Best place in town if u have any tire issue. Good prices also. Actually cares about the customers and their time. Will NOT B.S. You!!! He will make sure your tires are ready to get you back on the road without any issues. Best of all American owned!!

Thank you Ken. Found a nail in the camper tire. Ken is no longer open for tire service. But he didn't turn me away. Fixed me up on the road again. Got a friend for life Thank you the glassco from Alabama. Good people are still out there and he is one of them

I was on vacation with my family and I found a bubble in my tire, since I just got my tires replaced before vacation I knew it was a defective tire and simply needed a replacement tire to make it back to PA so I could get it exchanged at my regular shop. I called right when they opened and they told me to come on down and they'd take a look. I have to say... They absolutely made my morning! Both people running the shop were so friendly and helpful, and their personalities are hilarious! It was the best tire exchange experience I ever had. They even knocked a few bucks off (the prices were cheap in the first place) since they knew I didn't need their "best" tire, just one to make it back home. In all honesty, I'd recommend them just for being good people, but you also won't find a more reasonable shop around either. And to go completely off topic, their dog is adorable LOL. Thank you guys so much for the hospitality and quick service!

This husband and wife team are great! They were very friendly and had us back on the road in no time at all. Knowing we were a little broke he helped us save as much money as we could. We ended up leaving with four good tires for about the price we expected to pay for two! I will definitely be coming back here the next time we need tires!

I showed up not knowing what to expect. Used tire shops usually try to get a dollar for nothing.Not here. Ken and Colleen were the nicest people I've ever done business with. They searched their whole lot for the absolute best tires and a price I couldn't refuse. Didn't take but about 30 minutes and I was on my way home. No place like it. Best rubber and the best prices in three counties.Give em a shout and I'm sure they'll show you the same hospitality they showed me.Thanks guys!

I usually don't give a review on my on all the times but the way I was treated the value, quality and warranty offered is very good. But the customer is the best ever l, they are the friendliest people I've ever met.They didn't took advantage of me since I needed 2 tires replaced.Next time I or a friend needs a good used tire this is the place to come.Thanks guys for the service and awsome attention!

All of the reviews I'v read are 100% accurate! They treated us like family, got me the tires I needed for cheap. They will not not charge you more if you're a tourist, and the tires are of high quality. This was the only place that could find tires for my car on a Saturday evening and they really cheered us up with jokes and their dogs! Heaven sent blessing for sure!

I love to find places like this!! We had a slow leak. He found it right away and fixed it up in no time. They are very friendly and the dogs were also nice. If we need anything else done with our tires whether it's buying new ones or fixing one, we will come back here.

While on vacation we had a bad tire and we were worried , as out of towners, we wouldnt find a reasonably priced place. However Ken and his wife were amazingly friendly and charged a reasonable rate. They had us back on the road feeling safe in no time at all. They also had two very sweet dogs that my daughter loved. We would definitely return here if the need ever arose again.

Got a flat tire on our vacation from Atlanta. They didn't have the exact size we needed in the shop, but not only did they give us one that was as close as they had, they rotated it to the back so that the front-wheel drive would still work correctly and log mileage correctly until we could get back home and get the right size. SUPER affordable price (even with labor) too! HIGHLY recommended!!

Not in business. I arrived at 10:15 am Thursday and called multiple times for no answer. Was just a tire dump off the road.

I ve been coming to this place for years now, they ve had their hands on just about all of my company cars! Well I was ran off the road the other day in my brand new Mercedes, 2 tires were ruined. I ordered a whole new set and they just got here this morning, I ll be seeing y all soon!Folks you really can t beat the customer service you will get from this place, this is one of those needle in a haystack places you just can t find anymore. Don t go to those big corporate tire junk stores! Get the quality and care your car deserves with awesome customer service! Trust me, I don t let just anyone work on a $100,000 car

Owners are really great people, their pricing is good and fair, and the service was fast. Had a tire get a puncture while on vacation and they took care of it. 10/10 would return again.

Husband and wife team plus another worker. Very impressed with the wife. She knew anything about tires. Needed a spare to get our camper home due to a blowout on new tires. Highly recommend.

