, however with a strong recommendation from a neighbor I decided to take a chance. I found a with the help of salesman Clay. He was very informative and provided outstanding help. He answered all questions and even went in depth in the details to insure I understood all options. The purchase price was established to my liking with the help of Josh (General Sales Manager) and Clay. One of the most important items (360 view) I wanted to have on the car was not there. I returned the next day and talked to Josh concerning this missing item. He said he would look into it and get back with me. He did exactly what he said and now I have the 360 view cameras. I appreciate all the effort that he put into making the purchase correct and ended up with an extremely satisfied customer. I will recommend this dealership to all! I would like to give thanks to the Business Manager, James, who made the financial end of this process flow as smooth I've encountered with an auto purchase. He was very easy to understand and explained everything to so that I could understand all aspects of the process and purchase easily. Thanks to all for making this process an exceptional experience!! A job well done!!

After speaking to the Ford dealer closest to our home in Murfreesboro, TN I was pretty frustrated to learn I would need to leave my vehicle at the dealer for at least 3-4 weeks to be diagnosed for repairs covered under powertrain warranty! I was told they didn't offer loaners for service and that they were too short-staffed to offer any meaningful help! I started calling every Ford dealership within 50 miles and after speaking to the service advisor at Newton Ford I was immediately impressed with the difference in the level of customer care and professionalism I got- even on the phone! I was told I could drop the vehicle off over the weekend and that they would look at it on Monday to determine next steps. I got a call mid-day on Monday with the plan for the needed repairs and an estimated timeline to finish the work. Our service advisor Joshua Sartin stayed in constant communication to let us know the status of our repairs and they even finished the work a few days earlier than originally anticipated! We have another vehicle being serviced here now, and will continue to take our cars to this dealership! If you live anywhere near Newton Ford do yourself a favor and take your business to them! You won't be disappointed! I want to sincerely thank Joshua and the service team at Newton Ford for an outstanding job and for creating an exceptional customer experience! You guys truly stand out amongst your peers!

The staff made it easy to come to an agreement on price and were very efficient about moving through the process. Chase, Carly and James were courteous and friendly, Chase even assisted with the removal of the top of my wife s new Ford Bronco! . I just bought a car from Newton Ford South. It was a great experience. Starting with Nathan Wheaton who was my salesman who was very professional, not pushy but very helpful. Lisa Cook, Ian L.ocker, Chad Jahary made this experience a good one each in their own domain. Everyone, including the service department was very helpful. I had lost my confidence in dealerships, but now I have Newton as my new dealership. I will have to drive an hour, but it is worth it.

After having a bad experience with our Ford Escape the Newton Staff worked well together to try to take care of us as long time buyers and regular service customers. Eric, the service manager, did all he could to minimize the impact of the design failure of Ford in its Escape transmission. One of the options was he would present our situation to Chase, the sales manager. Chase meet with us and we identified a vehicle in the used inventory we were interested in as a replacement. Chase had us work with Ian to test the car and when we agreed it would be viable option Chase provided the best deal on the vehicle and value for the old escape. Ian then did a great job of making sure all the necessary paperwork was completed timely and worked with us to meet our schedule for signing the paperwork and exchanging things between vehicles. It was great team work by the Newton ford team that turned a Ford Motor Company failure into at least a workable solution for us. Thanks to all three Newton employees that truly cared and took care of the customer.

I walked into Newton Ford South without any expectations. I was in no rush to purchase a vehicle. I had been in contact with salesman, Ken Smith. Within minutes of discussing what I was interested in, he was able to provide me with some of their inventory that matched what I was looking for. He did not pressure me into anything. He made the process as smooth as possible and stress free!! He worked with me on a trade-in & met my financial requirements. I ve been purchasing personal vehicles for over 15 years now & this was by far the best experience I ve ever had. Mr. Smith is a very patient gentleman and not like your typical, pushy salesman. I am now the proud owner of a Nissan Rogue. I highly recommend Newton Ford South. Ask for Ken Smith!

