Had a great experience here! Kevin was honest, no-nonsense, and gave us a great deal on a 2013 Subaru. He also referred us to a credit union that helped us get our car in a pinch. I would highly recommend this lot!

Purchased an 09 Saturn Vue 7 years ago for $6k and it s still running pretty strong, I ve put 120k miles on it with recent 2nd set of new tires & breaks. If they knew how well this car has done they would ve charged a lot more!(Previously my parents bought me a $5k 95 dodge here but I sent that pretty significantly into a tree lol but I came out with only seatbelt burn so again, great buy.)I ve replaced minor nonessential things like tire sensors & washer pumps/motors that are common issues with my model. I ve replaced the battery 2x but this 2nd time it didn t fix the issue so I had to tow it to the shop for the first time today currently working on what the problem is which is Still cheaper than buying a new car! I ve never talked trash about this car and am going to drive it into the ground! Great car and when I can t fix this car anymore, I ll be back to Mike s!

Purchased a minivan at a very good price, I shopped around and this was the best deal I found. Kevin was great to work with. We discussed a price on the phone, the van was as advertised and I drove off without paying a cent more than what he said over the phone. Van drives great.

I was looking for a very specific low mileage Jeep and I found it at Mikes. I m 12+ hours away in Wisconsin. I called and spoke with Kevin about the Jeep, explaining that because of the distance I want everything disclosed before I made the trip. We negotiated a price over the phone and I booked a flight. Kevin described the Jeep EXACTLY as it was. I wired the money, and within a couple hours we made the drive home.The experience with Kevin and Mikes auto couldn t have gone smoother, very pleased with the purchase.

If you are in the market for a used car make the drive to Mike s Auto Sales in Shelbyville Tennessee!!! After months of trying to find a used Camaro for our daughter we found this dealership. With us being 2 1/2 hours away we made several calls and Kevin was happy to answer them all. We were shocked upon arrival to find the pictures were not Photo Shopped but exactly the way the car appeared!!! He made us feel like family and was very pleasant to deal with. We purchased a 2007 Tahoe from Mike's Auto Sales last year. Two days after the purchase the water pump went out in the middle of the road. They hesitated taking the truck back to fix it because it was sold "as-is" but they did, reluctantly. Now we are trying to renew the tags on the truck (we simply had tags transferred last time) it was not able to pass emissions. Low and behold the check engine light was blown so who knows how long it had actually been on. After sinking another $2,500 into the truck to get the knock sensors, catalytic converter, and intake gaskets replaced it still failed emissions. We pulled the dash out to look instrument cluster (where the check engine light is) and found it had been replaced by a SALVAGE YARD! So now we will have to replace the entire cluster costing an additional $400-$500 just for the part - not including labor.Please know we understand this was a used vehicle and with that we expected to have to fix some things here and there. But to have not been told of the work that had been previously done and told that it was a running, well working vehicle, and the check engine light was not on was obviously misleading to obtain the sale. For all we know this owner knew of the issues the car had and was just trying to get it off the lot at the cost of the customer.I would NOT recommend buying a car from Mike's. Please do yourself a favor and look else where.*Updated: Only weeks after the repairs above were completed, the transmission started going out. We are now almost $5,000 into repairs not even a year after buying the vehicle.

Great price, great car, awesome after sale service! Kevin B went above and beyond what was required. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from him. The first one was purchased almost 10 years ago. It was a great car when I bought it and my daughter still drives it today. There's no reason to go anywhere else. Honesty and integrity is hard to find these days but you see it every day at Mike's Auto Sales!Thanks again Kevin

We've been looking for another Chevy equinox for the past month so naturally I've had tons of dealership ads pop up in my Facebook feed. Mike's auto sales being one that I clicked on. They had pretty good reviews online. The equinox they had checked all the boxes for things I was looking for. I think the man's name was Kevin. Super friendly right from the start. Told him what we wanted to test drive and he just gave us the key! He made the process super easy and we purchased the vehicle within 2 hours after arriving there. Great place! Definitely recommend!

Kevin went above and beyond helping us with a vehicle. He was a great salesman but wasn't pushy at all and cared about us as people not just trying to sell us a vehicle. He has stayed in touch with us and followed up often. He's a great car man but an even better person.

I found this dealership online, and took the drive to look at a 2015 Yukon. I had been looking for quite a while for one of these, and this looked to be a nice one. I knew this was a used car lot and was hoping for the best as it was a 3 and a Half hour drive. This vehicle far exceeded my expectations, the personnel was great to deal with, and I took it home. It s been a good vehicle and I highly recommend checking them out.

Me and my wife bought a 2011 Dodge Charger R/T. I has spoke to Kevin only by phone as we live almost 2hrs away and he told me about the car and other than the pics on the site I had no clue about the car but took his word on what we were interested in and bought it without ever seeing in person or driving it and Kevin couldn't have been more honest. We drove down to take possession and were all blown away!! Kevin is a straight shooter and no nonsense guy and that's what you want when making a big purchase! Car is great and got a hell of a deal on it!! We all couldn't be more pleased with it and we will be back in the future!! Thanks for everything guys!!!!!