AWESOME PLACE!!!!!! So happy I stumbled onto them. I don't regularly write reviews on anything, but this place deserves recognition, and we all know word of mouth is the best way to help small businesses. OK, so here's my story. My wife, myself and our 9 and 4 year old sons drove up here to the Smokies from Miami (a little less than 900 miles) in our VW Jetta. On the second day of our visit here in Tenn, both of my back tires ripped. The tread had been worn, but now the tire had actually torn. I googled places in the area and found Upper Middle Creek Tire. This was about 5:40 p.m., just as we made it back to our cabin on the bad tires. They not only had my rare tire size, but said they'd get me in immediately if I could get there before they closed at 7 p.m. It took me 20 plus minutes to get there driving at less than 30 mph with my hazards on. Upon arriving, I was immediately put at ease by the owners (Ken and his wife) of the shop -- two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They were friendly, fast, professional and very personable. What everyone else said in reviews is dead on accurate. Anyhow, I needed to buy 2 used tires. The price was more than fair (even though they knew I was desperate, they didn't take advantage of me). And unlike big tire joints, I really felt that I was valued as a customer and being told the truth. These are straight up people. Just before 7 p.m. I was on my way back to the cabin, with a pair of tires in impressive condition (a lot of tread left) -- one a Continental (the factory brand for my car) and the other a Hankook. Before I left, I was repeatedly reassured that if anything went wrong these next 3 days before we drove back to South Fla., that they would happily replace the tires for free. They made sure my tire problem here was a minor hiccup in my family's vacation and not a major issue. And that made my wife especially happy!

These people are awesome! While visiting Gatlinburg, TN, I found our car had a flat. Took it to these guys and it was due to a bad patch and leaking valve stem. They hooked me up with a great used tire for the rest of our vacation and the five hour ride home! Thanks for getting us outta of a pinch at a great price!B. Brown. Lagrange, GA.

We are from Florida. Came to Tennessee with my family because of Hurricane Irma. I'm so thankful that we found this little shop! Colleen and his wife are very friendly honest and professional! They're working with very reasonable prices. We can highly recommend them to anyone...locals or tourists....If you need help just call them!!! You'll find a great and fast service! Great place, good people. Needed my tire plugged when visiting the area. Stopped by this place, they got me right in, and fixed it quickly. Very reasonably priced. Great experience all around

I am so thankful that we stopped in this little shop! We stopped at a previous cabin we stayed at that had burned down and ended up with a nail in our tire (shocker I know). We stopped at a place in Gatlinburg only to be turned away. I called Ken at Upper Middle Creek and he told me to c'mon over. He had us taken care of in about 15 minutes. The husband and wife team couldn't have been better! They treated us like family. And... he grinded the rim. My Dad owns a tire shop and not many places do that. If you are in the area definitely check this place out!

We were in Gatlinburg, TN, over the New Year's Holiday weekend/week. I had a tire rapidly leaking air on Saturday, 12/29. Found Upper Middle Creek Tire on Google and drove there after finding a nail in the tire. Have never been more pleased with tire service EVER!!! We are from Georgia and have been to my share of tire dealers and repair shops. Colleen and Aaron know more about tires than all of the others put together, and their prices are more than reasonable. Will patronize Upper Middle Creek Tire whenever in the area and highly recommend their services!!!!

Most wonderful couple you could ask for. I had 2 flat tires and they quickly got them patched up. The best part was it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Will be going back for all my tire needs.

Good honest working people. Affordable prices with the whole package. They make sure n do good quality work anywhere else won't balance your tires. American owned n wouldnt recomend going anywhere else!!!

Poor attitude towards customers. We are traveling and stopped for an emergency tire need and the gentleman who greated us was very rude and was bothered that we were there asking for service. If you dont want customers then act like this guy. We ended up down the road with much better hospitality.

We were up the creek without a paddle!! We're from NC and every other tire place was closed or didn't have the size! Speedy service, friendly customer service, great prices! Highly recommend them!

This place definitely deserves the five stars they have, I can tell Colleen and Ken work very hard for their business and they're really great people. I would recommend this place to anyone and wish it was closer to home so I could do all of my tire business here.

Cool people. Stopped by because they had firewood for sale, super nice folks. I didn't get any tire work done but if I did I am sure it would have been top notch.