Please do not use this dealership. It was a horrible experience. My 75 year old mother needed a vehicle and they had Nissan Kicks she was interested in. So I called a day prior and spoke with a salesman named Alex. I told him on the phone that my mother was paying for the vehicle in full and had a set limit of 21k, so I ask him will 21k get it. He says "We will make this deal even if we lose money, we want your business, your service, you'll recommend us to other people." He seemed so honest and sincere eventhough he's a car salesman. Well I drive my mom there 45 minutes away and she's handicapped so she doesn't get around very well. He even held my mama's hand to assist her walking. (Seems like a great guy)We get there go for a test drive and now it's time to do the numbers. Which I don't know why when I've told you she's spending 21k firm, so we will leave a deposit since it's a weekend and wire the rest on Monday. Well Alex then comes the typical sleezeball salesman, he had NO INTENTIONS on selling us that specific car for 21k. They began to ask if she wanted another car like a Buick or an Altima. Absolutely not! So they basically just wanted to get us down there and sell us something else just to get the money, I can only imagine how they would've taken advantage of my 75 year old mom if I wasn't there. So when I called Alex out about him telling me "We're going to get this deal done.....etc."He looks at me and says "I never said that !" basically calling me a liar so the conflict starts and I tell my mom to get up and let's go. Then he manager comes outside to Chad and he comes outside with some piece of paper with numbers on it trying to explain and I just told him to stop talking because I had been lied to and didn't appreciate it. Then I told him I worked at 4 dealerships ALL salesmen lie to some extent and he says he's never lied as a salesman LOL really. Now I understand the deal couldn't be made which we get but be honest enough to tell me over the phone before that we can not sell you that vehicle for 21k and we would've gone elsewhere. So don't go to Newton Ford and if you do be cautious of Alex and if you speak to them by phone please please record the conversation.I will say this if you do need a new vehicle come to Benton Nissan, we came down here right after we left Newton Ford. Annalise was great and within a couple hours my mother has her Nissan Kicks and they are delivering it Monday and even kept it at 21k.

I was a long time customer who trusted Lisa, our salesperson. We looked at a Maverick on the lot. Lisa said they had come down $3K from sticker price. Inside we were told no, it was what sticker price said. First lie. Went downhill from there. My fault for not running out of there. A once customer friendly establishment that I trusted is now a cut throat, only care about money dealership. I will never do business there again!

Newton Ford did a good job getting me taken care of. I would ve liked to have known that the lettering on my new tires that the dealership ordered would be black instead of white, especially before I was already at the dealership with my truck on the rack with all four wheels/tires removed before learning that the lettering was black. I m living with them though, and they re great tires, but they're unfortunately not as quiet on the highway as I had hoped since I purchased 4 each of the same brand, size and type of tires (Goodyear Wrangler Kevlar) that came with my brand new 2020 Ford F-150 Lariat truck when I bought it.

After not being able to get an order in at 2 different ford dealers in Chattanooga, two times when bronco order banks opened (even though i called regularly; i could not get one). I reached out to 16 dealers in a 200 mile radius of Chattanooga and the only person who didnt want to sell me a bronco without a premium and try to get me an order when the banks opened was Newton Ford South specifically Ken Smith. My salesman, Clay Smith, was the consummate professional throughout the entire car buying experience. From initial contact in response to my internet query, to obtaining and conveying the most up-to-date information regarding the status of shipping for the Mustang Dark Horse, handling the pricing quote, and arranging for pick up and delivery of my new car, there was not a single aspect of the process where Clay did not excel. He was extremely friendly, forthright, and genuine at every step.

I went in yesterday to see what I could do with a trade in and get a new car. Dillion greeted us as soon as we walked in and we started talking. We test drove a couple of cars and decided on one. He was so helpful with picking out a car and the whole team was just great. I was kinda in a time crunch and they worked as fast as they could. James in finance was great as well. We had a great experience with Newton Ford South! No BS from them, a fair deal on our trade in, and they even worked to get us through the process quickly as we had run into a childcare issue requiring us to leave sooner than expected. Once we were finished and ready to leave, they asked us about our favorite school and said they were donating $100 to the school we choose (I think that was something they were doing in July)! How awesome is that.

I purchased a vehicle (Fusion) 3 years ago and had some issues with the car. Dealer purchased it back from me. I spoke with a manager today, and he followed up to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent truck buying experience here today. Wendy, Aaron, Alex, Charles, and the service team were all terrific. Everyone was super accommodating during the sales process, they allowed me to borrow a car to drive to lunch, and I was able to use a desk to work while accessories were installed on my new truck. We were so pleased with our experience tonight! Our salesman Thomas Young was amazing! During our test drive the school called and we needed to pick our 3 children up immediately (missed the bus). He was happy to ride with us in the car we we're testing! He also kept them entertained while we completed all paperwork! This was really a great experience all around. Even if I would not have left with a vehicle today, I would be leaving a nice review! Hope to do business with you again soon!
