Beyond Professional: This shop has repaired and painted 3 vehicles for me. The Mgr: Tim is amazing at cost and partsacquisition along with the amazing ability to interface andmanage insurance claims. Richard is a truly skilled artist canreclaim any damage to imperception of fault. Along with colormatching with factory paint ability. Do not expect a hurried job.But you can expect a perfect job you will be more than happywith. DGA

From start to finish Tim and the crew were on it. Ordered parts arrived timely.Communication with Tim was great. Every aspect of the repair was explained. The work was completed on time and to perfection. I never had a chance to meet the crew, but bodywork is becoming a lost art. Thank you, SMCC. GREAT JOB!!

Got rear ended in my brand new car. My insurance let me choose the body shop I wanted my car to go to - I happened to pick Smoky Mountain Collision Center and boy am I glad I did!!! I was so nervous that I would never see my car back to its original, beautiful self, (no matter where I took it), but I have to say my car looked stunning when I got it back! There is no sign of damage whatsoever and it looks as new as coming off the dealership lot! Tim was so very nice and patient, and explained the process (of repair, insurance involvement, etc) - I cannot say enough about him and his service! He worked closely with my insurance, so I didn't have to do a thing, except wait for my car to be complete. Tim even detailed my entire car before turning it back over to me and it looked so shiny!! I highly recommend Smoky Mountain Collision! If I ever need repairs done again, there is nowhere else I will go!! Hands down. Thank you for everything, Tim!

Timothy McCormick may be the most customer-oriented and polite service manager I've every come across...awesome dude! After my car was towed by Buster's Wrecker Service and Auto Repair (also highly recommend), Tim and his crew went to work with our insurance company and this was - by far - the most pleasant and seamless experience my family and I've ever had with a car "wreck". We were visiting the Pigeon Forge area from out-of-town (NC) when our van slid into a ditch, damaging the front bumper and wheels. While we were back in NC, Tim kept us updated every step of the way...no surprises, up-front pricing. I highly recommend these folks! Thanks, Tim!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I want to thank Tim from the bottom of my heart, he did amazing work on my car and he made it look like a brand new car. I picked it up today and had tears in my eyes when I saw what he had done to it. Absolutely amazing and I would choose them over anybody else! Tim the manager at Smoky Mountain Collision was among the most knowledge people I worked with during the process of getting my car fixed! He explained things in a way that actually made sense and in some ways more helpful than even my insurance company was in the laws and process of making a claim and getting it paid for! Highly recommend!!

Great family owned business. Honest, caring and exceptional work done at this shop. If it has damage Rich is your man. Good prices and excellent customer service. It s hard to find a good auto repair shop with good vision and values. Rich and Tim will go above and beyond to make sure you are a happy, satisfied customer!!

I took my 2012 Jeep Liberty in for an estimate to repair some minor cosmetic issues. I had already filed the claim and had already been approved to pay! He took photos and worked up an estimate! He called stating he could NOT get parts, due to no longer made by manufacturer! I asked him to please call the insurance, the claims was already filed, to inform them (per their request) and they would go from their! He refused, stating he couldnt do the job there for he wouldnt " do their job for them". I attempted to try and explain, but he WOULD NOT LISTEN !!! He talked to me (woman) as if I were stupid, and could not understand!! He was condescending, unhelpful and obviously just didnt want to do the work! I took my vehicle to Randys another body shop, whom did another estimate, had no issues, sent the info immediately to the insurance, explained that some parts were going to have to be after market, I agreed, and insurance approved the repairs and this all done within a couple hours!! I DO NOT recommend Smokey Mountain Collision!!

Recently had a car crash and had a rental car. My insurance provider made out I had more time that I did with my rental, so I didn t rush to get my car fixed. Turns out, I was being told I had to pay for my rental once it expired. Tim (Manager of smoky collision) helped me by pushing my car to be earlier in his busy schedule, was very supportive of me when insurance company disputed things and was just a constant help during the whole process. I don t plan on crashing my car again.. but if I did, I would certainly go back here! Strongly recommend! James (Chevy Cruise)

Great job. Friendly service & quality workmanship. Clearly explained the work to be done. Finished sooner than I thought.There are less expensive repair shopsbut if you want it done right...I believe this is the place to go.

Horrible.Went by shop for estimate. Was told estimate would be emailed and then a follow up call. After 2 days... no estimate and no calls. Tried contacting... messages were ignored. This is the worst! They need to return calls and do what they say! Bad business. I would NEVER refer them

They've had my Escape since June 26th.... got the estimate didn't like it.... cannot get car back, nothings been done to it.... I called, I've begged.... just sit it outside for God's sake