This dealership is the absolute worst!! They will sale you a car that they know will drain you of money.. (oil leak, engine issues,rust, old tires disguised as new tires) The Dealer told me they purchased vehicles that the Stan McNabb dealership won't sale... I was told this after purchasing. So yes they are nice but not honest.. if you decide to buy from this dealership get you the finest of combs with a mechanic and thoroughly inspect the vehicle..... Or just go to a reputable dealership and don't waste your time.

My experience with mikes auto sales was not very good. I drove 9 hours to get there and seen the truck sitting out there so I started looking it over. Kevin came out and said take it for a drive and walked away which I was okay with. He was giving me time to check it out. I was told over the phone this truck was in great shape no rust dents it's all good. After looking over it bumper dented in both bed corners dented from a goose neck dropping on it, heated seats open circuit, power seat didn't work, exhaust brake not working, a/c don't work, seen coolant leaning, DVD player dont work and the clutch felt funny. I tried to talk to Kevin about these issues after 30 minutes of waiting and he did not care that I drove 9 hours and was ready to buy that day because he had another person that he has been working with for weeks and told me he had sh** to do and walked away. I decided to take it since it was the only one in the nation that was black with all my search options I was looking for. His attitude changed once he had the check in hand. 34k truck that I just had to do 3k in work this week to it, 1 month after buying it. Just be careful buying the vehicle, they get soaked in armor all and a quick wash to make them look nice but not checked over well at all. Would not buy another one from there.

Not a good way to run a business for sure i drove about 30 miles to look at a truck and get there and the dash was lit up like a Christmas tree,abs light brake light and coolant light were all on and I called a day before and let Kevin know I was coming to check it out, he said they buy them at the auction and bring them back clean them and put them on the lot they do not check anything mechanical just clean and put them out to sale not sure how How they even stay in business

Husband and I drove over 2 hrs to look at a Truck advertised by Mike's Auto. Kevin was very upfront and honest about the truck. He advised us to think on the deal, and to compare the truck on their lot with a second truck we had viewed online a short distance from them. Honesty goes a long way, and we returned to purchase the truck from Mike's Auto Sales. Quick and easy to work with, not pushy, and a friendly atmosphere.I would recommend Mike's Auto to anyone looking for a used vehicle. I should add, they also worked with us on a the price to better fit our budget. My husband Kenneth and I hope to do business again with them in the future.

We got a great car and a great price. This was the best detailed used car I've ever purchased. Clean as a whistle inside and out, nice wax job, and he even put a special cabin air filter in. He was very gracious and even gave my wife a nice mum when she picked up the vehicle.

We bought a car from them about 3 years ago.it did what the dealer said it would do.we were very pleased with it.I am not downing used car dealers. 2 - 3 family members got used and not told the truth.but Mikes Auto Sales and did rightwith us and we would go back if needed.

Recently bought a vehicle from him, test drove several before I decided. Kevin was very open about the vehicles and where they got them and who drove them prior to purchasing. Very straight forward on price and we were able to make a deal. They will do all the paperwork no matter which county your in. We were done within 5 minutes of making deal.

Drove 2 hours from Elizabethtown, KY to do business with these guys and would do it again tomorrow! Very cut and dry, no smoke and mirrors good honest business men doing good honest business. Even called me after hours, while checking cattle to follow up on a missed message from hours before!!

I found a 2006 Toyota Sequoia for sale on Craigslist offered by Mike's Auto Sales. I called and spoke to Kevin who advised that the vehicle I was interested in had been taken to the auction lot and would be sold in the next couple of hours. I was driving more than an hour to take a look at the truck and he was happy to have someone go get it and bring it back to the lot for me to see. This car lot specializes in SUV's and full size trucks. The vehicles were clean and appeared to be well maintained. I found Kevin to be personable and very trusting. We took the truck for a test drive without him so much as asking for a copy of our IDs. I took the truck to a local mechanic in Shelbyville who checked out the truck and said it was one of the cleaner 2006 models he's seen. Kevin worked with me on the price and was overall enjoyable to do business with. I highly recommend him and hope to buy from him again.

If I could give Mikes Auto Sales a 0 Star Rating I would. As the other reviews state, this is the most unprofessional place I have ever tried to do business with. The salesperson was rude, disrespectful, and had an "I don't care about anything" attitude. This is definitely a BUYER BEWARE establishment. I have no idea how this place stays in business....I read your response to my review and find it comical. BUYERS READ THE REVIEWS...

Husband and i Made the drive and purchased a 2008 GMC Duramax crew cab and had a pleasant experience. The phone call before trip was short and to the point from dealer but really nice after you meet. The fastest truck buying experience ever. Will keep them in mind again in furture.
