Details are to much to provide at this time but, I can say once youhave seen another shop service you can't get a more personal experience with another shop that is honest with you like Drew is

Everyone is very nice and I've only had good experiences here. They can usually fix the issues in a day and the receptionist is fantastic with updates. Also I couldn't figure out how to put my key fob back together after changing the battery, and they fixed it without me asking, which meant a lot. :) They really care about people here.

Drew Taylor and his team are great. I cannot recommend them enough! I especially appreciate his respectful and honest approach especially as a woman. He s very clear and upfront. They are the best shop in shelbyville! If you want a honest and up front team this is the place you want to go. You can't best their prices and great customer service; also their ability to fix your vehicle the right way the first time thats always a plus! Thanks Drew's Total Auto Care for all the hard work!

They did a great job with replacing my shocks and had it done before I was off work! This is a big deal since it was a bigger ordeal than expected.

Son's car threw a rod. Drew replaced the engine with a used one. Explained all charges and warranty information. A few days later it broke down. Towed it back and was checked out. Drew did not charge labor or anything to replace the new (used) engine and did more due diligence in checking this engine which had the same amount of mileage as the original engine. He also checked the catalytic converter to make sure it was not damaged from the original engine or the one that was used in the replacement. 2nd replacement engine has been running well.I appreciate Drew, and his mechanics, taking the time to give us peace of mind. I will definitely have Drew work on my car's in the future, if I can't do it myself. We would have not even met Drew had the other mechanic in town, next to Aaron's, done the job correctly the first time.

Drews is the only place in town that i will take my car to for any repair! Very nice people! I would recommend them to anyone! Drew really cares!

Didn't finish work, had to redo, said wasn't his fault, charged me, then broke something that wasn't broke when I took it to him. Knowingly didn't fix the alternator, after it messed up when he didn't finish the first time. Put a battery in and didn't say anything. Never again.
