We had our truck repaired by Caliber Collision in Seymour Tn and they did a more than excellent job. I can't say enough about them. They kept us informed every step of the way andvour truck was done a couple days before expected.

They handled the repair of my dad s Kia Sorrento. The process was seamless and smooth with constant updates. They actually finished ahead of schedule in the car looked better than when it was driven off the lot last year. We would 1 million times over recommend caliber to anyone needing repairs!!

Amazing service with this company! They were able to get my vehicle repair completed over a week ahead of the estimated time. They keep you updated every step of the way with calls and texts so you are kept in the loop. The staff is extremely professional and friendly! I came back to a super clean vehicle (interior and exterior) and everything was taken care of with my insurance. I just had to pay my deductible and pick up the keys. They also have a good relationship with enterprise so enterprise will pick you up in a rental and pick the car back up from Caliber. It was the smoothest, easiest, absolute best vehicle repair I ve dealt with and will be sending everyone their way! Thank you guys for the AWESOME service!

Outstanding service! They never deviated from anything they told me. They also would contact me 1st to talk about any possible other issues that weren't discussed previously. Not to mention my vehicle was fixed and ready ahead of schedule! Extremely nice staff and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of collision services!

I was treated with courtesy and professionalism for every concern that I had and never felt that I was a bother!! Thoroughly kept updated with the process of ordering parts, schedule of repair, and insurance claim updates.Jacob Stoffle made sure to let me know that my car was important not just to myself but to his team!!Rock collision ripped a hole in my fuel tank.

Have used them twice for collision repair. 1st time a tree fell on my car while driving. Car was totaled. 2nd a raccoon ran in front of me & busted up the front end. Not having good luck with cars but have great luck using Caliber! Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Estimate & repairs done in a timely manner and quality work.

This was an awesome body shop!!! They kept me posted on my cars progress through text messages and did a beautiful job on my Camry. Oh, they even washed and cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. Great staff. Definitely would recommend to anyone

Had my car repaired at Caliber Collision. Got my estimate, ordered parts, gave me a drop off time, text me and kept me up to date on repairs. Called me when complete. Very easy process. Everyone was nice and very helpful. Recommend this place for damages on your vehicle.

I wrecked my car and my insurance company sent me here. This was by far the easiest accident repair I've ever dealt with. They set up the appointment for the car rental company to meet me when I dropped off my car, and I was able to drop the rental there when I picked my car back up. Not only did they do a great job on my car, but they cleaned the interior. That was a nice surprise!

Their work is always with excellence and quality you can actually see and feel the difference that's the experiences I have had in dealing with them. I've never had a complaint I used a few times in the past and using them right here in the future as in the present right now

I was kept fully informed the entire time, the initial estimate was accurate; I was informed that if more damage was discovered it could change, they stayed in contact with my insurance company to make sure I was billed for the correct deductible. The repair was perfect, and the car was cleaner than when I brought it in. I was a little concerned when I noticed the volume of cars that were there, but they were really fast with my repair.Service: Body & Trim

The whole team was very kind and helpful. I got updates and was kept aprised of progress on my vehicle. My car is not even a year old yet, so I was extremely anxious, but Colton was super knowledgeable and friendly. My car looks like it was never hit. This place is awesome. They did great work & had my truck done before the date they it was supposed to be done. They even tried to do a little work on an old scratch. I got my truck back washed better than a carwash does. No water spots, smudges & it was very shiny, like it had a paint job. I wish I new thier secret for a great carwash like this one. I would definitely recommend this place.

The whole staff at Caliber Collision Seymour are AMAZING!! The amount of compassion they show for their customers and their vehicles is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Bridgette is exceptional and truly is the face for Caliber. What a great representation she is for your company with her outstanding customer service. The manager took the time to listen to me and my concerns instead of saying there were too busy like every other place I knew. He is a tall drink of water. The guy who did my inspection kept me updated during the entire process. I always knew how my repairs were coming along. I could go on and on. trust me, look at their reviews. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and empathetic to my plight. My car had been sideswiped by a deer (the entire driver side of my car was banged up, it was awful) and I was really upset over it but they took excellent care of it and texted me every time they were done with another step in the process! Only giving a 4 BECAUSE my car is still in the shop BUT, what an amazing company to work with. Beyond satisfactory work ethics and customer service. I honestly am not sure I ve ever been to a body shop that was as helpful and made my process a little easier due to what I was dealing with due to insurance companies. I am thrilled to give others their business. Due to certain situations I can t elaborate on my situation, but Bridget GETS THE JOB DONE. And Tyler hands down has made my mind calm by reaching out and explaining every detail. Thanks to both of you and the company you are working for. Y all both are extremely great/kind people.
