I've had some bad experience dealing with the service provided by flagship Dealerships in the past. But my new experience at Volunteer Chevrolet was completely different. I called and set up the appointment and then I told them that my problem was for a recall on my SUV, they fixed my problem at no charge and called me the day after to see if I was satisfied with the job.

My mom and my father who has cancer took their car to trade in on a new vehicle, its obvious to anyone who can see my father isn't well the person who was "helping " them never offered my father shade or even a water and they wound up getting royally screwed by the person taking their Malibu that was fully loaded and sending them off with a truck thats older and in much worse shape with power nothing and made them pay 1000s to boot. So if these are the kind of people who work there that would completely mess over to very honest good people and a sick man in the pursuit of commission...no ty

Ordered a bed cover on Friday still didn't come in by the next Friday. Told us it would be there that Monday.. they couldn't find it.. sorry service

Replaced bearings on right and left front. They don't pack them anymore so had to buy whole assembly on both. Very expensive but necessary.

The service is good usually, but they need to have someone to pick up the phones more at the service area. This has been a issues for awhile.
