Josh was super helpful! when we first arrived someone told us he couldn t do anything to help us other than putting air in our tire (we already told him it wasn t holding air) Josh came out and gave us a second opinion and now we re leaving with two new tires! Ask for Josh when you come in!

The nicest and fastest automotive experience I've ever had in my life. Being the clueless Floridians we are, we shredded a tire on the mountains. They had us in and out with a new tire at a reasonable price and back on the road in under thirty minutes. Y'all are lifesavers!

I usually don t like to put 1 star on my reviews but today is definitely necessary , I completely understand the situation with needing employees but not need to be rude , I had an appointment scheduled for tires installation today and a man came to me saying sorry but we can t help you I don t have any appointments registered How could you say something like this without checking first? , I told him please check under my name and he said I don t even have your tires here so I showed him the Walmart app on my phone and he said sorry I can t help you go to customer service, it did not make any sense at all , so I went and check with customer service and my tires were there , came back outside and park on the lines since the man from customer service told me to do that , the old man came to me again and said , I already told you we can t help you out , I was in shock I very angry with this man so I went inside grab my tires and took it somewhere else , horrible service to be hones , I woke up very early driving 40 min for nothing.

Bought tires online, made appt and had them installed. Brought new TPMS sensors to be changed at same time but technicians did not do it. I appreciate TJ trying to make things right and will go back. Service was done in a timely manner but better communication from check in to check out needs to happen.

I took my car in for a oil change never before I did this I always did it myself, the service was great I really appreciate everything they did for me and I highly Recommend to go here

The worst auto center experience I ve ever had. From the lady who checked us in to the gentleman Louis who was rude to me and my wife when we asked about the wait time. TJ seems to be the only saving grace. Walmart please get this auto center some decent staff and train them properly prior to working on people cars. We were there 4 HOURS for 2 tires, I asked for the 2 rear tires to be replaced, they put them on the front. once they got them put on the rear no one reset the tpms sensor which required another conversation with the manager TJ. I would give a 0 out of 5 if it would let me. Be careful using the tire center.

I bought tires from here and paid extra for the lifetime service torotate them every 5k miles. I haven't been able to get a rotation on the tires since I purchased them. They always say they are only working on emergencies. I have been there on 3 separate occasions. Why are they only doing emergencies and what is an emergency? Not one person can tell you why they can't do a regular service of an oil change and a tire rotation at this location. It's wrong to charge someone extra for lifetime tire rotation and never be able to do it. I want my tires rotated, it has been over 10,000 miles and they are wearing pretty badly. Someone Please help me get this done or they can replace my tires because I'm not able to rotate them and they are wearing out with no fault of my own. I think in 3 trips there they should have been able to do it .Services: Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

The man that helped me change my tire was so nice and helpful even though they didn t have the tire I needed. He helped me find where to go to get the tire that I needed and called ahead for me! Huge thumbs up!

I purchased the road hazard when i bought my tires at walmart....let me just say i will never buy tires from there again! You can never get in to get service when you need it! Also, they work like snails! A rotate and balance take 2 hrs!!!!!!! Ridiculous! Never again!

I have always gone to Walmart to get my oil changed. Always good until this last one. I got home and in a day I noticed oil in our driveway. Well long story short, they didn't tighten my oil plug it was finger tight. However not a deal breaker I just tightened it back and will continue my business with them because they have a good crew and people make mistakes.

Good prices on tires. Their road hazard insurance is reasonable and the amount of locations is reassuring if you travel. Their services are limited, but what they do, they do fine.

Honestly, the customer service sucks! I called around 5:00pm today, 6/10/22, about some prices on a couple of tires for my car. At first the man I spoke with was nice, but by the end of the conversation (which I was very nice and polite) he was short and hateful and hung up on me as I was saying thank you for all of your help . Will not be going here for my tires.

I needed 4 tires on my keep and the guy we talked to told us our best bet would be go on line and get tires, guess he didn t want to change my tires, He caused Walmart to loose out the sell of 4 tires , I was not very Happy

I actually never made it over there. However, I had called earlier to ask a question and the gentleman who answered was so kind, and helpful, and generous with his time. I regret that I don't recall his name, but he is a great example for all of us during this busy pre-Christmas season. Thank you Walmart for hiring such a nice guy.

I need a tires and an oil change. I dropped my car off at 3:00 they had it out by 6:30 p.m. on a busy day. They did a great job and everyone was very nice.

My husband and i took my car in to have 4 tires put on. We were last customers of the day so we dropped it off and returned for it. It was dark when we returned about 2 hours later, and the next day I noticed my hood had 2 quarter size dents that were not there before. Management said I could file a claim but most likely nothing will be done since I noticed it a day later. Very disappointed ands will not use again. They are not professional at all and use foul language in front of customers. Don't be an idiot like me this is not your Dad's Walmart anymore!!!!!!

We called the auto center told them we were coming to get 2 new tires. They said it would be 2 hrs. My husband took car and did ticket for 2 tires. Then we decided to go ahead and get all 4. He went to go tell the person at register. They said it won't be a problem they can just add it to ticket. He tells my husband to go tell mechanic. The mechanic says we will have to make new ticket and you will go back behind 6 cars so it will be even longer. Then the head mechanic comes over and says the same thing. You are telling me they just couldn't add 2 more tires and double their money. They were very rude. That's where we do our business and I don't appreciate them treating my husband the way they did

I am giving this tire center the benefit of the doubt, I went there on two consecutive days and was told that the wait was it an excess of four and a half hours on each day. I only saw half a dozen or so cars in front of me. You would be better off to go across the street to Five Oaks Tire Center like I did, Fast Professional Service that cost a little bit more.

We were led to believe that our tire would be replaced within an hour and a half, we waited that long and checked back on it, only to be told it would be at least two more hours.well, you can't hang out for four hours in a Walmart, and as we had to pick up kids soon, we asked if we can use the car to get the kids and retain our place in line. The answer was No. they would restart our wait. So we had to find a way to our hotel and get our other vehicle to continue with our plans. I had called them later to find the car ready for pick up. They had finished it thirty minutes before I called about it and evidently had no plan to let me know it was done. This was about twenty minutes before the Auto center was supposed to close. No telling how it would have gone I hadn't called them. Go elsewhere ismy advice, I know I will. They wouldn't get one star but you can't leave a zero. They were unapologetic and hateful about it.

I would give them five stars, but two hours to get a tire replaced is a tad long. Still it's not like they can do much about being covered up in work on a Saturday. That's just the way it is around here during tourist season.

A month ago I went there for an oil change. By mistake they broke the air filter box and they told me it was like that before. I don t recommend

Always great service and help at the Walmart sevierville location. I suggest getting the hazard insurance on tires well worth the money. I recommend not getting it on electronics especially phones as this is through a third party and can take up to two weeks unless you of course can do without a phone for that amount of time.

Had 2 tires replaced on Monday and realized on Thursday that they replaced the wrong tires! The back tires had wire showing and those were needing the replacement, but they replaced my front tires that were practically new! On the receipt they even put that they replaced the rear tires but did not. Called and they said they would fix it. They did but charged me full price for two new tires! Not even a discount. They even admitted to screwing up and not following instructions from the attendant the first time. Will not be going back.
