Came in for an exhaust clamp the other day for something I was working on i had two people come right to me offered to help they got me fixed right up always good service and always respectful anytime I ve ever been in for anything

I honestly felt Discriminated, Dishonest, Cruel & Unfair. I honestly felt Hopeless & not Helpful or resourceful to my situation. Like if I didn t matter because of my Race. Both of the ladies working there Savannah & The Manager. They were both really rude & misguide me information. Which I thought it was an unfair. I don t seem to understand. All I was wanting was my refund. Which my refund was $71.33 I paid $80 in cash & $57.15 on a DEBIT card. I specifically requested in a nicely manner if I could get cash back. They said no . Then I politely asked if I could get half cash & the half back in my DEBIT card. They said no . They only gave me $14.18 in cash back. The thing is that it wouldn t have mattered to me if I didn t need the money at that moment. But I had to drive to Decatur, so I was really looking forward to that refund in cash since I know that If they return it to the card it would take a couple of days. I felt discriminated and hopeless because I tried to explain them my situation. I have done many refunds from different locations. Never have I ran into this problem before. My dad is a mechanic and he goes there ALL the time. Legit ALL the time. We love AutoZone! I have been going to Autozone s since I was seven & that is at different locations. It s an Awesome Place. Prices are decent & customer service, really rocks! But some how those two ladies were very unhelpful and I didn t seem to care, I just don t understand why. I also called Autozone From lewisburg. Requesting the same thing I asked Autozone from Shelbyville & they had no problem giving me cash back. I asked for there names because they were giving me a really hard time & they refused to give me that information. Then I asked if they had a number I can call regarding my Situation. She said there is no number . And that was the manager! It really left me Speechless. It was an unpleasant situation, inadequate, & incorrect service nobody has to go through the same issue that I went through, just for a Refund. I hope you guys Understand my Situation & where I m coming from. I m Hoping you guys can do something regarding the situation. I truly Appreciate your Time & Attention.

I have always gone into the store knowing that my needs will be met! My windshield wipers had to be replaced TODAY. I went in, bought the blades, and the man who helped me with my purchase changed both the front and the rear wiper blades for me. I am pretty short, and his demeanor was friendly and helpful to me.

I stopped in at 9am after just coming off a 12 hour shift, I was extremely frustrated because my car was giving me trouble and I wasn t exactly sure what to do. Brandy looked past my hateful attitude and asked me if I needed help, I told her if she could, that would be fantastic. She went above and beyond to help me. She was outside with me until around 11:45am trying to help me fix the minor issue that was causing so much trouble. It was raining and extremely hot that day and she never complained. She continuously ran back and forth trying to find parts or tools we needed. She even kept looking for a part I needed hours after I left and reached out to me after she found what it was. We were out there cutting up and just having a good time and she definitely flipped my mood around. She was absolutely amazing. If you ever stop by this location and need excellent service, ask for Brandy. She s outstanding!

I came in today to pick up some windshield wipers and was absolutely disturbed at the language the lady working behind the counter was using in front of customers. I went to pay for the merchandise and the two men working were joking around and basically rough housing while I was waiting to be checked out. I haven t seen such an unprofessional group of employees in quite some time. Very disturbing and I expect at least some decency and some professionalism

Normally I have a good experience here. This time I ordered a part and the lady I spoke with assured me that she was correct and I must be mistaken when I raised my concern about it being a part for a 2wd and not awd vehicle. I ended up being correct and had to go to a different store and order the correct part.

The guys that work here are always super helpful. They have gotten my part order wrong in the past. That's why I can't rate a complete 5. But the last time I was there the guy that helped us was great.

Was very busy. Staff quickly looked up type of oil and amount we need. We had to go search it out. There were three open lines of 3 or more people. Two more were opened as we were in line which helped us out quicker.

Most unprofessional place I've ever been to they don't respect their customers I went there 1 time 1 of the employees tried to fight me And they always hand out wrong parts thay are the worst people iv seen iv never seen this much bad customer support we own a shop behind Walgreens and if any customers comes in with a autozone part I well not touch there car unless thay take it back and go to a defrint parts place because everything I get from them is wrong

The service could be better. Obviously, I expect the person helping me to know more about vehicle parts than I do but I also expect them to be able to interpret the communication regarding such parts.

Have to consistanly return for the right part after buying it. Just purchased wrench to remove fan clutch. Worked but alittle expensive

Was made to wait 20 minutes before someone acknowledged I was at the counter, needed to test a part and no one out of the 6 people in the store knew how to do it. They told me only the boss knew how to do the test and I would have to come back tomorrow as she had already left for the day. Rude and lazy employees that aren't trained to do the services that AutoZone offers.

Horrible. Ordered a motor online. It was defective, has a warranty on it. But it is impossible to get it resolved. No one returns a call. Been fighting with this for a month. If doing a large purchase save yourself the headache and order elsewhere

I previously had this listed as 3 stars. But after the week I had with trying to find a part for my car, and NO ONE ANYWHERE having it, until I called AutoZone. They showed one in stock, took the time to go check and make sure it was there. And held it for me. I'll be back I'm sure

Very disappointed. Went to get a everything for an oil change. Seen they had a great deal $32 for oil, oil filter, and air filter. Didn't need air filter but got one anyways since it was part of the deal. Finally found everything I need for my car get to cash register and it rings up $60+. Askbthe clerk how is it that high and he went over to the sign in window and said this expired on March 2nd. So for 22 days they was false advertising. I left everything on the counter and went to O'Reilly. I really dislike bait in swap or false advertisements.

I never have a good experience when I come here. I always give them a shot cause we are limited on parts stores around here. This place never has any of the parts on hand. The people that are supposed to be parts professionals 9 times out of a 10 don t even know what U joints are or what a simple sway bar bushing is. Very disappointed.

It's alright, the prices are usually more expensive than other competitors but I'd they have it and the other places don't I come here. I used to come here no matter what but had a few experiences recently where employees try to make me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about. I went in for a part and whe. I told them the name of the part they looked it up and told me it didn't exist. I go to another parts store and tell them the same name and we'll it does exist it pops right up and they have it in stock.

Wonderful service!!! Brandon was very helpful getting the right bulbs and installing them. Stephanie went above and beyond to get me the right parts for my wire harness and ac motor.

Just be sure you get the correct part. I have had to return parts many times because they are just cashier's not mechanics. Have your old part with you and check bolt on pattern and plugs so you don't have to waste your time.

Ordered a part the night before. They guaranteed the part would be here at 8 a.m. the next morning. Went to get it. Was not there got a refund and found same part at O'Reilly's for half the price. Same part. Done with autozone
