They did such an amazing job. Our car was finished 3 days earlier than promised and just look at these pictures! Customer service was amazing and our car drives better than new!

Service was top notch. From the ease of getting an estimate, professionalism of staff, rental car pickup and return to my vehicle being ready days ahead of schedule and the cleanliness of the facility. Great experience, highly recommend!

The staff was amazing. I truly felt cared about. All my concerns were addressed. Hank was so professional while dealing with the progressive, Terri answered all my questions and greeted me with a friendly smile some how making me feel like family while remaining professional and kind, Mrs. Fran was thorough with my estimate and made sure I completely understand what we were looking at. I will definitely use Joe Hudson's in the future with this gold star service.

I do not recommend these people. My friend had a wreck, the insurance company had their vehicle towed here. It took them 4 weeks to fix it, each week saying they would be finished the next week. One week the reason it wasn't ready, they had to get all the glass cleaned out. Which they did not do. They had a yeti cup, that was not returned as well. I was very upset for my friend.

This is what we started with, from a hit and run at a gas station in Kansas City, while pumping gas.The repair entailed an entire new bumper and work on the hood of the truck. Joe Hudson did an outstanding job of making our car look like new.They managed all the transactions with the rental car and finished a d as y ahead of schedule.This kind of work and customer service will get my return business and recommendations everytime.

Only reason I gave this review two stars was because the body work came out looking very well. The lack of professionalism I experienced makes me wish I could leave none. Throughout the whole process I was not kept up to date with what was going on with my vehicle. The dates I was given for my car to be finished kept getting pushed back. That s not what upsets me. I understand things happen and not everything goes as planned. But the lack of communication is what truly annoys me. I had to keep calling them on the due dates they would give to just verify if my vehicle was even done. I had a rental at this time that I needed to return, only to find out on the same day that no, they would need to keep my car longer. Luckily State Farm was able to continuously keep extending my time with my rental. Finally when they finished they called me an hour before they closed on a Friday. Not sure if they were just annoyed that I actually kept up with what was going on with my car they finally just decided to give it back or what. But the inside was extremely dirty. So much dust from the prepping phase. My black leather seats looked white. It was so caked up on the dashboard and all the trim. This is the car where my kids ride in which really upset me. Not only was it dirty but they didn t even bother to put up the trunk liner correctly on. I was missing multiple clips that I then had to purchase. Multiple scotch pads and sanding pads where left inside my vehicle. After the headache I had already experienced trying to figure out what was going on while it was getting worked on. To receiving a very dirty vehicle that took away from the job they did with the body. Left me completely unsatisfied with the work they did. Honestly save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. I would not recommend this place, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would like to recommend Joe Hudson Collision Center in Shelbyville TN. The staff is very friendly and professional. They do excellent work. If I could give this place a -0 I would. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS AND TREAD WITH CAUTION. I decided to use this business due to it being closer to my home and I would have drove 6567 miles before using this company ever again. First thing first my vehicle has been at this establishment for over 3 weeks at this point and for the first two weeks I was consistently told the exact same thing when I called to check the status. I still have not gotten my vehicle. My back door hatch had to be replaced after a whole week of being told they could fix it easily. That was still okay as long as it got fixed so I could get back into my vehicle. It s 2 1/2 weeks later and was told yesterday the hatch was being painted and that I could pick my vehicle up today just for me to call and Terry (the secretary) hang upIn my face due to me simply saying I was told yesterday my vehicleWould be ready for pickup. She said that she laid the phone down because she didn t have to deal with that and refuses to answer the phone so I am able to see about my vehicles new estimated pickup date. Don t walk RUNNNNNN away from here!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Took my car here last year after my car was hit. After telling me what the repairs would consist of and keeping my car for over a month, I now find myself searching for another bodyshop because of the cheap fix they did. The body part that they fixed has split and coming apart and rusting and bumper skin coming off. Oh, let's not forget about the (flip) key they broke also. I would not recommend this business to anyone and hope their rating will not fool you as it did me. RUN!!!!!!!!

I did a paint swap with my mini barn. Stopped by the Shelbyville Tn store to see what it would cost me to fix it!! The lady that does the estimates came out to look, went back inside, came out with a polish and got 99% of the paint off in 3 minutes. She just saved me several hundred dollars!!! Another place was going to charge $500 to take the bumper of and repaint it. Didn t even say anything about buffing it out to see what was under the mini barn paint!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My 78 year old mom took her car was in for body damage(dented in driver side door).They had her bring it down a day earlier than scheduled so naturally we thought they would go ahead and work on it..she gets her rental then 8 working days later, not ready. Over the next week and a half, two different people gave her two different pick up dates. A third person tells her (after she tells off the second person and they hang up on her) they haven t even started on it yet. She calls her insurance company (State Farm) and everything magically changes and they actually start working on it. Question is: if they didn t have time to fix it why bother having her bring it in a day early? It was drivable, she could have waited to bring it in when they actually had time to do it.Her rental ended up being $1400. Her insurance paid only $1000 which left her paying the rest.So no I would most definitely not recommend them for anything. Service: Body & Trim

The only person I talked to was the front desk lady and she was extremely nice and I liked it there. But I was told I'd have my estimate the next day but I didn't get it for a week pretty much but I didn't mind that part. I have an older truck and they did not seem interested in trying to fix it, the rocker panel was dented in but not terrible and they told insurance there could be alot of unexpected issues with it thst would put it over the amount the insurance would fix for it so insurance told me it was a total loss but I'm just going to get the money from insurance and fix it my self which won't be as hard as they make it out to be. My recommendation is dont come here if insurance isn't making for it.

I came into the shop to have my headlights cleaned, you know that ugly film that gets all over your headlights and makes it hard to see at night, not to mention the way it makes your car look. Fran, Wayne and everyone at the shop was very friendly and efficient. My headlights look awesome and they even washed my car. I highly recommend Cascade Quality Collision Center. Thank you for the great job you did on my car!!

I cannot praise Joe Hudson s repair enough! I had totaled my car and didn t know which way to turn. Frannie was awesome she may handle the front desk but she knows her stuff! She helped me navigate on what needed to be done. While waiting for word on my car s damages, she handled all the paperwork and called for me to get a rental. She drove me personally to Enterprise to pick it up. Who does that anymore? ( I doubt Frannie is getting paid near what she s worth !)Justin and Bubba were also great! They explained in detail all the answers to my questions. If you want a company that treats you like personal family this is the place for you.I have called Frannie several times for service I needed and not knowing who to call. She was spot on every time. You can trust this company to treat you right. You rarely get this kind of personalized treatment anymore. These people don t do this job for a paycheck. They do it because they care. They have a conscience and that says it all.

I would highly recommend Cascade Collision Center to anyone needing repair work. Not only are they polite and friendly beyond belief but they did an awesome job fixing my car. They made sure that I got new parts not used and guarantee their work. Great work and great Christian people

Sent my car into Cascade Collision after an accident that caused both cosmetic and physical damage to my car. When I got the car back, the ins and out were like I had bought the car fresh off the lot. Believe it or not, it even seemed to sound and function better than it did before the accident! Top quality work from kind, courteous, professional locals who know what they're doing and do it VERY well. Extremely impressed. Will definitely recommend to others. Thanks again guys!

I really recommend the Center in Shelbyville TN! They are the kindest, most helpful people! They really go above and beyond to explain everything to you to make sure you understand the repairs. (I know nothing about cars. The manager was so gracious and patient answering my questions multiple times.) And the lady at the desk makes the best coffee haha :) She was so kind making me feel welcome, even though I didn't know what I was doing!
